Source: Michel Dufour / Getty Marc Jacobs , fashion designer extraordinaire, just proposed to his long-term boyfriend Charly ‘Char’ DeFrancesco –and he did so in a way most people probably wouldn’t expect. There’s a lot of different extravagant things people might think of when it comes to celebrity proposals, especially for someone so obsessed with aesthetics like a fashion designer. You’d probably expect an exotic or fancy location, an orchestra, or anything especially romantic and beautiful. Jacobs’ proposal was a lot less conventional–especially for someone of his stature–but that makes it all the more endearing. Jacobs took his then soon-to-be fiancee to Chipotle, where he had a pre-arranged flashmob surprise waiting for his unassuming partner. The flashmob danced along to Prince’s “Kiss,” right in the middle of the restaurant, which all led up to Marc kneeling down and asking DeFrancesco to marry him. Fortunately for Jacobs, his boyfriend said yes!! This cute moment was captured on video, which Jacobs happily posted on Instagram after the fact. A Chipotle proposal is something most regular folk would never consider for their big moment, so seeing such a big celebrity do something so small makes the couple all the more endearing. The Teen Mom landscape is absolutely littered with young men who have outlived their purpose as unwitting sperm donors. But for all the franchise’s deadbeat dads and loser boyfriends, perhaps no one has sunk to such appalling depths as Adam Lind. (And yes we’re aware that Ryan Edwards got arrested the same week he got caught cheating on his pregnant wife. Believe it or not, Lind might actually be worse.) Lind has always been an abusive boyfriend and a negligent father, but it’s only over the course of the past year that we learned just how low he’s willing to sink. It all began when Lind tested positive for meth just moments before a scheduled visit with his youngest daughter, Paislee. In the months that followed Lind was arrested several times, on charges ranging from domestic assault to possession to violating a restraining order. These days Lind has lost all visitation rights and is not legally permitted to be in the presence of either of his daughters. But it seems his casual disregard for the law continues unabated, as Radar Online is reporting this week that Lind spent much of Easter weekend with Aubree , his eight-year-old daughter by Chelsea Houska. Sources say Houska was not aware of the situation until afterward and would not have given Lind permission to visit Aubree. “Chelsea let his parents have her for a couple of hours. It wasn’t their time to have her,” a source tells Radar. Adam apparently stopped by his parents’ house unannounced and even went so far as to taunt Chelsea by posting a Snapchat video in which he’s seen hanging out with Aubree. Houska has apparently made it clear to Linds’ parents that by allowing their son to violate the law in their home, they’ve sacrificed the privilege of receiving future visits from their granddaughter: “[Chelsea is] livid and won’t do that anymore. These grandparents haven’t learned a damn thing. [One] can definitely tell where Adam gets the rules and law don’t apply to him attitude.” The insider says that Houska took immediate action and “e-mailed her lawyer to find out what the next step should be” as soon as she learned of Lind’s visit with Aubree. Her attorneys have since reminded Adam’s parents of a clause in their visitation agreement, which reads: “One weekend a month Aubree will be with his parents from Friday to Sunday. Adam may not be present when Aubree is with Donna [Adam’s mom].” Stripping Linds’ parents of visitation rights may sound severe, but Chelsea is no doubt well aware that her daughter’s health and safety hang in the balance. For the most part, Houska is one of the more even-tempered moms on MTV’s flagship reality franchise. But clearly, if you mess with her kids, she will go full mama bear on your ass. Fox interviewing on Dish Nation because it’s the opening night of their play, Two Can Play That Game , which is based on the movie (that also starred Vivica A. Fox). Say what you want about Porsha, but she sure be werking…and working! via GIPHY In other news, Kandi and Eva are getting along well, and since Eva is new to Atlanta and her birthday is coming up (the day before Halloween), it’s only right that Kandi suggests she have a birthday party. You know what that means, issa Halloween party! via GIPHY Next, we see Kandi, Sheree and Cynthia kicking it at Sheree’s finally completed home (including the basement) and they discuss Porsha. Sheree feels some type of way about Porsha she heard that Porsha told Shamea that she didn’t trust her. You know news travels fast, far and wide in this circle, and everyone is fragile. Sheree then reveals that Kim only tolerated Porsha because she was around Sheree. Basically, The rest of the episode is build up to the party where there will be lots of trite chats. Now let’s get to party time! The fun part is the costumes. Cynthia killed her costume dressed like 50 Cent, but 50 Cynt. Get it? Then Nene comes through dressed up as an exterminator because she’s an expert troll. Do you get it? She knew Kim would be there and of course, there’s the roach-gate situation that they’re beefing over. So, here we are. Nene even brought her hubby Gregg in on it. He came dressed like a cockroach. Petty af! Sheree and Porsha get their moment to talk and it gets tense for a minute when Lauren (Porsha’s sister) and Sheree go at it a bit. Then Porsha calmly tells Sheree that she said what she said to Shamea after Barcelona when she was feeling attacked and feeling some type of way about Sheree always being involved in drama, yatta yatta. Kim was standing next to Sheree chiming in with extra little commentary that no one asked for. Then Kim and Sheree walk away before things get too crazy. Nene grabs Porsha and tries to calm her down. Then Marlo interrupts their chat with a disingenuous attempt to apologizes to Porsha, but she really just ends up poking Porsha. You know how she does. Porsha deescalates by walking way and Marlo follows her. via GIPHY Porsha does a good job of being unbothered until Marlo finally backs off. Porsha and Nene finally have the chat they attempted to have. Basically, it’s Nene telling Porsha to take accountability for her actions and that she should attempt to get the group to move on by apologizing to all of them for whatever it is she has done. Nene was trying to have this happen at the party because that’s appropriate. Smh. Porsha declines. She thinks they’re all fake anyway and we leave it at that. Next week is reunion time and there will be plenty to say, particularly to Kim! She was 81. Her death was confirmed by the BBC . Even after she divorced from Mandela, Winnie was long known as the Mother of the Nation. Although Nelson Mandela became idolized after becoming the first democratically elected President of the country, she became immortalized as the spirit of the “new” South Africa. When most leaders moved to the all-white suburbs of Johannesburg, Madikizela-Mandela stayed in the black township of Soweto, never forgetting the people. The show is described as “a conflict-resolution yakker in which guests reveal their problems to a panel of experts in related subjects who aim to provide constructive feedback.” The studio audience will then get the chance to weigh in and vote on who’s at fault in the situation. via Variety: The show hails from producer Jay McGraw’s Stage 29 Productions, home of the syndicated series “The Doctors” and “DailyMailTV.” McGraw, Carla Pennington, Patricia Ciano and Phil McGraw are executive producers. The series will air on 10 CBS-owned stations, including the Eye’s outlets in New York and Los Angeles. Stations owned by Cox, Hearst, Weigel and Meredith are also on board. “‘Face the Truth’ is a fresh addition to the television landscape,” said Jay McGraw, who is president of Stage 29. “We have an incredibly talented cast with strong opinions who deliver a show that is entertaining, informative and highly watchable.” READ MORE
