Via TMZ reports : John Legend can add real estate GOD to his long list of accomplishments — the singer just unloaded his NYC condo for a whopping $775,000 PROFIT. Yeah, we said PROFIT. Legend bought the 1,359-square-foot East Village pad for $1.9 million back in 2009. Unfazed by the real estate market, Legend listed the crib a few months ago for $2.9 million — and made out like a bandit … selling for $2.675 million, according to docs. The place is sweet too — designed by primo designer Andres Escobar — it’s rockin’ floor-to-ceiling glass walls, awesome NYC views, rooftop deck and swimming pool … where his fiancée Chrissy Teigen probably swam half-nekked. DJ Envy Addresses Erica Mena Affair Last week, rowdy reality thirst bucket Erica Mena tried to put “The Breakfast Club’s” DJ Envy on blizzy blast by confirming rumors that she’s in been bustin’ it open in the bedroom for him although he’s been married for 11 years. Envy beat the Love & Hip Hop angry bird to the punch a few months ago when he apologized to his wife for his indiscretions on the air, but chose not to mention exactly what he’d done or who he’d done it with. But this morning, he decided to come clean and set the record straight about his affair while on air for Power 105 : On his wife and apologizing to her on air: A couple of months ago, I called my wife on air and asked her for forgiveness. I told her I needed to change. I had a close relationship with God and I changed. Now, my wife, has been with me over 18 years. We’ve been married 11 years. The best heart that you’ll ever know. She’s that type of person that’ll change your life. On why he cheated: It’s a difficult thing to do. Sometimes being married it makes you insecure dude. I looked like I had everything. It was scary, my wife is gorgeous. She might need somebody that’s smarter than me. It made me insecure. On his affair: With being insecure, with me being weak. I was so insecure and so down..I started messing with somebody that was beneath me. A bird. Evil. A liar. Somebody that was desperate and its just so pathetic. I mean, I didn’t have to feed this person no feed. I didn’t have to make her feel special, because she wasn’t. So that’s what it was. On the current status of his relationship with his wife: With the help of God, this situation has made my family tighter. Like tighter. I’m honest. I had to be honest with myself. Erica Mena Talks Pregnancy, Rich Dollaz, Angela Yee, Dj Envy It doesn’t get much more messy than Love & Hip Hop hot head Erica Mena. After a few months full of pure unfiltered drama including a fight at her own event, a petty beef with NY radio personality Angela Yee, a pregnancy announcement and a host of other rowdy ish, Erica is finally addressing it all…..in the worst way. She recently chatted it up with the ladies of Supergorge Radio during her recent visit to DC to talk that talk about it all. Check out a few interview excerpts below: On if she and Rich have a sex tape and the status of their relationship: Man please, if I had a sex tape, it would’ve been out a long time ago. We gotta cash that in. Why make a sex tape and nobody can see it? That’s like, no fun. I would do a viewing party at my crib. Right now we’re kind of taking a break. Me and Rich have been overwhelmed and consumed by just non stop work. It’s not like we’re over and done with; we just decided to take it easy and focus on work more since we’re so passionate about work and it kind of sometimes conflicts with our relationship. On beef with Angela Yee: Basically she’s an old woman who has never had kids. That’s an issue she’ll have to take up with her doctor. Long story short is that she decided to take it upon herself to talk about my mothering and my child and basically crossed the line of no return. I signed up for it so I get that I’m gonna have people coming at me, but when you’re coming at an innocent child and I purposely don’t put my son out there for the public…that’s something sacred and precious to me. When you have a kid, the last thing you want anyone to do is talk about your child. So, the fact that she took it upon herself to talk about my kid cause probably she can’t have any was just a line that was crossed. On her rumored “relationship” with DJ Envy: I just wanna clear something up. I know people have been calling me a homewrecker. I’m just gonna keep it real simple and say this: you can’t break a home that’s already broken. So at the end of the day, whatever happened with him and his marriage it definitely had nothing to do with me. I definitely think that in time people will get a better understanding for where I’m coming from because my book will be e explaining it all and it drops in April. On the nail shop fight last week: Long story short, I was approached by Rich…I mean, it’s no secret that I guess females are attracted to me. I’m definitely not shy about my sexuality and stuff and I think Rich kind of came to the realization of that and it kind of spiraled into a situation that was basically out of control. But just to clear the air, I wasn’t fighting over a guy, in fact, the fight was over the fact that the female was claiming to have slept with me. SMH. And this was just the beginning of the thirst. One of these girls might just be the next black model to step into Naomi Campbell’s Louboutins! Last week Oxygen premiered the first episode of their new model competition show “The Face” which features supermodels Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rochas as celebrity judges. BOSSIP had the opportunity to speak with Devyn, Ebony and Sandra, the three black models representing for brown-skinned bangers everywhere with modeling dreams. So far Devyn is already a team favorite, with the three judges each vying for her to join their team. “It was a big shock,” the 21-year-old Bronx native tells BOSSIP of learning that she’d be able to choose any of the three supermodels as her coach. “I was confident in getting into the house, I had convinced myself I’d get in but I wasn’t expecting to be picked by all three coaches whatsoever. I was stoked, it definitely put a big smile on my face.” As a single mother of a two-year-old daughter, juggling several jobs to keep her family afloat, Devyn said that she was drawn to #TeamKarolina because she felt the model mom would better relate to her own struggle. “I wanted to be a place where people could understand my story and my struggle,” Devyn told BOSSIP. “I felt like Naomi would understand, but she wouldn’t be able to relate to it, where Karolina is a mother. She knows what it is to have a child, she knows the struggles, the everyday things like potty training. Naomi doesn’t have kids, she wouldn’t understand. My mindstate on the show isn’t about me, I’m doing it for my daughter. Karolina would be able to understand because she’s a supermodel doing it for her son.” It turns out that Devyn quickly found good company in teammate Ebony, who hails from Indiana and is also a single mother. “Ebony was one of the girls I got closest to,” Devyn told BOSSIP. “I still love her to death to this day, I still support and talk to her. The struggle we had was something we could relate to and we were each someone, we both could lean on, if she was feeling some kind of way and missing her kids I would comfort her. I had a panic attack over the craziness of the competition and not being able to speak to my daughter and she was there for me. Me and Ebony definitely hit it off.” “We have a lot in common, we’re both single moms, we both work really hard for what we have, so it was easy for us to be close,” Ebony told BOSSIP.” If you’ve been watching the show, then you already know that the reality TV drama starts very quickly, and 20-year-old Philadelphia native Sandra finds herself at the center of it from the second episode, which airs tonight. “It’s a competition, I really wasn’t trying to make friends,” Sandra told BOSSIP. “I was there to learn from the best that have done it and I was there to win. I could be cordial, I could be nice but I’m not there to make friends, I was there to work and do business.” We had to ask her if she at least found some comfort in having Ebony and Devyn along for the journey, but it seems that wasn’t the case. “I’m not going to say I got along with them,” Sandra said with a laugh. “I think everybody was moreso… How can I say this, they knew it was a competition and they knew I was there to get it. The girls in the house probably thought I was crazy, but I’m not crazy, i just wanted to chase after my dreams. I wouldn’t say I had arguments with them. I didn’t feel close to them though.” “Oh Gosh, Sandra…” Ebony said when BOSSIP asked her about her castmate. “The maturity level was different, that’s all it is.
