Frederick’s first interview after releasing a statement regarding the school’s massive embezzlement and corruption scandal came via HBCU Digest Radio: “I was very concerned about this getting out. Not simply because of a public reputation issue, I really wanted to make sure that we could get to the bottom of this and get this fully exposed. In terms of having all the evidence we needed if we wanted to bring criminal charges.” Twitter has tied a rope around Frederick’s ankle and are currently in the process of getting him ALL the way out the paint. NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak are eviscerating each other on Twitter and Instagram over a petty comment NeNe made about Sheree Whitfield. After TheShadeRoom posted that Sheree’s incarcerated bae Tyrone Gilliams wouldn’t be released till 2022, NeNe hopped in the comments with shade and Kim jumped in to defend her friend. “Guess we know who the real lier [sic] is,” said NeNe. “Learn on how to spell LIAR!! (Photo by Scott Olson/Getty Images) Counter Protestors Show Up To #MarchForOurLives With Guns And Pro-Trump Apparel We were truly touched by the estimated 800,000 people who showed up at March For Our Lives events across the country Saturday seeking to change gun laws and prevent future gun violence. BUT we were extremely upset to learn that gun-loving, Trump supporting haters also showed up at many of the events as well. Via Raw Story: Gun-lovers in red Trump hats showed up at many of the rallies carrying AR-15s and sidearms, an effort they dubbed “March For Our Guns.” A search of social media finds images of heavily armed people—including Utahans in a military-style vehicle with a mounted machine gun—showing up to rallies. And yet none have reported to have been marred by violence and the speakers were not intimidated. Dear Governor @dougducey : An AR-15 may be legal at a peaceful protest, but it's inappropriate & threatening. As Governor you have the power to work w/ the AZ State Legislature @1700West to make this illegal. Trippin’ With Teale SXSW Edition: Fader Fort, Jetlife, EarDrummers & More!!

This year I caught up with some of your favorite artists and influencers at the SXSW conference in Austin, TX.  The South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference & Festivals celebrate the convergence of the interactive, film, and music industries. Fostering creative and professional growth alike, SXSW is the premier destination for discovery. The festival took place 3/14-3/18 with most stages held on Austin’s legendary 6th street. Here I was able to attend some of the most anticipated events including Fader Fort presented by The Fader, where there were on sight barbers giving fresh cuts, guests enjoyed cocktails courtesy of Jack Daniels, New Balance provided a ball pit to promote the classic #574 sneaker, and a plethora of indie to chart-topping artists took the stage to give performances to remember exclusively for pass holders Wednesday-Friday. Raekwon popped out for a  surprise set , performing tracks from solo projects and Wu-Tang classics like “C.R.E.A.M.” SOB X RBE  brought  Black Panther  to FADER FORT with a performance of “Paramedic!” Saweetie premiered her new track “B.A.N.” on the  FADER FORT stage . Watch Soccer Mommy’s powerful performance of “Your Dog” at FORT  here . Bun B stops by FADER FORT and dedicates a performance of UGK’s “One Day” to Parkland shooting victims. Chanel West Coast, Yes Julz, Trinidad Jame$, and Nef The Pharaoh stopped by FADER FORT. Check out more photos and full Fader Fort lineup on the flip.
