In October of 2014, Oscar Pistorius was sentenced to five years in prison after being found guilty of shooting and killing his 29-year-old model girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. Today, less than one year later, Pistorius is a free man, having been secretively released from prison late last night in order to avoid media attention. Pistorius will now serve a four-year house arrest sentence at his uncle’s palatial mansion in Johannesburg. Pistorius was originally slated to be released in August, but angry letters from hundreds of outraged South Africans – including Steenkamp’s grieving parents – persuaded the nation’s justice minister to hold him for another two months. “We have forgiven Mr. Pistorius, read the letter from Steenkamp’s parents. “However, a person found guilty of a crime must be accountable for their actions. Incarceration of 10 months for taking a life is simply not enough.” A lawyer for the family says the Steenkamps are still angry, and still believe that justice was not served. Pistorius was found guilty of culpable homicide , which is comparable to manslaughter in the US justice system. The sprinter – nicknamed “Blade Runner” by fans – earned international fame after becoming the first double-amputee to participate in the Olympics. Many believe Pistorius received preferential treatment from the South African justice system.

F- the Police: Chicago Man Free After Being Tortured And Wrongfully Imprisoned For 25 Years Shawn Whirl is finally a free man after a group of officers known as the “midnight crew” tortured and forced a false confession out of him for a crime he never committed. This is how Whirl got caught up in this mess according to Huffington Post : In April 1990, Whirl was 20. He worked as a computer operator, had a girlfriend and a close relationship to his mother. He had no criminal history. He was arrested and charged with the South Side murder of a 40-year-old cab driver named Billy Williams after police found his fingerprints in the back of the cab. Whirl said he had jumped into Williams’ cab two days earlier to escape gang members who were trying to stick him up for his hat and jacket. He told detectives he had nothing to do with the murder, court records show. After hours of interrogation, with Whirl still handcuffed to a wall, Chicago Detective James Pineta entered the room. He stepped on Whirl’s foot, said, “Wake up nigger,” and slapped Whirl in the face, according to court records. The detective told Whirl his previous statement “won’t do.” Whirl continued to say he was innocent. Pienta, according to the court records, gashed Whirl’s leg with a set of keys. Whirl’s girlfriend testified she had been taken in for questioning by police at the same time and could hear Whirl “hollering” from a room nearby. Whirl eventually signed a statement confessing to the murder. SMH. The crew of defunct detectives were all under the watch of Police Commander Jon Burge. Burge and his ‘midnight crew” tortured over 192 people thought out the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Whirl’s was the first of many to be thrown out. We smell a civil suit coming next.

Georgia Man Threatens To Murder Porn Star On Live Streaming Periscope App The cowardly terrorist used the name “Joe Cook” when he made his threats against the freaky flick pro stating he was going to “open fire on Malena Morgan” just like WDBJ reporters Alison Parker and Adam Ward. Via NYDailyNews The 25-year-old suspect emailed Morgan as well, threatening “when you walk out of your house and see me it will be to late,” and “you’re next periscope will be your bloody head on a stick bank on it b—-,” the newspaper reported. Blankenship also wrote “I hope you have protection … I have a 9mm and a shotgun your dead b—- and you won’t see me coming,” and “periscope you’re undoing it’s raw and I will take my own life after you’ve life is gone,” in emails obtained by the paper. Malena took the threats to authorities and they tracked down “Joe Cook” and gifted him some brand new stainless steel bracelets. Not only was Blankenship ready to bust a cap inside a porn star, he also held murderous contempt for his family according to his mother. Corcoran’s niece confirmed the news to Entertainment Weekly this afternoon. No cause of death was given. Corcoran got his start as a regular in Disney movies and TV shows when he was just 7 years old. He would go on to appear in dozens of projects, usually playing some variation of a character named “Moochie” – a nickname which Corcoran’s family and friends would affectionately use throughout his life. He gave his best known performances in the enduring 1957 tearjerker Old Yeller and its 1963 sequel, Savage Sam. Corcoran parted ways with Disney to attend college, but returned to Hollywood (and to the studio that made him famous) as an assistant director and producer. His second career found him working on such beloved television series as Murder, She Wrote; The Shield, and Sons of Anarchy. Corcoran was added to the exclusive list of “Disney Legends” in 2006. Leandro Acosta, 25, and his step-sister Karen Klein, 22, who have been lovers for six years, admitted to murdering their parents and burning their bodies as revenge for the ‘years of sexual abuse’ inflicted on them and their 11-year-old twin siblings. Acosta’s lawyer Monica Chirivin has told MailOnline the entire, gruesome story of the murder in Pilar, Buenos Aires, as told by the killer himself. From inside a special psychiatric unit, Acosta confessed he had been planning the gruesome murders of his step-father Ricardo Klein, 54, and mother Miryam Kowalczuk, 52, for some time. His mental state had been worn away by the years of abuse he suffered at the hands of Klein, who began raping him aged six, and Kowalczuk, who ‘involved him in threesomes’ as a boy. B-b-b-but wait, it gets worse! Crazy azz Acosta shot his father dead, became “sexually aroused” and started to “violate” his father’s corpse. While this is going on, this mother walks in hysterical, screaming “What have you done you son of a b****?!” After which, Acosta shot HER numerous times in cold blood. That evening, Acosta cooked his father’s thigh and ate it, remarking “It [step-father’s flesh] tasted like pork, a tad salty but delicious.” About his dead mother he said: “She was a whore and a drunkard, I did justice my way. Acosta hid the bodies for 11 days in which he continued to beat the deceased, crush their skulls, impaled his mother on a spike and committed further “indecent acts” over her mutilated remains. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is getting out of prison before you know it, and a good thing too for her libido. In the upcoming Bravo special about her time in jail , viewers will be treated to phone conversations between Teresa and Joe Giudice. Viewers will only see Joe, who is on camera; Teresa can be heard on the jail phone, presumably with subtitles added in post-production. During one call, Teresa pleads for phone sex, and Joe laughs it off. Maybe he’s just not that kinky? Not that into her anymore? Or it’s just not the right time? There are TV cameras two inches from his face. It gets worse/better. Teresa talks about creating a fantasy life behind bars , and how all she wants is to ride Joe ’til the cows come home. She was able to watch Magic Mike (it’s minimum security) and says she pictured Joe’s face on Channing Tatum’s body as he grinded. We don’t even know what to say other than that we’ll be looking at some Charlotte McKinney photos to cleanse our mental palette. As for whether she’s interested in getting any from the other “team” behind bars … Teresa says she has had no such interactions. Yet. She says she “hears plenty of it,” however, and we don’t doubt it. If there’s anything we know because we watch Orange is the New Black online , though, is that prison does crazy s–t to people sexually. We’re not saying she has to become a lesbian full time, but no one is judging people who experiment, and you do what you gotta do. The special airs October 11; Teresa gets out early next year.
