Jennifer Hudson pulled a diva move at the “People’s Choice Awards” Wednesday — threatening to leave the show if producers didn’t remove a former friend form his front row seat. According to RadarOnline reports : Jennifer Hudson’s triumphant night at the People’s Choice Awards was perfect on screen, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she created a spectacle backstage and had security throw an ex-friend out of his seat on the front row. The Oscar winner was honored with the Favorite Humanitarian Award on Wednesday night, but an eyewitness said she had rapper Lord Kraven tossed from his spot by security. “Jennifer loudly threatened ‘Either he leaves or I leave,’ and was waving her finger in the face of a security guard” the source said. Kraven was promptly tossed out of his seat and “the situation continued to escalate outside the main auditorium and required the assistance of LAPD.” According to the source, an LAPD officer determined that the Nokia Theatre security had acted in haste and offered to escort the pop recording artist back inside. The source said the bad blood from the two stems from an appearance Lord Kraven made on HLN’s Showbiz Tonight in April 2012 during the trial for the murder of her family members. “Before then Jennifer and Lord Kraven were close, but ever since then she has declared war against him.” Well damn, we were just about to call her out but she might just have a point. If he wasn’t being a good friend to her during that time in her life and was famesloring to be on TV then we can see why she’d want him booted. What do you think? Karma is best served in prison… Duke Lacrosse Accuser Convicted Of Murder Crystal Mangum was found guilty of second-degree murder Friday in the stabbing death of boyfriend Reginald Daye. Via NewsOne reports: Judge Paul Ridgeway immediately sentenced Mangum to serve a minimum of 14 years in prison. Mangum and her attorney Daniel Meier argued that she was in fear for her life at the time of the murder. “He was bigger than her. He was on top of her. He was choking her. [She gave him a] single stab wound to the flank,” said Meier. Mangum testified in her own defense Wednesday. She told jurors Daye was angry with her because she had “disrespected” him by flirting with another man. Mangum said she locked herself in the bathroom, but Daye kicked down the door and grabbed her by the hair, before pulling her into the bedroom. “He straddled me, hit me, and then he started choking me,” she said. “I couldn’t breathe. My head hurt real bad.” Mangum said she was afraid. “I was just trying to survive and I felt like Reginald was trying to kill me,” said Mangum. Mangum made national headlines in 2006 when she falsely accused several members of the Duke University lacrosse team of raping her while she worked as a stripper at a party. North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper dismissed all charges against the athletes after it was determined that Mangum lied about the assault. What goes around, comes around.

According to KOMO: A 21-year-old man whose rage over a breakup ended up in murder, apologized to his victim’s family as he was sentenced in King County Superior Court. Jarod Lane will spend the next 33 years in prison for killing 17-year-old Jessica Scholl in May of 2012. So many of Scholl’s supporters filled the courtroom to see her young killer sentenced, they had to bring in more benches. “I couldn’t believe that my beautiful daughter who I’d just seen a few hours before could be dead,” said Stephanie Scholl, Jessica’s mother. Jessica had ended her two-year relationship with Lane, and then a week later, he ended her life. “Jessica was tortured for a good length of time,” Stephanie Scholl said. “Jarod didn’t afford her any sympathy or compassion.” When Lane couldn’t win Jessica back, he showed up at her Renton home before school and stabbed her so hard with kitchen knives, the blades broke. “He tried to strangle her with a belt, hit her head against the dresser multiple times, then he drug her to the bathroom where he tried to drown her in the toilet,” said King County deputy prosecutor Jennifer Worley. “When that didn’t work, he bashed her head against the toilet tank.” Horrible! Lane set the Scholl’s house on fire to cover his crime and was found four days later in Oklahoma. Lane told the court he never planned the murder, then apologized to the grief-stricken parents who had welcomed him into their home, then murdered their only child. “I can’t express how apologetic and deeply sorry I am for my selfish acts on that unthinkable, unimaginable, and unforgettable day,” Lane said. Jessica’s family and friends then implored the judge to sentence Lane to the maximum 33 years for murder and arson. “He took the life of my 17-year-old daughter, who was just beginning to live her life,” Stephanie Scholl said. The judge agreed and gave Lane the maximum sentence. “Even though a sentence doesn’t bring her back, I really hope that it brings resolution and ultimately some peace for each of you,” said Judge Mary Yu. After the sentence, Lane’s mother handed us a note that read: “My love for my son is unconditional, there aren’t enough sorries in the world for all the lost milestones and life events, my heart aches daily for Jessica’s family.” Lane’s attorney says he’s tried several times in custody to end his own life So he took her life and tried to take his because he couldn’t live with what he did…coward.

An open murder charge was filed Friday against Phillips. Katherine “Baby Kate” Phillips was last seen on June 29, 2011, at the age of four months. Baby Kate remains missing to this day. Sean Phillips Charged in Baby Kate Murder Case The infant’s disappearance riveted western Michigan after Phillips allegedly took off with the girl following an argument with her mother, Ariel Courtland. Phillips was arrested the next day at his parents’ house, but there was no evidence of Baby Kate. Now “new evidence” has been found to support the charge. Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette declined to state what that is. Volunteers scoured wooded areas of Michigan’s northern Mason County earlier this summer, the area where Phillips allegedly dumped Baby Kate. Sean Phillips allegedly left Baby Kate in a “peaceful place” according to a letter authorities say he wrote to Ariel Courtland from prison last year. He also claimed at one point that he accidentally killed the baby after violently yanking her infant seat out of his car when he was angry at Courtland. Phillips was convicted in 2012 of unlawful imprisonment in his young daughter’s disappearance, and was already serving 10-15 years in state prison. Open murder is punishable by up to life in prison. “This is a tragic case. It just makes you sick,” Schuette said. “There will be no first birthday party for Baby Kate. No first day of kindergarten. No first Christmas.” Phillips’ probable-cause hearing is set for October 16.
