Gay Musician Tapes Adult Film On Westboro Baptist Church Lawn The hate-filled folks of Westboro Baptist Church got an raunchy rude-awakening recently when a punk-rock band who are also LGBT supporters did the unthinkable right on the church lawn. via Huffington Post The Westboro Baptist Church’s Kansas compound recently became the setting for a [freaky] flick filmed by a bisexual punk musician. Yes, really. Gawker first brought attention to the Westboro [triple X] stunt in a post published Oct. 3. Bisexual bassist Laura Lush, of the punk band Get Shot!, headed to WBC headquarters on Sept. 30 to film herself m*st*rb*ting at the location, according to the group’s Facebook page. “The Phelps family and Westboro Baptist Church are ridiculous and do nothing except spread hate and cause controversy,” Lush in a press release posted on the page. “As a bisexual woman and the bass player of a ridiculous punk band, I wanted to spread my legs and cause controversy.” There’s no question that Westboro Baptist Church is known for doing things as equally, if not more, offensive and disrespectful than this (like t hreatening to protest at the funerals of the Sandy Hook students )….but do you think these punk rockers took it too far or do these sorry excuse for “Christians” deserve any and everything form of backlash that they get? In a blunt interview with The Daily Beast, the TV personality and wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne offered up her take on various musicians, including Justin Bieber. “I feel really bad for him,” Osbourne said of the teen pop sensation. “There’s this little kid with a huge dream, he’s cute, girls love him, and he wants to be a mean boy, and he’s about as mean as a (expletive) kitten, and he’s trying to act out.” Osbourne referred to Bieber infamously urinating in a mop bucket in a nightclub kitchen earlier this year while his friends laughed and filmed the event. “It’s like, ‘Oh, we’re the bad boys!’ she said. “(Expletive) off! You don’t know what bad is. And I think that he’s lost, I really do. I think he doesn’t realize he’s white and not black, that’s a huge problem. And, at the point he’s at in his career, it’s so dangerous because we’ve seen it all before a million times. Where do you go when you’re a child entertainer and then you want to transition to be a man? Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl will be among the group of first-time filmmakers at this year’s Sundance Film Festival , but he will likely be the only one to also play an anticipated gig at the annually anticipated event which opens January 17th. The feature, which will screen in Sundance’s Documentary Premieres section, is the brainchild of Grohl who conceived the story after purchasing a custom-built 8028 recording console from Sound City Studios last year. The board was built in 1972 and considered to be a “crown jewel of analog recording equipment,” having recorded such artists as Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty, Cheap Trick, Guns and Roses, Fear, Grohl’s former band, Nirvana as well as Rage Against the Machine, Slipknot, Nine Inch Nails, Metallica and others. The film Sound City showcases the most talented group of musicians in the world and we are thrilled they chose to celebrate the documentary at Park City Live,” said Kathryn Burns, CEO of Park City Live where the concert will take place via a statement. “The evening will be spectacular and we look forward to seeing who will join Dave Grohl and the Sound City Players onstage.” The venue is not a regular Sundance space, but will be one of many ancillary events that take place around the festival. Ravi Shankar, a legendary Indian sitar player and songwriter who was a major influence on The Beatles, has passed away. He was 92. Shankar’s manager, Earl Blackburn, emailed Bloomberg.com with the sad news, confirming that the musician died at a hospital near his residence in California. He underwent heart-valve replacement surgery on Thursday. Seen above with George Harrison, Shankar helped the iconic band member learn Eastern music, remaining a force in the industry for decades and being nominated for a 2013 Grammy Award for Best World Music Album for “The Living Room Sessions, Part 1.” Shankar is also the father of Norah Jones. He served in the Indian Parliament between 1986 and 1992 and last worked with Harrison in 1997; they collaborated on Shankar’s “Chants of India.”

He called out Lyan when his camp used a Rage Against The Machine song without the bands permission and now, he’s put POTUS on blast: According to Celebuzz… …the musician is no fan of Barack Obama’s administration either. Despite supporting Obama in the 2008 election, Morello, 48, is grossly disappointed in the president. “I think Obama has fallen horribly short of expectations that people like I had for him,” Morello told Celebuzz at Comedy Central’s Night of Too Many Stars benefit in New York City on Saturday. “He talked like a different president, he looked like a different president, but he acted just like all of the other presidents, in my view.” What else did Morello have to say? With so much political rhetoric from both parties dedicated to the nation’s middle class, Morello says that politicians are falling short on what he sees as the important issue: poverty. “There are millions of people around the planet who could be the next Mozart or cancer doctor or the person that cures autism that aren’t able to become the people that they were meant to be due to poverty,” he said. As for what politicians are doing to address the issue, Morello added: “They’re doing jack-s*** of what needs to be done because the poorest of the poor don’t have lobbyists in Washington. Their advocates are either themselves or people who [speak out] — I’ve dedicated my life’s work to that.” Morello has been an outspoken left-wing activist throughout his career and most recently has supported the Occupy Wall Street movement. “I think freedom of speech is very important,” he said. “And to present views that are outside of the corporate-controlled media. That’s a key thing.” As for what everyday Americans can do to get politically involved, Morello says it’s pretty simple — and a it doesn’t require an Ivy League education. “You don’t need to read The Wall Street Journal every day to have a moral compass. Stuff’s right and it’s wrong,” he said. “You don’t need to have a honors political science degree from Harvard to weigh in on this stuff — Although I do have an honors political science degree from Harvard,” he added, humorously. Lost amidst the showdown between Rick Ross and Young Jeezy at Saturday night’s BET Awards? A similar altercation between 50 Cent and some rapper named Gunplay. And it sure sounds like it was serious! Gunplay tells TMZ that he wants to “kill” Fiddy and the whole G-Unit crew. For reals, yo! “I never liked them and always wanted to kick his ass,” Gunplay says of 50 Cent and how he fought “five dudes” at the event. Gunplay claims 50 Cent was “hiding behind security” while his opponent tried to “break his f*ckin’ neck.” Before he could do any real damage, though, the musician says police came in and broke up the confrontation. But if they hadn’t… “If you’re playin’ with me, you’re playin’ with fire … might get gunned down, ya never know.” Yes, Gunplay is tight with Ross, but says his issues at the awards ceremony were unrelated to Ross’ feud with Jeezy. “We just goin’ at it with everybody,” Gunplay says. “Let’s go kill ’em all.” Really, this is all the fault of the rapper’s parents. What did they expect when they named their son Gunplay?!?
Wiz Khalifa allegedly made like Lindsay Lohan last week. The hip hopper is accused of running into a woman on the set of his latest music video last Wednesday night, fleeing the scene in his car without stopping to see what actually went down. According to TMZ, the alleged victim was working on the shoot and departing the set when Wiz when whizzing by. Police are trying to get in touch with Khalifa for his version of events, but attempts to reach the artist have been unsuccessful. Let’s hope the musician isn’t guilty of such a heinous act, as Wiz will soon be a role model to a very important young person in his life: Girlfriend Amber Rose is pregnant !
