The Usher/Tameka custody battle has gotten even messier . Apparently we missed a few juicy tidbits from the courtroom proceedings last week. Fortunately HipHopEnquirer had the full rundown, including how a marriage counselor testified that Tameka told him Ush got his “Climax” on with two of her bridesmaids: Just before the trial concluded on Friday, Attorney Lisa West called to the stand Marriage Therapist Sola Winley who gave direct testimony as to why he believed Tameka Raymond was under a great deal of stress. One of the things that stood out in his testimony was the fact that Tameka told him that Usher had slept with two of her bridesmaids. This revelation apparently didn’t go well with Usher as he stormed out the courtroom during a recess mumbling the words, “Now I am sleeping with her bridesmaids?” Would it surprise you if Ush had hit off a few of Tameka’s friends/bridesmaids? That wasn’t the only damaging evidence presented in the courtroom. Former nannies threw both Ush and Tameka under the bus with details about how much they loved the kids but couldn’t deal with the horrible parenting going on. Nanny Jenny Silva said her interactions with Usher were “not good” and her interaction with Tameka were “terrible”. Ironically Ush testified that he was willing to pay for Silva because he wanted insurance that someone would be with the children at all times because he knew Tameka might be away or not attentive. He cited two instances, one of which was Tameka leaving the house saying she was going to the movies, but being gone for 2-3 days leaving the children with Silva. Silva allegedly had many run-ins with Tameka regarding her lack of parenting, leaving for extended periods of time and not having food in the house. “She (Jenny Silva) was more of a parent to the children than Tameka was at the time,” said Usher. Another issue was Tameka using Silva to care of all four children when she was only hired to care for Cinco and Nayvid. Usher estimated the former couple went through 11 nannies since their divorce. Another nanny Jackie Martin contacted court appointed guardian Dan Bloom via email regarding her fears about the adverse effect the inconsistent schedules were having on the boys. She claimed that after returning from visiting Usher the boys used profanity like “Holy sh*t.” She also reportedly expressed her frustration with Tameka and concern for the kids if she quit. Martin also shared a story about a Miami trip where she was forced to stay in the car with one of the boys for over an hour while Tameka, the other son and a friend with to a Miami Heat game because they didn’t have enough tickets. SMH. This sounds like a damn shame, but they definitely need to be in court if they haven’t gotten it together by now. Gabe says his heart don’t pump no kool-aid son! Halle Berry’s decision to dump her long time trusted and respected attorney, Neil Hersh, for legal pitbull, Stephen Kolodny, in her ongoing custody battle with Gabriel Aubry over their daughter Nahla, isn’t fazing the Canadian model and he feels this could actually help his case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, a judge ruled recently that Gabriel’s visitation with Nahla must be supervised, and that he isn’t allowed to have the little girl for overnight visits. The former couple’s bitter custody war was ramped up another notch in January when their nanny alleged that Aubry physically attacked her while she was holding Nahla, a claim Aubry vehemently denies. A police report was filed, but the Los Angeles City Attorney declined to press charges against Aubry. The Academy Award winning actress wants to move to France with her fiancé, actor, Olivier Martinez, and take Nahla with her, something Aubry is determined to prevent happening. “Halle was unhappy that the family law judge hasn’t made a ruling about her request to move to France,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “The judge has indicated that more time is needed and more information needs to be gathered before a ruling is made. This wasn’t good enough for Halle, in Gabe’s opinion, so she fired Neil Hersh, who is greatly respected, and hired Stephen Kolodny because he is known as a bulldozer. “Neither Gabe nor his lawyer are scared or intimidated by Stephen. Gabe thinks this will help his case, because he thinks it shows how desperate and impatient she is. He doesn’t believe either that Halle is afraid for her safety, when was the last time you saw her taking Nahla to school with a bodyguard? Who would have guessed that the strangest thing about actress Fran Drescher would NOT be her voice? In an interview with The Huffington Post late this week, the former star of The Nanny said she and ex-husband Peter Marc Jacobson “both saw [aliens] before we know each other.” “I think that somehow we were programmed to meet,” she said. “We both have this scar. It’s the exact same scar on the exact same spot.” Jacobson, of course, says Drescher’s scar is due to an accident that involved a drill bit or a hot cup of water, not extraterrestrials. But the actress is adamant: “That’s what the aliens programmed us to think,” she says. “But really, that’s where the chip is.”
Anger Management. It’s more than just the name of a terrible Adam Sandler movie and Charlie Sheen’s next vehicle. It’s also the way in which Gabriel Aubry hopes to maintain contact with his daughter. Following a reportedly ugly incident in which Halle Berry’s ex either shoved his nanny while she was cradling daughter Nahla, or at least screamed at her, Aubry has agreed to enroll in anger management courses. The move came after he and Berry met for hours yesterday with representatives from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. Sources tell TMZ Aubry still insists he didn’t touch the nanny, but a law enforcement official close to the case says: “Gabriel has a little bit of a temper, but the good news is that he realizes it.” Aubry is not free from potential charges or consequences, however. He and Berry will still convene in front of a judge on Monday morning and it’s possible Gabriel will be barred from seeing his child until a criminal investigation is complete.
While Halle Berry attempts to deny Gabriel Aubry access to daughter Nahla – following a report that claims he shoved the child’s nanny while she was holding the three-year old – a Los Angeles judge has granted this model one tiny victory in court. Alliance Kamdem, the nanny in question, had applied for a restraining order against her former employer on grounds that he has abused her physically and emotionally, twice pushing her out of doorways; sometimes violently snatching his child out of her arms; and once even saying she was a “spy.” But a judge referred to Kamdem’s petition today as “insufficient and speculative.” He said she should take her complaint to family court. Gabriel, you know you done fawked up right?? According to TMZ reports : Halle Berry is going to court this AM, and she’ll ask a judge for an order prohibiting her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, from having ANY contact with 3-year-old Nahla until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved. As TMZ first reported, the LAPD is conducting a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation after Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny with Nahla in her arms. And before the alleged pushing, the nanny says Gabriel screamed at her and hurled a racial epithet. In addition, we’ve learned the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is also conducting a child endangerment investigation. TMZ has learned more about what nanny Alliance Kamdem has told the cops. Law enforcement sources tell us … Kamdem claims Gabriel repeatedly yelled and cursed at her, often while Nahla was present. Kamdem also says it got so bad … Gabriel would make her sit in a corner in his condo until he called for her. Kamdem also claims Gabriel often yelled at Nahla, causing the child to cower and cry. And she told police… when Nahla had a rash he refused to treat it. Kamdem quit last week after Gabriel allegedly shoved her. Gabriel’s rep tells TMZ, “Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate.” As for Halle’s court appearance later this AM … we’ll be there. Gabriel Aubry could be in major trouble with the law. The Canadian model, who shares custody of three-year old Nahla with Halle Berry, is under investigation for allegedly screaming at his nanny last week and shoving her out a door… while the woman cradled the child in her arms. According to a police report published by TMZ, Aubry kept Nahla home from school last Wednesday, unbeknownst to the nanny. When she arrived at Gabriel’s house and asked why the tyke was not in class, Berry’s ex supposedly went off on her: “You’re the f*cking nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f*cking know anything.” He then pushed her out the door. The nanny filed a complaint and authorities are investigating Aubry for misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery. Child services is also looking into the incident.
