It’s been a tough stretch for Lamar Odom, but might the beleaguered former athlete find solace and comfort with some familiar faces? According to insiders, Khloe is filing for divorce from the former NBA star, but he may still be welcomed back into the Kardashian fold: In Rob and Blac Chyna’s guest bedroom! Odom is reportedly beyond “furious” with his estranged wife Khloe, for what he’s describing as a string of broken promises about reconciliation. He’s always been tight with Rob, though. One can understand why recurring reports that Lamar Odom is back on crack (among other things) permanently shook Khloe’s trust. Khloe and Rob have been estranged themselves, of course, for a number of reasons – not the least of which is his romance with Blac. So perhaps it’s not surprising that he would swoop in to save Lamar. Rob, after all, “knows what it’s like” to be at “rock bottom,” a source says. “[He] doesn’t want Lamar to get there. Rob has secretly seen [Lamar] several times [and] has begged Lamar to come and live with him.” Will the NBA champ accept that offer? According to their insider, “Lamar refused, saying he doesn’t want to burden Rob and Chyna,” given that the engaged couple is expecting. Rob thinks that’s just a lame excuse. As for how Chyna feels about this? Let’s just say she has mixed feelings: “It’s unclear how the bride-to-be feels about Lamar Odom moving into the home they just purchased.” “With the pregnancy and [Blac and Rob’s] upcoming wedding, it seems the busy reality star would be facing a tremendous responsibility.” Not because she doesn’t want to help Odom, but by taking him in, Rob would be “obligating himself to helping Lamar get on the right track.” Regardless of how bogus this story is, that’s a great point; Rob’s had a hard enough time working on himself, let alone a mess like Lamar. Of course, it would make for a great Rob and Chyna reality show storyline to have Odom crashing on the couch like Rob did in the old daze.
