Kylie Jenner: Stormi RUINED My Body!

OK, so it’s been five months now since Kylie Jenner gave birth to her daughter, Stormi. She’s been a mother for five months, and it’s still just too wild to believe, right? In 2028, we will still be talking about how wild it is? Probably, yeah, to be honest. Kylie Jenner gave birth to her first child at 20 years old, the father is some guy she’d been dating for a couple of weeks before getting knocked up, and it’s literally always going to be a crazy story. But this is just the way things are now, so at some point, we just have to get used to it and carry on. And judging by this new video Kylie shared on her YouTube channel, she’s carrying right on with her classic vain ways. The video is a Q&A with her best friend, Jordyn Woods — they asked for questions on Twitter, picked some out, then discussed them. First, they talked about how they met (through mutual friends in middle school, nothing too thrilling there). Kylie Jenner: My New Body is WEIRD! Then they answered a question about which one takes the longest to get ready (Kylie) and a question about Kylie Cosmetics. But then someone asked Jordyn about her weight loss, and that’s where things got interesting. Jordyn said that at first, she wasn’t intentionally trying to lose weight, but when she did start trying, being consistent was key, as was figuring out a way to enjoy working out. Kylie told her that she motivates her, then revealed that she’d “planned my first workout on Monday” — it sounds like she hasn’t worked out at all since giving birth. “I’m not even doing it to get in shape,” she explained, “even though after Stormi I feel like people think that I like bounced back super fast , which I guess I did.” She said that people “get the wrong idea on Instagram sometimes,” because everything is not totally back to normal with her body. “Especially at such a young age, to see your body go through such a change,” she said, “and it is physically, emotionally and mentally a challenge.” But she added that pregnancy is “also a beautiful thing, and it was such a great pregnancy and birth and I’m so happy and I would have done the same thing over again.” She’s not the greatest at maintaining one train of thought, huh? But she tries, bless her heart. Getting to her original point, she revealed that “my boobs are like three times the size, which bothers me. I have stretch marks on my boobs, my stomach isn’t the same, my waist isn’t the same, my butt’s bigger , my thighs are bigger.” “It’s just a change, and honestly I’m finding like I have to change my style a little because nothing in my closet fits my from before.” “I really want to gain my core back,” she added. “I feel like I have fake abs now, like it’s just genetics, but I want real abs.” “I know I can have a super fit body, but just for my health, I want to do this.” It’s not surprising to hear any of this — we’ve heard rumors for a long time about how insecure her pregnancy had made her . Which, to be fair, is totally normal, especially for someone like Kylie, a young woman who’s built much of her career on being hot. It’s very possible that her body will never go back to the way it was before, even with the help of plastic surgery or Snapchat filters or whatever else. But if working out is going to make her feel better, then more power to her, right? View Slideshow: Kylie Jenner: Her Sexiest Snapshots as the Hottest Mom Ever

Tyler Honeycutt, Former UCLA Basketball Standout, Dead After Shootout with Cops

Tyler Honeycutt, a former star for the UCLA Bruins who played parts of two seasons in the NBA, was found dead on Friday inside his home after a violent standoff with the police. He was 27 years old. The details behind Honeycutt’s death are both sad and bizarre. The Los Angeles Police Department and L.A. Fire Department told USA Today, TMZ and other media outlets that a man with a firearm shot at officers around5p.m. on Friday, prior to barricading himself inside his Sherman Oaks, California home for nine hours. The SWAT team eventually arrived and entered the residence … only to find Honeycutt lying on the ground, unresponsive. On Saturday afternoon, the official LAPD Twitter account die not cite Honeycutt by name, but did provide an update on the situation from the evening before, writing: Regarding last nights Officer-Involved Shooting in Van Nuys Division, it appears as if the suspect was not struck by any officer’s gunfire. The suspect appears to have sustained injuries consistent with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. TMZ reports that a gun was found inside the premises, near Honeycutt’s body, and it is presumed he took his own life. This same website says that Honeycutt’s mother was the person who called police Friday, saying her son was acting erratically on Friday. The former college star’s family has confirmed his passing to a local ABC affiliate, while his agent has done the same to the Russian team for whom Honeycutt had been playing professionally. No officers were injured in the altercation, according to LAPD. Meanwhile, several residents in the area had been evacuated as a precaution. Honeycutt earned All-Pac-10 First Team honors in 2011 as a sophomore, leading his team to the NCAA Tournament. He was then drafted by the Sacramento Kings in the second roundon tha NBA Draft, playing sporadically for two seasons with them, before heading to Europe to continue his career. He most recently played with Moscow’s BC Khimki. Former Kings teammate DeMarcus Cousins was one of several players to mourn Honeycutt’s death on social media, Tweeting this afternoon after the tragic news broke: “Prayers up for his family and friends. Rest easy bro!” Honeycutt’s coach at Khimki, Giorgios Bartzokas, was too overwhelmed to comment, saying simply when asked by reporters: “I am sorry I cannot talk right now, I am really sad.” Added New Orleans Pelicans point guard Jrue Holiday: “Still can’t believe this… Rest In Peace to my brother Tyler Honeycutt.” Our thoughts and condolences go out to the friends, family members and loved ones of Tyler Honeycutt. May he rest in peace. View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Died in 2018: In Memoriam

Damn Son: Here’s What Happened To Gary From Chicago Who Stole The Show At The 2017 Oscars

See the original post:

Source: MARK RALSTON / Getty Despite the Oscar drama last year surrounding the Best Picture flub , host Jimmy Kimmel still managed to put on an entertaining show. One of the highlights of the 2017 Academy Awards was when a bus full of tourists entered the arena only to be greeting by some of the biggest stars in the world. Gary Coe (a.k.a. Gary from Chicago) stole the show in that moment:   The highest moment in Gary’s life was soon followed by one of the lowest. According to the former convict,”[Life after the Oscars] was horrible I didn’t ask to be put on the Oscars. I was minding my own business, walking down the street.” It pisses me off that they really dug into that tourist from the Oscar's Gary Coe like what does his criminal past have to do with anything — bri bri. (@_bNichelleeeeee) March 1, 2017 The 60-year old had just been released from prison only three days prior to the Oscars after 20 years behind bars. He was sentenced as part of the three-strikes law in California, with one of his arrests for an alleged attempted rape. Coe told the Hollywood Reporter that his engagement to his then fiancee fell apart right after the show.   Although he’s newly engaged to a different woman, Gary added, “And how about the way it’s come down? Look what happened to Harvey Weinstein! Come to find out that the people up in really high places are the ones we should’ve been watching, and not some poor little black guy that’s been locked away in prison for the last 20 years!” Yikes! We can’t wait to see who steals the show at this year’s Academy Awards. Catch the big show on Sunday at 8pm EST.

No Filter: LeBron James Came For The NCAA’s Entire Existence

Here is the original post:

Source: Jack Arent / Getty On Tuesday, basketball extraordinaire LeBron James had some choice words for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The NCAA is currently under FBI investigation for corruption. Athletes from more than 20 Division I men’s basketball programs are allegedly breaking NCAA rules due to illegal recruiting, and many of the sport’s top players and coaches could face punishment. Lebron acknowledged that he doesn’t know the details of the case or how the NCAA played a hand in the matter, but when it came to actually caring about their players, he called B.S. “The NCAA is corrupt, we know that,” he said . “Sorry, it’s going to make headlines, but it’s corrupt.” You can check out more of what LeBron had to say below.   LeBron James gave his thoughts on the “corrupt” NCAA: https://t.co/P4Twd8q0qR ( : @Cavs ) pic.twitter.com/03t87Rsjgb — Yahoo Sports NBA (@YahooSportsNBA) February 27, 2018 Lebron went straight to the NBA after high school in the 2003 draft. Now, since 2006, NBA draftees have to be at least 19 years old and be one year removed from high school to be eligible for the league. This leads most kids fresh out of high school to go to the NCAA. Lebron is all about alternatives. He spoke of his support for expanding the NBA’s G League, which is sort of like a developmental league before the pros. “I just looked at it like the farm league, like in baseball,” Lebron said. “Or you look at pros overseas; some of those guys get signed at 14, but they get put into this farm system where they’re able to grow and be around other professionals for three or four years. Then, when they’re ready, they hit the national team, or when they’re ready, they become a pro.” With the NCAA under tight pressure and the biggest basketball player in the league over your shoulder, change might come sooner than we think. We’ll keep you updated as the heat against the NCAA continues.

Compton’s Champion: Serena Williams Covers Glamour, Talks “Drake Curse”, Pay Equality, Having Kids And More

Serena Williams Covers The New Issue Of Glamour Magazine This month, the #BlackGirlMagic goddess spoke to Melissa Harris-Perry for Glamour’s June cover story and talked about a myriad of topics Black Girl Magic/Fan Investment MHP: You and Venus were the original black-girl magic. People who do not know you feel a personal stake in every match you play. SW: That’s something. I meet people who say, “Girl, I watch every match, and I pray for you.” I feel that energy and those prayers. Sometimes when I’m down on the court, in the back of my mind, I’m thinking, “They want me to win. Is there anything else I can give?” It encourages me to do better, to fight harder. Drake Curse MHP: Twitter ate Drake alive after your loss at the U.S. Open [then rumored to be her boyfriend, he was accused of having distracted her]. Is that fair? SW: No. I don’t think that was fair. I’m the one who’s playing, who’s making mistakes or making winners. I’m not one to blame anyone else for anything. And I don’t think anyone else should either. I played a really good opponent that day. And I wasn’t at my best. Pay Equality For Women MHP: The U.S. women’s soccer team has been challenging inequity in women’s sports, fighting for equal pay. It’s an issue facing NCAA women in multiple fields [including tennis, where women make 80 cents for each dollar men earn]. Want to weigh in on this? SW: These sports have a lot of work to do. And I really hope that I can be helpful in that journey because I do believe that women deserve the same pay. We work just as hard as men do. I’ve been working, playing tennis, since I was three years old. And to be paid less just because of my sex—it doesn’t seem fair. Will I have to explain to my daughter that her brother is gonna make more money doing the exact same job because he’s a man? If they both played sports since they were three years old, they both worked just as hard, but because he’s a boy, they’re gonna give him more money? Like, how am I gonna explain that to her? In tennis we’ve had great pioneers that paved the way—including Venus, who fought so hard for Wimbledon to pay women the same prize money they pay men, and Billie Jean King, who is one of the main reasons Title IX exists. Having Kids MHP: You mentioned kids. Do you want a family of your own? SW: Yeah. I definitely want to have kids one day. That’s something I’ve always wanted since as long as I could remember. And the older I get, the more I’m like, “I’m too young!” [Laughs.] MHP: The older you get, the more real it gets, the more you realize how hard parenting is, right? SW: Yeah. I was just joking with Venus about this yesterday and saying, “I’m far too young!” Hopefully I’ll be able to mature one of these days, get serious, and at least have them pretty fast. Moral of the story: Keep praying for Serena, leave Aubrey alone, pay her what you owe her, and find her a bae for whom she can tote a gut full. R.I.P. Two Members Of Illinois State Coaching Staff Die In Plane Crash After Final Four Game

Aaron Leetch And Torrey Ward Deaths Illinois State University is currently in mourning after two members of their coaching staff’s lives ended in tragedy. After attending Monday’s NCCA Basketball championship game in Indianapolis, Aaron Leetch (L) and Torrey Ward (R) were killed when their small plane crashed. The Chicago Tribune reports: Two members of Illinois State University’s athletic department were among the seven people killed when their small plane crashed near the Bloomington airport while returning from the NCAA basketball championship game in Indianapolis, authorities said. They were identified as Aaron Leetch, deputy director of athletics for external operations, and Torrey Ward, associate head coach of the Redbirds men’s basketball team. “The entire campus (is) in mourning,” ISU President Larry Dietz said in a statement. Two other victims have been identified: Terry Stralow, a partner in a popular bar in Bloomington-Normal, and Scott Bittner, owner of a meat-processing company and owner of the twin-engine Cessna 414 that crashed. No information about the others killed was available, but authorities said everyone on board died in the crash. The plane left the Indianapolis airport about 11 p.m. Monday and hit heavy fog over central Illinois, authorities said. About 12:15 a.m., radar contact with the plane was lost, according to the sheriff’s office. A search was launched, and a Bloomington police officer discovered the wreckage in a field northeast of the airport, the office said. “It was determined that there were no survivors,” the office said. At some point “that radio contact was lost,” he said. Olson did not say if the pilot indicated experiencing any trouble. The pilot did not cancel the flight plan or make any alterations in flight, he said. So sad, condolences to the families of the coaches and the rest of the victims.
