Either reports of Breezy’s bad tenant-ness were grossly exaggerated , or he has found yet another good person to hold him down unnecessarily. The real estate agent who helped him land his cushy L.A. crib says she can’t imagine Chris Brown being the kind of tenant described in earlier reports. “Chris Brown has been very kind and an absolute pleasure to work with,” says Manuela Villa of L.A. Luxury Estates. “Our interaction on his behalf continues to be professional and seamless.” She’s probably not lying. We bet Breezy is no louder than any other 21-year-old who can afford to be living where he’s living… without their Mommy and Daddy. In other news, Team Breezy can officially pat itself on the back.

Chris Brown’s neighbors are complaining that the pop star is a horrible neighbor thanks to all of the loud music and constant stream of people coming in and out of his West Hollywood condo. “Chris Brown is a problematic tenant, to say the least,” a source tells RadarOnline . “He has his posse traipsing around until the late hours of the night, he’s loud and totally disrespectful of his neighbors.” The source says that Chris’ neighbors are professional-types who work during the day and need rest at night. “He’s driving the other tenants in the building crazy… It’s important to them to get some rest at night and that’s proving difficult with the noise that’s being generated.” “He just moved in around a month ago and he’s already received a warning. Mother broadcasted child sex abuse on webcam

Pamela K. Ortega, 30-year-old woman from Grant County, Washington has beenarrested abd is accused of performing various sex acts on her own children and her neighbors 2-week-old boy. Ortega allegedly took photos and shoot videos of herself performing sex acts on the children, and then distributed them on the Internet. Authorities were alerted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Ortega was interviewed at her apartment at 800 S. County Road in Warden in May, where she reportedly admitted to sexually abusing two relatives and a 2-week-old boy she babysat. Ortega told police she was a methamphetamine addict who filmed herself abusing the children at the behest of people she chatted with on the Internet. Police is also investigating a bestiality claim against Ortega and a Moses Lake man’s dog, but no charges have so far been filed. On at least a dozen occasions, Ortega forced her kids to stimulate her while men watched on a live feed. Brian Austin Green To Appear On ‘Desperate Housewives’

Actor, who recently married Megan Fox, will have a multi-episode arc on the ABC show. Now former “90210” star Brian Austin Green will be back on the small screen this fall for a role on the ABC soap “Desperate Housewives.” His rep confirmed the casting. He’ll play “a hot contractor in his 30s who catches the eyes of some of the neighbors on Wisteria Lane.” His character will reportedly have a multi-episode arc on the show. Brzezinski: Invite Iran To Conference On Afghanistan’s Future

Great idea.  While we’re at it, let’s invite al Qaeda to a conference on Israel’s future . . . On Morning Joe today, Zbigniew Brzezinski recommended that the US organize an “international conference” on Afghanistan’s future—and invite Iran to participate. The former Carter National Security Advisor didn’t say what positive contribution he might expect from a country working in defiance of international sanctions to develop nuclear weapons and that has stated its desire to wipe Israel off the map.  ZBIGNIEW BRZEZINSKI:  I think we have to have some sort of an international conference drawing in the neighbors of Afghanistan into the process regarding the future of Afghanistan.  That means, among others, the Iranians. So, there are a number of things we need to do, difficult as they are, to achieve the objectives the president has set for himself. Zbig’s daughter Mika could be heard uttering a [quizzical?] “hmm” in response.  Will any of the MSM pick up on Brzezinski’s suggestion?  Might Pres. Obama take a cue from Carter’s man?
