Rain Brown: Filming This Season of Alaskan Bush People Was Almost Impossible

Now that we’re a couple of episodes into Season 10 of Alaskan Bush People , one of the stars is opening up about the realities of filming. Starring on a reality show in the wilderness in the middle of nowhere is no joke, folks. Rain is being brutally honest about the challenges that her family has faced. Take a look: On Sunday afternoon, Rain Brown took to Instagram to remind her followers about the new episode. “Everybody! tune in to our new episode of @alaskanbushppl on discovery Channel tonight at 9!!” Rain wrote in her captions. She then elaborated on how grueling it had been to produce what fans and viewers were about to see. “This season has been very challenging,” the 16-year-old admitted. Rain explained that it was difficult “adjusting to the new life our Wolfpack has had to live.” Even with those challenges, Rain quickly made it clear that nothing would hold back the Browns. “But together we can get through anything,” the youngest of Billy and Ami’s children affirmed. “And,” she vowed, they will “come out the other side stronger as a family!” After all of the adversity that they’ve faced? We don’t doubt it. This is not the first time that Rain has opened up about the effort that went into this season. Right before this season’s premiere, Rain also took to Instagram with a message for her fans and followers. “My family crew and I have worked tirelessly to make a fun uplifting meaningful season,” Rain began. She expressed her “special thanks to the wonderful crew, beautiful family.” Rain also gave a shoutout to Noah and Rhain’s baby. “And,” the teen reality star wrote. “Mostly my nephew Eli.” This girl loves being an aunt! For all of Rain’s much-appreciated honesty, she’s still pretty vague about the challenges with which her family is grappling. But we think that we can read between the lines and explain it. For one thing, it wasn’t so long ago that the entire family was living in Alaska. Then they transplanted, not to Washington, but to a Beverly Hills mansion during Ami’s cancer battle. The plan for a time was for them to move to Colorado, but ultimately, they settled in Washington on a 435 acre property that Billy Brown purchased. Adjusting to a series of big moves like that takes time. There’s more than just moving chaos that has the 16-year-old reality star adjusting to new habits. As she mentioned, she’s now an aunt — to Noah and Rhain’s baby, Eli. It turns out that Noah was only the first to provide Billy and Ami with a grandbaby. Gabe Brown married girlfriend Raquell Rose, and it was no surprise when the couple announced that they were expecting. Rain gets along well with Raquell, but adjusting to her best friend being her sister-in-law and mother of her future niece is a big deal. Just weeks ago, Bear Brown revealed that he has a girlfriend of his own, Raiven. The two have been dating for six months and spending time on the Brown property all the while. While there were rumors that Bear’s family resented his girlfriend for being pansexual , those whispers have been quashed. It looks like Rain gets along well with Raiven, too. Another big difference has been Matt Brown’s coming and going as he worked on his sobriety. The good news is that Matt has made up with Billy and will even be allowed to film next season so long as he remains sober. Taylor Swift: We Finally Know Why She Ended Her Friendship With Karlie Kloss

There was a time when Taylor Swift’s squad was almost as imposing as the singer’s massively popular body of work. Taylor didn’t just “make friends” like us mere mortals, she formed an army to fight alongside her in her most vicious battles, such as her longstanding feud with Katy Perry . But these days, Taylor has made peace with Katy , and her squad is but a distant memory. And it’s not as though Swift couldn’t use the support of her once-loyal girl army. In fact, these days she’s clashing with even bigger foes, and her dispute with Scooter Braun has left the music industry divided. Tay could use her besties now more than ever. So what happened? How did one of the most famous women on the planet find herself essentially friendless (at least in terms of other celebrities)? Well, according to a new report from Page Six, the unraveling began with the dissolution of Taylor’s friendship with Karlie Kloss. Karlie married Josh Kushner earlier this year, and Taylor was not in attendance at either of the two wedding ceremonies the couple held. Even though Taylor and Karlie were self-proclaimed best friends for years, insiders were not surprised by Swift’s absence. Now, one source claims to know exactly what took place between the former BFFs that caused them to call it quits. As is so often the case with this sort of thing, the friendship-ending beef started over something trivial. According to the informant, Karlie used to have her own room inside Taylor’s $47.7 million compound in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood. Swift reportedly went all out to make Kloss comfortable, even going so far as to stock the room with the model’s favorite foods. But the cozy situation exploded when Karlie invited friends over without first receiving approval from Taylor. “Taylor got upset over something crazy and then she just alienated Karlie,” says the source. The insider sees parallels between the beef with Karlie and Taylor’s current spat with Braun. Apparently, in both situations, many who are close to the singer were surprised by what they felt was an over-the-top reaction to a largely imagined slight. In Karlie’s case, she had done nothing but invite a few friends over. In Scooter’s case, those who are most familiar with the backstory reportedly feel that the music mogul did nothing other than pursue a business deal that Taylor had already passed on. “She always does the same thing: She trips up when she goes further than she needed to,” says the source. “She didn’t need to say that she didn’t get told about the deal, when there is clear proof and text messages sent to her.” Referring to Taylor’s feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West , the insider adds: “She did the same thing about the Kim K-and-Kanye row [and then] Kim just published the conversation online.” Sounds like Taylor remains as drawn to drama as ever before. Stassi Schroeder Opens Up About Kristen Doute Feud: It’s Killing Me!

Well, another summer is almost at an end. It’s a bummer in many respects, but fall offers much to look forward to — the return of football, memes about how much pumpkin spice flavoring sucks, and of course, a new season of Vanderpump Rules . After emerging as a surprise hit on Bravo’s roster back in 2013 Vanderpump has consistently delivered the goods for seven solid seasons now. But there’s no denying that the series has reached the point where most reality shows begin to show their age. Four cast members will get married this season (turns out Tom and Katie’s first wedding wasn’t legal), and now that Stassi is engaged to Beau Clark, with the exception of Kristen Doute, the entire cast is paired off in serious relationships. (In case you missed it, Billie Lee has quit the show . Newcomers often have a hard time with this bunch.) That’s great for the cast, but contented homebodies aren’t known for delivering dramatic fireworks, which could spell trouble for the future of the show. Fortunately, the ladies and gents who pretend to work at SUR remain as petty as ever, and if the feuds among them are fake, then they all deserve acting Emmys. This time around, it’s Kristen Doute who’s been cast out of the Witches of WeHo. The cause of the beef is unclear, but multiple sources have confirmed that Kristen is no longer on speaking terms with Stassi Schroeder or Katie Maloney. Over the weekend, Doute held a launch party for her new t-shirt line, and while Katie’s husband, Tom Schwartz, was on hand, she and Stassi were conspicuously absent. Stassi’s mother, Dayna Schroeder, confirmed on Instagram that there’s some bad blood, calling the feud “quite sad.” “I didn’t really know all the particulars. So I was out of the loop for awhile,” Dayna Schroeder explained. “Don’t you worry, it’s like Lion King and the circle of life. ….each one of these girls will grow, change and come back to their original strong friendship bond that they’ve always had. Somethings just take time.” We’re gonna guess that that quote was delivered after more than a few Pump-tinis! Anyway, Stassi mentioned the feud in passing on her podcast this week, but did not go into detail: “We’re at the homestretch from filming, I have a few days left. My brain is mush,” Schroeder told Clark during her latest episode. “The drama is killing me. I can’t anymore. Miley Cyrus Says She’s Evolving and Climbing and Lots of Other Deep Stuff in Wake of Scandalous Split

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have both spoken out since rocking the celebrity gossip world with news of their split. And each has said something very, very different. Following a mere eight months of marriage — but a decade of mostly being together, with the occasional hiatus here and there — Cyrus and Hemsworth pulled the plug on their romance over the weekend. The separation was confirmed by a rep for the singer, who said the following to People Magazine: “Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. “Please respect their process and privacy.” As you might expect, however, this latter request has been ignored. This likely would have been the case no matter what, considering just how famous both halves of the now-former couple are, but a follow-up to the story has made it impossible for outlets to simply give Liam and Miley privacy. And that follow-up is this: MILEY WAS JUST CAUGHT MAKING OUT WITH KAITLYNN CARTER ! Yes, that is Brody Jenner’s ex-wife. And, yes, she’s a woman. In the wake of this bombshell * , Liam was spotted out in Byron Bay, Australia with his older hot brother on Monday morning. When asked about the situation by The Daily Mail Australia, the actor demurred, wishing his private life to remain as private as possible, which has been his general take for many years now. “You don’t understand what it’s like,” the actor told the outlet. “I don’t want to talk about it, mate.” ( * Okay, fine, perhaps we can’t really call this a bombshell because Miley only just recently said she was NOT a “stereotypical wife,” bristling at the mere use of this word and confirming she’s still very much attracted to women.) As for Cyrus? She has also remained pretty quiet about her relationship with Liam ever since it started way back in 2010 — but she’s never been one to remain quiet on the Internet. Staying very much on brand, she shared the following image on Instagram yesterday, breaking her silence on the end of her marriage by writing some very profound and weird stuff. First, the image: And now the deep caption affiliated with it: Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of , which was once under water , connected with Africa , change is inevitable. The Dolomites were not created over night, it was over millions of years that this magnificent beauty was formed. My dad always told me “ Nature never hurries but it is always on time”…. it fills my heart with peace and hope KNOWING that is true. I was taught to respect the planet and its process and I am committed to doing the same with my own… It’s not all that hard to read between Miley’s lines here, of course. She has always been very open about her sexuality and it admitting with this message that she’s a work in progress. She’s evolving as a human and also as a sexual being. All totally fine and maybe even admirable things, of course. But the question remains: When did she start dating Kailtynn Carter ? Is she actually dating her? Did she cheat on Liam with her? Because, if so, Cyrus can talk profoundly about evolution and nature and whatever else she wants…  but she’ll still have acted in a very inappropriate manner. Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are Married! Hooray!

Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon have officially gone from paradise to perpetual bliss. So the semi-famous couple hopes, at least. The Bachelor in Paradise alums exchanged vows on Sunday evening in Rhode Island, People Magazine and other outlets have now confirmed,  with Iaconetti speaking to this publication about the occasion and saying the following: “We freakishly agreed on everything. Growing up we had the exact same vision of our wedding, [doing] it as grandiose as it has become.” Added Haibon, whose dog Clark served as the precious and beyond adorable ring bearer: “We’re so accustomed to being together, and living together, that marriage is the obvious next step!” Among other beloved/well-known members of Bachelor Nation, People writes that Nick Viall, Dean Unglert and couple Jason Tartick and Kaitlyn Bristowe were in attendance at the event. It’s certainly been quite the journey for these two reality stars. Viewers met Iaconetti on Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor … and then were introduced to Haibon on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of The Bachelorette. Both suitors advanced pretty far in their quest at those times to find a soulmate, but neither earned the final rose. However, they refused to give up on love and/or fame, appearing on the second season of Bachelor in Paradise. They did go on a date during this run of episode, only for Haibon to dump Iaconetti. who made it very clear during their initial time together that she was totally smitten with Jared. Still, the pair remained friends and even had a few romantic flings in the months that followed. Finally, in May of 2018,  Haibon admitted that seeing Ashley with another man served as a “kick in the [rear end]” for him; it made him realize that he truly did want to be with Iaconetti. “I never felt like it was over between us after Paradise,” Jared said in a video the two filmed about a year and a half ago, adding back then: “I’m not gonna lie and say that I was in love with Ashley during BiP. It was a slow build for me.” About a month after this footage was shot, Jared proposed to Ashley — on a Season 5 episode of Bachelor in Paradise ! “There’s just this undeniable, magnetic force between the two of us that just is indescribable,” Haibon told People at the 2018 Nylon Young Hollywood Party, continuing at the time: “Love conquered.” Later, Iaconetti said the following to Bachelor alum Higgins during iHeartRadio’s The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast:  “He is my person. He is my soul mate.” How very sweet, right? As for specific details from the wedding, courtesy of People? Iaconetti wore an Ines Di Santo ballgown she purchased from Lovella in Glendale and jewels from Brooke Rayn Jewelry. Haibon chose a tuxedo from Black Tux. They exchanged Neil Lane wedding bands. Iaconetti and Haibon served New England-inspired hors d’oeuvres and treated guests to a pasta bar during cocktail hour, prior to everyone tucking into traditional wedding fare by Blackstone Catering. American Idol alum David Cook serenaded the newlyweds for their first dance with “Ever the Same.” Dunkin’ Donuts also teamed with Banga Portrait Studio to provide custom edible photo donuts as an extra-special treat. Saaid Iaconetti: “Jared and I from the very beginning have been saying we don’t want our wedding to be a party. We want it to be a romantic experience!”

Jenelle Evans: Everyone Hates Me and It’s DEPRESSING, OK?!

For years and years, the people who have known of Jenelle Evans have hoped and prayed that one day, against all odds, she might develop a tiny bit of self awareness. But we didn't want it to happen like this. As you probably know, Jenelle hasn't had an easy go of it this year. We've learned more and more about just how abusive and awful David is, and of course she lost custody of her kids for a few weeks there. And if she was almost anybody else, she'd take everything that's happened as a huge wake-up call and get to changing her life. As it were, she's Jenelle. And … well, let's just get into her latest nonsense. 1. Hard Times Yeah, so 2019 hasn’t been the best year for Jenelle, huh? 2. A Whirlwind of Horrors Just in the past few months, her life pretty much fell apart, and it started when David, her allegedly (do we even have to say “allegedly” anymore after hearing her 911 calls?) abusive husband murdered her dog. 3. RIP Nugget Nugget was a tiny little French bulldog, and it didn’t seem like they ever bothered to try to train her or to try to teach the kids how to interact with her, but when she nipped at Ensley, David thought an appropriate reaction would be to throw her outside and shoot her with a shotgun. 4. Not So Much As it turned out, it was not an appropriate reaction. 5. Send Help Teen Mom fans who watched things play out on social media were absolutely livid about what had happened to poor Nugget, and before too long, MTV announced that they were no longer filming Jenelle’s story. 6. Bear Brown: Does His Family Hate His Girlfriend for Being Pansexual?

Last week, fans of Alaskan Bush People were introduced to Bear Brown’s new girlfriend , Raiven. It wasn’t long before people did some digging into her past and learned about her ex-girlfriend. Raiven addressed her sexuality on social media. But a new report says that Bear’s family is having a hard time accepting her. Here’s what our own research revealed: “It’s been brought to my attention,” Raiven announced days ago on Instagram. “The social media stalkers of my new found life.” Just weeks ago, she was a model but not a public figure. Now she’s publicly dating a star of a very successful reality series. Raiven wrote that these stalkers “have found my ex who was a female,” “I have fought for my peace of mind in my sexuality, and in my life,” Raiven affirmed. “I’m proud of myself for loving myself, in every aspect of life.” “Come for me about my overalls, Come for me about my teeth, my height whatever you want,” she added. “But I ask you please let my sexuality be.” “Let my ex be don’t stir a pot that doesn’t belong to you,” Raiven suggested. “Let her be she doesn’t deserve the drama.” Many suspect that Raiven’s ex-girlfriend is the one who has been shopping news of her existence to the tabloids. “We split due to being together at a young age,” Raiven explained. “And not being ready for a relationship.” “Not being right for one another, we haven’t been together for almost 3 years,” she shared. That’s two-and-a-half years before she and Bear began dating. “I am with Bear!” Raiven happily affirmed. “I am happy and he is what I want every day of my life.” “My past is my past judge me for whatever you want,” Raiven wrote. “But don’t do it like this.” She then cited Bella Thorne coming out as pansexual by quoting the young actress’ words. “In the words of @bellathorne,” Raiven wrote. “‘Somebody explained to me really thoroughly what that is. You like beings. You like what you like.'” “‘Doesn’t have to be a girl or a guy or a he or she or they or this or that,'” the quote continued. “‘It’s literally you like personality. You just like a being.'” Raiven’s heartfelt post concluded with the hashtags:”#loveislove#equality#standtall#pansexualandproud” RadarOnline reports that Raiven’s relationship history is giving pause to Bear’s family. An insider claims that Bear’s parents in particular felt “blindsided” by the news of her ex-girlfriend. The source added that the family currently “slightly suspicious of Raiven” on the grounds that she had not been more forthright with them. The insider reported that the Browns “are honestly a bit bothered right now.” “They are both very religious,” the source noted. “And the fact that she did not tell Bear she was gay at one point in her life really irritated them.” We hope that we do not have to explain that ” gay at one point ” is not what pansexuality is or even close to how sexuality works. The claim that Bear’s family resents Raiven over her sexuality doesn’t sound quite right to us. First of all, when Raiven posted on Instagram, it was immediately “liked” by an avalanche of people — including Rain Brown. Rain is a good person and has been vocally supportive of the LGBTQ+ community (while quietly side-stepping gay rumors) for years. So it’s no surprise that she was supportive of Raiven’s beautiful message. No matter their personal religious beliefs, we can’t imagine the Browns condemning a young woman for not coming out when they first met. And now we know that the reports of tensions and unease are just a load of malarkey. We checked with what Bear had to say, and on Friday afternoon, Bear took to Instagram to make an announcement. “Hey everyone!” Bear writes. “I just wanted to clarify to my fans and to all the fans of our show!” “That Raiven has been completely honest with me and my family the whole time I’ve known her!” he emphasized. “She started out as my best friend!” Bear shares. “And our relationship grew from there!” “My Mom Dad and whole family think the world of her,” Bear reveals. “She is quickly becoming a part of the Wolfpack!” “Raiven is the most beautiful woman I’ve ever met!” he praises. “Both on the inside and the outside! She has a heart of gold!” “Also the way my parents taught me and the most important rule of Alaska,” Bear notes. “Is to never judge anyone or tell anyone else how they should live!” “Raiven holds my heart in her hands!” Bear concludes. There you have it — no weird bigoted tensions in the family over Raiven’s pansexuality. Some folks are just having fun with rumors. Amy Roloff: Did She Just Get Super NSFW About Chris Marek?

THG readers know that we love Amy Roloff . We adore her social media, her books, her food, and her smile that lights up a room. We’ve also followed Amy’s romance with Chris Marek closely, which makes her recent NSFW caption so much more entertaining. In an otherwise innocuous post about pizza, Amy shared a little TMI. Take a look: “Afternoon delight,” Amy’s captions for this black-and-white photo begin, followed by music note emojis. She writes that she is “taking a rare moment in the middle of the day just to hang out.” Amy took the snap “at one of my favorite places downtown Hillsboro @pizzario, w/ Chris.” They were there to eat “and talk, appreciate each other and the day. It was wonderful!” Amy is “all about making moments [together].” As you can imagine, a number of fans raised their eyebrows at “afternoon delight.” If you’re not aware, the term is a widely used euphamism for sex in the middle of the day. When one fan asked, Amy replied: “now now … that didn’t happen.” “It’s in a song,” Amy acknowledged. “But can’t remember all the words.” Literally no part of the lyrics is at all subtle about the subject matter. The song’s about boning. “Anyway,” Amy continued in he reply. “That didn’t happen.’” Just a couple of weeks ago, Amy shared a brunch photo of her with Chris — with a much less suggestive caption. “Sunday brunch with Chris,” Amy announced on Instagram. She admitted: “I was bummed my offer on a house got rejected.” “I was thankful Chris was with me,” Amy expressed. “And the comfort he gave to just quietly help me to let it go.” “And,” she continued. “Tell me there’s going to be another house I can make a home.” Amy may have been feeling down, but she knows her coping strategies. “One way for me to get out of a rut is to cook,” Amy shared. “So,” her caption continued. “We had a nice quiet wonderful Sunday having brunch,” Amy truly enjoyed Chris and “a cup of coffee, and just being together.” “Thanks babe,” she concluded. “Life is still good.” Amy has gotten a lot of grief — even from her own fans — for her relationship with Chris Marek. Some fans were “convinced” that he was just out to scam Amy out of her reality TV money. Others insisted that he “must” be after fame. Some of these fans were just attached to Amy and Matt as a couple and were having trouble letting go. But others clearly had some disturbing ideas about little people — and somehow believed that a man of average height couldn’t genuinely love Amy. Fortunately, those people were way, way off. These days, when fans bother Amy about her romance, it takes a very different tone. Namely, fans want to see her get hitched to Chris and they want to know when he’s going to pop the question. Amy has suggested that she is open to getting married, but doesn’t want to rush into it. She takes marriage very seriously and wants to get married for life — when the time is right. Joy-Anna Duggar: How is She Handling the Miscarriage?

Joy-Anna Duggar is putting on a brave face these days. And, at times, she’s also stuffing this face with ice cream. The 21-year revealed about a month ago that she had suffered a miscarriage after five months of pregnancy, teaming with husband Austin Forsyth to break this tragic news to their fans and supporters. Wrote the couple on Instagram at the time: “Today marks one week since we heard these words… “So this is your baby’s heart (pointing to the ultrasound screen). I don’t hear a heartbeat or see any movement.” Duggar and Forsyth had announced they were expecting their second child back on May 1, joining a very long line of loved ones who were pregnant and looking forward to welcoming a baby later this year. And then their dreams came crashing down this summer. Because Joy-Anna was so far along, she even had to give birth to her late child . Just truly heart-breaking all around. Now, several weeks after she made this terrible announcement, Joy-Anna is slowly but surely returning to the spotlight. She wants everyone to know that she’s struggling, as any woman would be, but that she’s also doing okay. On August 7, for example, Duggar posted the following photo on her Instagram page and included as a message: “Being real y’all. It’s been one of those days … lots of crying, praying, and a little ice cream.” As you can see above, the caption was laid over a photo of the Duggar daughter holding an ice cream cone.. Joy-Anna then shared a psalm on her Story as well: “Evening, morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.” Just a few days earlier, Duggar had posted another psalm on her official social media page, including with it an update on just how she and Austin and dealing with their recent tragedy. “Our hearts are healing,” she wrote alongside the image above, adding: “Yes, those days come that I miss my little girl so much. Wishing I could have met her, seen Austin love on her and Gideon play with her.” Duggar had previously told followers she and her husband named their little girl Annabell Elise — Annabell meaning “God has favored me” and Elise meaning “God satisfies.” In this caption from July 26, she continued: Yet, God has given us so much comfort. People say that I am strong, but I am not.  It is Jesus’ strength that has carried me through. He’s given me a peace that passes all understanding and he has given me His JOY. From there, Duggar quoted a pair of psalms: He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. (Psalms 147:3) The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. (Psalm 34:18-19) We continue to keep Joy-Anna and Austin in our thoughts during this challenging time.
