There was also a treehouse involved, and more insight into the family’s dating – sorry, courting – process, which is always … something. Meanwhile, some other family members were in treehouse building mode, and in the case of John-David, waxing poetic about his future. “I’m in a position where I am somewhat financially independent,” Jana Duggar’s twin brother, a pilot and firefighter, beamed. “I’m making an income. I’ve got a place to live.” “Hopefully,” added the 26-year-old, “one day I’ll get married, have some kids of my own and build my own tree fort maybe.” John-David didn’t specify when, or with whom, of course, and the topic of Joy-Anna Duggar courting also came up on this episode. Josiah Duggar, whose own failed courtship with Marjorie Jackson made headlines, and Joseph Duggar weighed in on that subject. For anyone to get near Joy-Anna, “he’d almost have to be the perfect guy, and he would go through a lot of testing,” Joseph said. In this case, the beloved actress is covering the latest issue of Adweek. At least we think that’s Washington on the cover. It’s hard to say for certain. “I have to be honest… I was taken aback by the cover,” Washington wrote on social media in response to the picture, adding: “Look, I’m no stranger to Photoshopping. It happens a lot. In a way, we have become a society of picture adjusters – who doesn’t love a filter?!? “And I don’t always take these adjustments to task but I have had the opportunity to address the impact of my altered image in the past and I think it’s a valuable conversation.” In early March, Lena Dunham went off on a Spanish publication for the way in which it digitally altered a picture of her body on its cover. Kim Kardashian has gone on the record, addressing her supposed rivalry with Kylie Jenner by making it as clear as possible: There is no sibling rivalry with Kylie Jenner. Following weeks of speculation that beef exists between the sisters because Kylie is trying very hard to be just like Kim, Kardashian took to her official app on Friday and addressed the alleged feud. “Kylie and I laugh so hard at this all the time, because people always want to pit us against each other, thinking we have similar careers,” Kim wrote. “I think it’s amazing – there’s no one else I would want to be in the same business with than my sister. “She teaches me so much, and I teach her so much, and we’re both so close that it’s just funny.” It is true that Jenner and Kardashian are both in the same business… of posing on Instagram with very little clothing on their bodies. But there’s plenty of room on that social media service for both of these women to succeed in that noble pursuit. “Sometimes I hear a rumor and I’m like, ‘Wait, is that true?! What’s really going on? I need to call my sister,'” Kim added. “But with this one, that has never been the case. “We just are so supportive of each other, and that’s really what it is.” So much for that rumor that Kim is mad at Kylie and Kendall for their video game we guess, huh?
