Anthony Mackie: Drunk on Donald Trump Kool-Aid!

Anthony Mackie clearly has a drinking problem. Though not the kind of drinking problem to which Scott Disick  or others of that nature can relate. In an interview this week with BET, the actor was asked which 2016 Presidential campaign he would want to run, in light of his role in the new film Our Brand is Crisis . “I would 100 percent want to run Trump’s campaign,” said Mackie. “First, that’ll be the best party ever when he won, and second, Trump’s an easy sell.” An easy sell? How so? “If you you look at Trump, he’s an easy sell because you can sell him as the guy who worked his way up from nothing,” Mackie said. “And I think if you’re a ‘pull yourself up by your bootstraps’ candidate, people would identify with that.” That may be true as a general role… but Trump’s father was a millionaire real estate developer who played a key role in his son’s path to riches. So Trump is the opposite of a guy who worked his way up from nothing. Other than that detail, Mackie’s assessment is spot on. “I’m on the bandwagon,” Mackie, the anti-Jennifer Lawrence , said when asked if he would be voting for Trump. “I’m drinking the Kool-Aid.” And we’ve heard that’s the BEST Kool-Aid out there. Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar Enter Marriage Counseling

It’s been a tough year for the Duggar family.  Obviously, the various Josh Duggar sex scandals created the biggest headaches, but the past few months have seen the 19 Kids and Counting clan have seen coping with lots of other stumbling blocks and mini-scandals. Just last week, Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard refunded donations to fans who became outraged after realizing they helped fund missionary work that never actually happened. (At least when Josh shells out for “missionary work” he gets what he paid for!) Yes, the Duggar situation has gotten so bad that using charitable donations from fans to pay for a vacation is considered a minor scandal. We imagine seeing your kids’ faces accompanied by some lurid headline every time you check out at the grocery store would be a pretty major source of stress for anyone, so we’re not surprised to hear that Michelle and Jim Bob have decided to get away from it all and give their marriage a tune-up. Radar Online is reporting that Michelle and Jim Bob have embarked on a marriage retreat , where they’ll spend time in the woods discussing their relationship along with counselors and several other couples.  The Duggars confirmed the news on there Facebook page today, but did not offer any information regarding when they’ll return from the outing in Ozark National Forest. A website for the pastor who runs the retreat states that he offers “Biblical solutions to critical family problems.” Well, that’s good. Lamar Odom: Shady "Fixer" Shows Up, Takes Unconscious Star’s Stuff, Peaces Out!

How’s this for a twist: Some “shady” man claiming to be Lamar Odom‘s manager reportedly turned up at the Love Ranch brothel hours after the former NBA star was found. With Odom unconscious and on the brink of death, the man demanded to take his belongings, according to the business’ owner himself, Dennis Hof . The unidentified man took the ailing athlete’s phone among other personal items, Hof says, and made himself scarce. Oh, and it gets even weirder: A few hours after that took place, another man, identifying himself as Odom’s bodyguard, arrived … and had no earthly idea who the first visitor was. “I don’t know if I got conned,” Hof said afterward. “When this all shakes out, this was a shady motherf–ker . I didn’t recognize him. Something was up.” No word if Mike from Breaking Bad has an alibi last Tuesday. Seriously, who was this “cleaner” and what does he know? If Hof – who Khloe Kardashian wants to shut the eff up – doesn’t even know … who does?! Speaking of Khloe, she remains by Odom’s side as the 35-year-old continues to make progress following his nearly fatal overdose last week. Despite reports that Lamar Odom died or was brain dead, has been brought out of a medically induced coma, and is now breathing on his own. He has even smiled and kissed Khloe and Kim. Odom faces a long road to recovery, but there is reason for hope … and we also hope he can tell us who this Mike-like “fixer” might be. Because WTF. Blake Shelton Sues Tabloid for $2 Million: Find Out Why!

Plenty has been written about Blake Shelton since his divorce from Miranda Lambert . But there’s one story in particular that has the country music star fighting mad. According to TMZ insiders, Shelton has filed a lawsuit against Bauer Media, the parent company behind In Touch Weekly, due to the cover story featured above. As screamed in the lead headline, the supermarket tabloid alleged in its September 28th issue that Shelton was in rehab. But his attorney says Blake was never in rehab, never plans to go to rehab and In Touch Weekly has defamed his character by claiming otherwise. Inside the actual article, anonymous sources say “friends are terrified that [Shelton] could end up dead” at the rate he is going and he was “caught by” Lambert with a “bunch of naked women” inside the couple’s home. Shelton is suing In Touch for $2 million, denying each one of these charges. Of course, it does make one think: A different recent cover story claimed Shelton is marrying Gwen Stefani … and he’s NOT suing over that allegation. Might this mean he really is set to wed his fellow coach on The Voice?!? No? Not at all? Darn. That’s too bad. Brandi Glanville Encourages 12-Year-Old Son to Ask Girls If They’re Virgins, Continues to Be an Idiot

Brandi Glanville is a mom. If you follow her career or her bonkers Twitter account then you probably already knew that, but it’s a strange thing to actually contemplate. A woman whose public image is defined by hurling wine glasses and criticizing the smell of other people’s vaginas is responsible for the proper upbringing of two humans. We’re not trying to suggest that Brandi is a bad mom, frankly, we have no idea. We are saying, however, that it’s not surprising that her approach to parenting is similar to her approach to everything else in life. Sometimes her honesty is refreshing; other times her insistence on saying whatever the hell pops into her head is seriously cringe-worthy. Take, for example, the ” good boyfriend homework ” that Brandi recently assigned her 12-year-old before his first date (and, of course, tweeted to her many followers): We remind you again that the kid is 12, which means his date should consist of holding hands at the Goosebumps movie, not asking the poor girl if she’s DTF. If this girl comes home and tells her parents that Brandi’s son asked if she’s a virgin, he’s gonna be the first kid in 6th grade with a restraining order. Naturally, Brandi experienced some backlash for the tweet, and she made a somewhat decent argument in her own defense: “Listen people !!Our ages 15&16 are the new 12yrs- thanks to the Internet-if you’re in denial about this do some major research,” she tweeted. Yes, Brandi we agree that kids are growing up faster than ever, but “Are you a virgin?” is a pretty weird first date question at any age, ya dig? Look, your sons already have LeAnn Rimes as a stepmother and a mom who doesn’t know the difference between “there” and “their.” Don’t put them at a further disadvantage by teaching them how to be total creepsters at a young age.

Jill Duggar & Derick Dillard Refund Missionary Donations to Angry Fans

Back in June,  Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard announced that they would be leaving the US to perform missionary work in El Salvador. The couple collected donations from fans and gave the impression they would be living in Central America for the foreseeable future. Just a few weeks after they embarked, however, Jill and Derick were back in Arkansas , seemingly for good. It was later revealed that the Dillards were rejected as missionaries due to their lack of qualifications. It seems the main problem was that the couple never even attempted to complete the Bible study and other religious-themed education courses that were required of them. Naturally, fans who had made donations were upset to learn that they had essentially helped to fund a three-week vacation for Jill and Derick. Many to took to social media to complain of being swindled by the Dillards. Now, Radar Online is reporting that in an effort to avoid another scandal, Jill and Derick have offered refunds to the fans who donated to their bogus missionary journey. Sources say the fans have been contacted privately by reps for the Duggars. They were reportedly then given the option of having the money returned to them or passed on as a charitable donation. We’re hoping most were smart enough to ask for a check. Knowing these two, the “charity” that would receive their donation might very well be the New Pool Table For the Dillards’ Basement Fund. Chris Brown Cradles Daughter on New Album Cover

Chris Brown is making the most out of his joint parental custody . Earlier this week, Brown posted cute footage of his daughter dancing during a photo shoot and now the controversial singer is back with a precious photo of himself and Royalty. The artist shared the cover of his upcoming album on Instagram, showcasing both his shirtless physique on it and his 17-month old child. The album will be named after his daughter and titled “Royalty.” The cover photo was snapped by Francesco Carrozzini with art direction by Courtney Walter. Mike Huckabee on Josh Duggar: The Other 18 Kids Turned Out Fine!

Though Donald Trump receives roughly 9000% of the media coverage, there are still several other candidates still vying for the GOP’s presidential nomination. One of them is former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee, and while even the most conservative Republicans seem to have come to terms with the fact that the Huckster wouldn’t stand a chance in a general election, he’s hanging in there like a…. Well, homespun analogies about stubborn tenacity are more his department.  Anyway, when Huckabee’s not mocking transgender people , he’s hitching his wagon to big, bright conservative stars in hopes that he can feast on some of the popularity crumbs they leave behind. Last month, Huckabee and Kim Davis were BFFs. Prior to that, Huckabee was one of the first politicians to sing the praises the Duggars as pristine models of integrity and family values. Obviously, this was long before the world learned that Josh Duggar molested his sisters and cheated on his wife with several prostitutes. Whoops. Other politicos such as Rick Santorum and Ted Cruz had the sense to distance themselves from the Duggar clan, but in another display of willful persistence (A hound dog with a ham bone? We got nothing…) Huckabee is sticking right by the 19 Kids and Counting clan. Well, most of the 19 Kids and Counting clan: “I’m not going to defend anything of Josh. Nothing to defend,” Huckabee said in a recent interview. “But I don’t think you can disparage the entire family because one of the members did some pretty bad things. “Out of 19 kids, as far as we know, 18 turned out pretty darn well. That’s a pretty good percentage.” Of course, six of the kids aren’t even in their teens yet, so it might it be a bit early to assess how they “turned out,” but with his willingness to declare victory about a decade or so prematurely, Huckabee is proving that he may have the makings of a Republican president after all. He might as well put on a flight-suit and stand in front of the ” Duggar compound ” in Arkansas with a “Mission Accomplished” banner behind him. Lindsay Lohan Threatens Presidential Run in 2020

Throughout his shockingly popular run for President, Donald Trump has insulted women and said most Mexicans are rapists . He’s slammed the looks of his fellow Republican hopefuls, he’s  dissed a war hero and he’s also come up with some really bad ideas for this country. But of all the terrible things Donald Trump has done and said over the past few months, his worst influence has been on fellow celebrities. Because they now believe they can also be President of the United States/ Kanye West has already come up and said he’s serious about a 2020 Presidential run . And now Lindsay Lohan has thrown her often-troubled hat into the political ring on Instagram. “In #2020 I may run for president,” Lohan a photo of her at the 2012 White House Correspondents Dinner. She then added many hashtags and a few more actual words: “Through ups and downs #YESWECAN lets do this @kanyewest #truespirits thank you for inspiring us to be better people @barackobama #kanyewest2020 #lindsaylohanat35 #lindsaylohan2020 with #34yearsofEXPERIENCE #unitingWORLDnations.” Lohan then added a photo of her and Kanye and made her first campaign statement: “The first thing I would like to do as president of [the United States] is take care of all the children suffering in the world. “#queenELIZABETH showed me how by having me in her country.” Hmmm… Queen Elizabeth has zero political power and doesn’t actually run her country in any way, shape or form.
