Erica Ann Ginnetti, a married former teacher, was referred to as “dangling candy” by a judge who gave her 30 days in jail for having sex with a student. Ginnetti, 35, was arrested in January in Lower Moreland, Pa., after police were tipped off when the victim showed photos and videos of her to classmates. The photos included Ginnetti in a bikini, her underwear or a thong, while a video sent to the teen showed her undressing in a “sexually charged manner.” The teacher and student were in frequent contact in July 2013, after the two had sex in her car parked at an industrial park. Ginnetti pleaded guilty last year. Despite charges of sexual assault and disseminating sexually explicit materials that could’ve earned her 7-14 years behind bars, she got off (har har) easy. Judge Garrett D. Page gave her 30 days’ jail time; Ginnetti will also have to register as a sex offender, and her reputation now precedes her, of course. At her sentencing hearing last Friday, the judge compared sexy photos of the woman to “dangling candy” in front of her victim, according to media reports. “What young man would not jump on that candy?” Page said . Awkward … but difficult to dispute his honor’s point there. “I don’t believe you’re a bad human being,” Page added. “You did a bad act. So I have to punish you.” Ginnetti now works as a fitness instructor at a local gym, regularly volunteers at her church, and is rebuilding her relationship with her husband and three children (!). Khloe Kardashian is running out of time to divorce estranged husband Lamar Odom or a judge will dismiss the filing, according to a surprising new report. As you know if you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online and its assorted spinoffs, Khloe has been apart from Lamar for a year and a half. At the same time, she remains technically married, perpetually in a state of flux and emotionally sandbagged by how things ended, yet won’t legally end. Khloe filed in December 2013, in the wake of cheating rumors, a confrontation with one of his various hoes and that bizarre Lamar Odom crack video . The basketball star never responded, however, and has been dragging his feet – while largely AWOL and MIA in life – in pretty much the entire time since. Fast forward to this week, and TMZ confirms that a document was just filed by the court in Khloe’s divorce, telling the reality star to move it or lose it. Unless she files the papers to seal the deal and make the split official, the whole case will be tossed and she’ll still be Mrs. Odom. Sorry, French Montana. Khloe can seek a default judgment. In other words, she can ask a judge to finalize it, arguing that Lamar has had ample time to respond but has not done so. But Khloe has yet to do so. Despite rumors of Khloe and Lamar getting back together , family sources say she simply shelved the divorce because she got sick of thinking about it. She may need to rethink that non-strategy, though. It’s become major baggage, and not just mentally. Khloe and Lamar’s house sold for $5.5 million in 2014. That money, like the legality of their once-treasured union and the state of Khloe’s personal life, is in limbo. No one knows what do make of any of the above. In the impromptu photo shoot , the 22-year-old she donned a simple white bathing suit for the pics, shared by makeup artist and photographer Jake Bailey. Despite being dripping wet, with slicked-back hair, she managed to rock a full face of makeup, including bronzed cheeks and a red lip. That’s talent. It’s been almost a month since Robert Durst was arrested for the murder of Susan Berman, and if he’s convicted, the millionaire real estate heir could face the death penalty. Durst has been linked to a number of other disappearances , and though he’s beaten murder raps before, the odds seem stacked against him this time, and public opinion is certainly not on his side. So naturally, what’s weighing on Durst’s mind most heavily these days is – you guessed it – pro football and opera. Durst (or someone claiming to be Durst) recently sent a bizarre letter to Los Angeles Times reporter Molly Hennesey Fiske, in which he rambled about everything from LA traffic to a past medical ailment. “My interests are pro football and opera,” Durst writes in childlike, chicken-scratch script. “Your politics and business leaders have chosen to fight rather than agree to disagree and there was no football. “Liked LA opera except for Wagner’s Ring cycle with the absurd costumes and sloped stage, a true example of Hollywood gone berserk.” Durst went on to cover his bases legally by clarifying that the letter says nothing about “charges, crimes or trials.” He then extends an offer for the reporter to visit him when he “get[s] to LA.” The letter is signed simply, “Bob.” Seems harmless, but considering some of the stories about Durst that have emerged in recent weeks, Hennesey-Fiske is probably than a little creeped out by the experience of receiving the letter. Richard Dysart, a veteran actor of the screen and stage best known for his role as Leland McKenzie on the hit series L.A. Law, died Sunday at his home. He was 86. His publicist confirmed Dysart’s passing to the media. Dysart was on L.A. Law for the Stephen Bochco-created show’s duration, from 1986-1994, winning an Emmy for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama in 1992. The Boston-born star accumulated dozens of other small- and big-screen credits to his name over the course of his nearly five-decade career, as well. Fans may remember Dysart for roles in films such as The Thing, The Falcon and the Snowman, Mask, Wall Street and Back to the Future Part III . Family and friends say his heart remained in the theater, where he got his start, and where he founded the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. Dysart’s Broadway credits are even more impressive than his screen resume. A.C.T. paid tribute to him today on Facebook, saying in a statement: “A.C.T. mourns the loss of one of our founding members, Richard Dysart … Richard was a true actor’s actor; we celebrate the life of this incredible talent.” Blair Underwood, who co-starred on L.A. Law with him, wrote: “I just found that my old friend Richard Dysart passed away today; age 86. A big heart and perfect gentleman. You will be missed! #LAlaw #the1990s.” Debi Mazar offered a similar sentiment, tweeting: “R.I.P #RichardDysart amazing actor whom I’ve had the privledge to work on LA Law! Dancing with the Stars cast member and former star of The Bachelor Chris Soules says his fiancee Whitney Bischoff is still friends with his runner-up, Becca Tilley. This week marks the 21st anniversary of the death of Kurt Cobain and an acclaimed documentary about the legendary Nirvana singer is set to air on May 4. So it’s not hard to see why the folks at Rolling Stone figured the time would be right for a sentimental sit-down with Kurt’s 22-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain (also a executive producer for the film about her dad). However, it seems that Frances is none too interested in romanticizing her father’s short life, and some of her comments might come as a shock to the millions of rock fans who worship at the altar of Kurt. “I don’t really like Nirvana that much,” Frances reportedly said with a grin , when asked about her father’s music. “Sorry, promotional people, Universal. The grunge scene is not what I’m interested in.” Frances noted, however, that she does enjoy the songs “Territorial Pissings” and “Dumb,” describing the latter as a “stripped-down version of Kurt’s perception of himself.” Frances refers to her father as “Kurt” throughout the interview (She was just an infant when he died.), and while she may not have known him well, she believes that he would be uncomfortable with the level of adulation he still receives from fans: “He didn’t want to be the fucking voice of a generation,” she says. “He had to sacrifice every bit of himself to his art, because the world demanded it of him.” View Slideshow: 7 Iconic Photos of Kurt Cobain Surprising as all of that may be, Frances’ most shocking comments are reserved for her discussion of her father’s decision to take his own life. You may recall a time when the Jonas brothers were bastions of Disney-fied purity. (They even rocked the virgin rings to prove it.) Well, those days are long gone, and no one is more anxious to prove to the world that he’s sporting fully-functional grown-up bits than Nick Jonas. In fact, at this point, nude Nick Jonas pics are hardly even news. Whether it’s Nick stripping down for a men’s mag, or Nick mocking Kim Kardashian , the man can’t keep his clothes on to save his life. Having grown tired of still-life nudity, Nick decided to show the world what his junk looks like in motion in the new film Careful What You Wish For, which is apparently already in theaters. (Like we said, nude Nick doesn’t get much attention these days.) The film has no reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, which is suspicious and may indicate why the marketing campaign is focused entirely on something that’s already all over the Internet for free. (The funniest part of Nick mocking Kim for being naked all the time is the unintentional irony.) But enough about the quality of this awful-sounding movie. The important thing here is Nick Jonas’ penis , which may or may not be visible in Careful What You Wish For. Producers are being coy, so we’re guessing no dong. Sorry.
