The Teen Mom 2 star’s offspring isn’t just mobile, she’s nearly running these days, despite doctors saying she’d likely require a wheelchair soon, and for life. It’s possible she will indeed be bound to a wheelchair, but for the time being, she’s carrying on and making progress with no need of such assistance at all. In a recent interview, Leah and ex-husband Corey Simms, said they are going to remain positive despite the muscular dystrophy that has hampered her. “Ali is running!” gushed Leah. “She’s doing so much better than expected. Levi Johnston is sick of Bristol Palin (remember when they were a thing/!) and the fact that she absconded with their kid, moving him from Alaska to Arizona. Hilariously, he wants her held in contempt of court as a result. Levi just filed legal documents asking a judge order Bristol Palin , who’s currently going to school in Arizona, to return their son Tripp to Alaska immediately. He says all he got was a text saying she was moving out of state. In their custody battle, Levi Johnson claims both were ordered to keep Tripp, now five years old, in their home state unless they both agreed he could travel. Palin sources roll their eyes, claiming Levi’s just starting drama. Johnston dated Palin in high school, then they pretended to get engaged when he got her pregnant and her mom was named the GOP’s V.P. candidate. They split up shortly after the 2008 presidential election. In the ensuing years, they frequently sparred over their son and battled to see which one of them could milk their 15 minutes of fame more shamelessly. All the while, Tripp has lived predominantly with Bristol. For her part, she called Levi out last year for not paying child support, and he’s known forever that Sarah Palin’s daughter is going to school in Arizona. Also, Levi, who married Sunny Oglesby and has another kid (Breeze Beretta), rarely sees Tripp anyway, so him complaining about this is just ridiculous. Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice will plead guilty to a number of fraud charges on Tuesday. According to Us, The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars have reached a plea bargain with prosecutors and both will be present in front of a judge this week. “Joe and Teresa Giudice have arranged a plea agreement with prosecutors in their federal case,” an insider tells the celebrity gossip tabloid. As a result, “The couple will plead guilty to several but not all 41 of the charges, and both will appear in court on Tuesday with their lawyers.” The couple is accused of lying about its assets in bankruptcy documents, among other allegations, and is facing 50 years in prison if convicted across the board. The upcoming deal doesn’t mean Teresa and Joe will avoid jail altogether necessarily. “Probation, fines, and or jail time are still all options on the table ,” a source says. The Giudices were first charged in July of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and making false statements on loan applications. With Season 6 of their Bravo hit currently filming, the parents of four will release a statement on Tuesday. An alleged Marilyn Monroe sex tape is ready to hit the open market, with former President John F. Kennedy AND his brother Robert F. Kennedy in co-starring roles. It’s not entirely clear if JFK and RFK tag-teamed Marilyn Monroe at the same time, or if the same video just happens to contain separate trysts with the brothers. Either way, former Hollywood bodyguard William Castleberry says it’s legit, and was just seized from his home along with other property as a result of a lawsuit. The Marilyn Monroe sex tape is going to auction Tuesday to cover a $200,000 court judgment against him, unless he can come up with that sum beforehand. A California judge has ordered Chris Brown to stay two more months in the Malibu rehab center where he is being treated for anger management issues. Doctors have diagnosed the R&B singer with PTSD and bipolar disorder, conditions which they say could be deeply connected to his violent past. They say he is making great progress while becoming less impulsive, though the process is ongoing. As such, the judge sent him back for at least two more months. Although a report reviewed by the judge says the singer “is happy with the program,” Brown seemed disappointed in court by the judge’s decision. His stay has been extended, though, whether he likes it or not. “It is evident that [Brown] has responded well” to the treatment, a probation officer wrote to the court, with one major caveat considering his troubled history. The positive turn “has occurred only recently,” the report said, and the court should be cautious about releasing him; he should also stay on probation until November. Chris Brown , 24, was placed on five years’ probation in 2009 for his attack on his then-girlfriend Rihanna just hours before the Grammy Awards that year. Those five years have been tumultuous, to say the least. Most recently, he was sentenced in November to three months of in-patient rehab after being charged with misdemeanor assault in a fight in Washington D.C. Because his probation has been revoked as a result, he’s at the mercy of the court here; Brown could be jailed on the spot but was instead sent to rehab. The judge in Los Angeles could further penalize the singer if he ends up being convicted in the D.C. case, which goes to trial April 17, or any other crimes. With his team of clinicians and doctors, he continues to “address his bipolar diagnosis, anger management, post-traumatic stress disorder and past substance abuse.” The letter says Brown “continues to make great strides” but needs “intense individual, family and medical follow-up over the next year so he can sustain the changes.” It also says that going forward, Brown needs to continue close supervision by his doctor “to ensure his bipolar mental health condition remains stable.” “It is not uncommon for patients with post-traumatic stress disorder and Bipolar II to use substances to self-medicate their biochemical mood swings and trauma triggers.” The doctors feel Brown is “aggressive and acts out physically due to untreated mental health disorder , severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD.” He also recently claimed to have lost his virginity at age 8 . So there’s that. Clearly, whatever environment he was brought up in did not help matters here. Despite all of his legal troubles, Brown is learning how to control his anger and he is recognizing the error in trying to treat his problems with substance abuse. If Brown continues on his current path, he can “become the positive role model in society that we believe he truly desires to be,” the report concludes. How in the world did these two ever get married? Okay, we can grasp why K-Fed married her (see photo). Just not the reverse … 12. Kim Kardashian and Ray J Ray J hit it first, and he filmed it. The XXX-rated Kim Kardashian marked the end of the duo’s relationship, though it catapulted her to fame, making it a net positive, we suppose. Ray then relased a song CALLED “I Hit it First,” which is just hilarious. 13. Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas Taylor Swift has had a lot of boyfriends and a lot of breakups. Joe Jonas is the only one to dispatch her via voicemail, however. 14. Farrah Abraham and James Deen Okay, it was a fake relationship that she tried to pretend led to a leaked sex tape that was actually just a porno. But still, Farrah Abraham and James Deen simply DID NOT WORK as a couple. 15. Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston There are no words.
Kelly Blazek, a Cleveland-based PR executive and authority on local communications jobs listings, was undone by the same thing that built her up: Social media. With her ego boosted by the position she cultivated via LinkedIn and other networks, she soon became an Internet villain at the hands of someone she shunned. The irony. Blazek, for a little more back story, produced and distributed a popular email that culled job openings from online job sites and from her own contacts. She worked for 10 years building her contacts and selecting the list of people who receive the email, limiting recipients largely to those with experience. Blazek also promoted herself and the email list on social media networking sites, such as LinkedIn, where she was connected to nearly 1,000 people she knows. She’s good at what she does, and she knows it. Eventually, that inflated sense of self-importance would come back to bite her as she bought into her own hype more than and service she was providing. She bragged in speeches that she had 7,300 people on her list, building a reputation so revered that many young people felt they HAD to reach out to her. But when many newbies asked for help, she turned them down. That wasn’t the problem or newsworthy … it was the brutal way Blazek rejected them. Blazek got noticed on the web after sending a nasty response to Diana Mekota, a John Carroll University graduate moving back to the Cleveland area. Mekota asked if she could join Blazek’s LinkedIn network and receive the job listings email she held so dear. Bitter Barista We can’t imagine why a Seattle coffee company axed this apparent Bitter Barista over his blog by that name. 8. The Applebee’s Waitress Who Posted This The Applebee’s waitress who was stiffed by a pastor via this receipt and posted it on Reddit actually got fired for sharing it. 9. Dayna Morales Waitress Dayna Morales posted a receipt she allegedly received from a couple chastising her for her gay lifestyle … only she made the whole thing up! 10. Caitlin Davis Former Patriots cheerleader Caitlin Davis was released after Facebook photos showed the Sharpie-packing pompom queen posing over a passed-out pal with naughty words, pictures and two swastikas all over him. The words “penis†and “I’m a Jew” were visible. Classy. 12. An Unimpressed Palace Guard A Buckingham Palace guard Tweeted this about Kate Middleton: “hur and william drove past me on friday n all a got was a shitty wave while she looked the opposite way from me, stupid stuck up cow am a not good enough for them! posh bitch am totally with u on this 1 who reely gives a f*** about hur!” He got the pink slip. 13. Olivia Sprauer Olivia Sprauer taught English at Martin County High School in Florida and modeled on the side under the name Victoria Valentine James. Her school didn’t think that side job was as cool as her male students did. “We have never met. We have never worked together. You are quite young and green on how business connections work with senior professionals.” “Apparently you have heard that I produce a Job Bank, and decided it would be stunningly helpful for your career prospects if I shared my 960+ LinkedIn connections with you.” To “a total stranger who has nothing to offer me”? Not happening. “Your invite to connect is inappropriate, beneficial only to you, and tacky,” the email continued. “Wow, I cannot wait to let every 25-year-old jobseeker mine my top-tier marketing connections to help them land a job. Love the sense of entitlement in your generation.” “And therefore I enjoy denying your invite, and giving you the dreaded ‘I Don’t Know’ [scribbled-out name] because it’s the truth,” she added, pouring it on. “Oh, and about your request to actually receive my Job Bank along with the 7,300 other subscribers? That’s denied, too. I suggest you join the other Job Bank in town.” “Oh wait – there isn’t one.” In response, Mekota did what many millennials do: She turned to the Internet for catharsis, posting Blazek’s response on reddit, imgur and on Facebook. The rest is history. The letter went viral, of course, because people can relate to the plight of Mekota and others like her, and Blazek’s email is so absurd it had to be shared. People on Reddit rally behind those like Mekota who get kicked when they’re down, and revel in the change to expose the Blazeks who have lost touch with reality. To her credit, she got the message, issuing an apology Tuesday that is contrite and pitch perfect. The most telling line of a seemingly sincere mea culpa: “In my harsh reply notes, I lost my perspective about how to help, and I also lost sight of kindness, which is why I started the Job Bank listings in the first place.” Lesson learned?
