On Friday, disgraced rapper R. Kelly was arrested on 10 charges of aggravates sexual abuse , 9 of which refer to the victim being a minor. Reports suggested that at least some of the charges may relate to a video that shows R. Kelly sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl. Now there’s a new video that’s longer … and even worse. TMZ reports that celebrity attorney Michael Avenatti, who obtained the earlier video for police, will turn over another on Monday. The first video was said to be just under 45 minutes. The new one, stored on VHS, is reportedly about 55 minutes in duration. The same 14-year-old girl from the previous video is reportedly featured in this one. The first video was reportedly filmed in 1999. This second one was filmed in 2000. Here are the gruesome details. Just as in the previous video, Kelly is said to be “coaching” the girl on the sexual performance that he wants from her. (Notably, this is consistent with horror stories shared by adult women, who said that he had bragged about training some of his women from young ages) Multiple times during the video, R. Kelly is said to be seen choking the girl while having anal intercourse. At another point, he is said to spray this girl in the face with some sort of lotion. He is said to then choke her again, mount her from behind, and turn her to face the camera for a “reaction shot.” As always, the details of R. Kelly’s alleged sexual predation, both upon underage girls and adult women, are haunting. Some may hesitate when seeing that these videos are older, but we have to note that Kelly was very much an adult man, in his thirties, in 1999 and in 2000. Prosecutors have to wade through a tremendous amount of filth in order to determine which charges apply. And these two videos are not the end of it. There is a third video that prosecutors do not yet have on their hands — but they hope to acquire it, soon. Michael Avenatti is said to be in the process of procuring a third tape. This tape is said to also show R. Kelly, but with a different girl — aged somewhere between 13 and 16 years. TMZ reports that Avenatti’s team has identiifed someone who is in possession of the video. He is working to acquire it so that he can hand it over to prosecutors. The first tape was given to Avenatti by his client, a man who knew and worked with Kelly for years. More than a decade ago, R. Kelly was acquitted of numerous charges stemming from an alleged collection of underage porn. In an infamous video, a man said to be Kelly urinated upon an underage girl. However, both Kelly and the young woman told the court that they were not the people in the video. For the 2008 jury, that was enough. Many are hopeful that the jury pool has a better understanding of how men use fame and wealth to get away with heinous acts thanks to #MeToo. And perhaps the docuseries, Surviving R. Kelly , has also helped. Either way, Kelly’s arrest was long overdue. And as disgusting as these tapes may be, the prosecution may need a mountain of evidence to counteract the kinds of attorneys that Kelly can afford. View Slideshow: R. We’ve said it before, and goodness knows how many times we’ll say it in the future, but man, poor Khloe. How much can one person go through? And yeah, she’s rich and famous and beautiful, so that’s nice, and there are definitely people who have it harder than her. But that doesn’t mean that she hasn’t had more than her fair share of hardships. She lost her father to cancer, she had a series of short relationships that ended badly, and that was all before Lamar Odom. He ended up doing hard drugs, cheating on her, and publicly humiliating her, and that’s why she filed for divorce. But still, she seemed absolutely smitten with him, and soon enough she was pregnant with his child, too. It turned out that he’d been cheating on her — he got caught twice, but there’s no telling how many times he did it successfully. Still, she stayed with him for the sake of their daughter, True, and probably because she just wanted things to work out for once. But then things took a very serious turn. Last weekend, Tristan was caught getting awfully fresh with none other than Jordyn Woods, Kylie Jenner’s best friend. Why though? Seriously, why? Who thought that would turn out well? Tristan and Jordyn were spotted making out in a club, which was dumb, because the news got back to Khloe real quick, and she finally ended things with Tristan. Why? It’s the question that all celebrity gossip fans and even hard news followers continue to ask when it comes to Jussie Smollett. Why on earth would he orchestrate an assault against himself in Chicago, as he stands accused of doing by the Chicago Police Department? On Thursday morning, Smollett turned himself into the police on a charge of falsifying an official report. This is a felony that could land the Empire actor behind bars for three years and it stems from an incident that he claimed took place around 2 a.m. on January 29. As you must know by now if you’re reading this, Smollett made national headlines by alleging that not only was he attacked on the way home from a late-night snack, but… The attackers were white. They yelled racial and anti-gay slurs in his direction. They screamed he was in “MAGA country.” They tied a rope around his neck. They poured bleach all over him. Based on interviews with two Nigerian brothers, who know Smollett well and who told cops he hired them to stage this event, along with evidence gathered via cell phone records and surveillance video, the police now believe none of the above happened. Initial reports alleged Smollett was getting written off Empire and this was a last-ditch attempt to save his job. During a press conference late this week, the police superintendent came right out and said Smollett committed this crime because he was upset about his salary. Neither of these explanations makes much sense. So TMZ has now offered up another. Sources have told this website that Smollett may have been inspired by an attack on the cousin of Empire creator Lee Daniels. Like Smollett, his cousin is gay. Lee shared a video on Instagram on January 10 calling out homophobia because, in that same post, the veteran producer wrote: “This past week my cousin was beat up for being gay and I am sick of hearing these stories.” Smollett has been an active member of the LGBTQ community for years and, as far as this theory goes, he was trying to alert the world to the rampant homophobia out there by making himself a very public victim. It’s worth emphasizing: This is just a theory. In a couple more updates to this crazy story: Smollett has been written out of the final Empire episodes of this season, but has not been officially fired. The siblings who have admitted to working with Smollett on this set-up told a grand jury on Wednesday that the $3,500 check they received from the actor was actually NOT a payment for their role in the act. They say it really was payment for help with personal training. Again: This story is downright crazy. And it doesn’t appear as if it will calm down any time soon. Each quote is very obviously directed at Tristan Thompson, Jordyn Woods and the disgusting way they hooked up last week while Tristan was still in a relationship with Khloe. You must know the story by now, right? Kardashian and Thompson were maybe on the outs, but still very much an item this past Sunday night… … when the ever-horny basketball player invited Kylie Jenner’s best friend over to his house, where the two proceeded to flirt and make out (at the minimum), according to multiple sources. Khloe confronted both Thompson and Woods about the alleged spit swap and then finally wised up, kicking Thompson to the curb once and for all. Kardashian then made a public appearance on Wednesday and seemingly hurled some shade at Woods online. But she has left no doubt now that this is exactly what she has done. FIRST, via a passage that seems to be taken from an inspirational calendar of some kind, Khloe has written on her Instagram Story: Don’t let shame keep you from asking for the support you want. Suffering is done in silence, end it with speaking up. Everyone has a dark chapter. Make your shadows go away by shining light on yours. Find the encouragement and the strength needed to face the sun. Remember clouds are always temporary. Believe it gets better. NEXT, she kept things short, simple and pointed by writing: We have to accept that some people are really fucked up and it’s not our job to heal them. Because Khloe stuck with Tristan after his first cheating scandal (which took place while she was pregnant!), it’s safe to assume she’s mostly talking about Thompson here. But the description fits Woods just as well, wouldn’t you say? THIRD, Khloe got all deep and concluded: The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss and have found their way out of the depths. They’re very polarizing, those wild and crazy Duggars. The people that love them love them because they think they’re very wholesome, a nice Christian family in a sea of depraved reality stars. The people that hate them hate them because they can be very bigoted and judgemental. Also that whole thing about Josh being a child molester . Of course some family members are more gossiped about than others, and the bulk of the public’s attention goes to the kids that have grown up and are making families on their own. And out of those people, it’s probably safe to say that Jill gets the most criticism. (Well, besides Josh for the aforementioned molesting.) We’re not sure why she gets as much hate as she does, but if we had to guess, we’d probably say it has something to do with her decision to marry Derick Dillard. Who, by the way, is the worst. After Josh. Derick is very vocal about his bigotry, and very aggressive about it, too. Like, nobody else has been fired from Counting On because they just couldn’t shut their big hateful mouths. On top of that, there’s the way Derick and Jill have continually asked their fans for money to fund their mission trips, even though you’d think that being reality stars would pay well enough to fly to Central America. For example, Derick recently quoted a bible verse on Twitter and linked it to his kids, effectively saying that his own children are curses . It’s all bad. Just so bad. And Jill’s latest Instagram post? Well, that’s bad too. “Israel woke me up this morning saying he was about to throw up!” she wrote. “We made it to the toilet before [vomit emoji], then it was [bath emoji] time and back to bed.” “No more loss of fluids for a couple hrs now,” she added, “so it’s popsicle, goldfish, jello and [TV emoji] time!” She also explained that “Growing up we got popsicles as rewards, or when there was throw-up or blood … we do this in our house now too.” So what did people find to pick apart about these photos and her caption?
