Last week, Eminem dropped his 10th studio album without any sort of pre-release promotion. Of course, Kamikaze has been described as a “surprise” for reasons that go beyond its unanticipated release. Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics, the album has been regarded by many fans as a return to form for the 44-year-old rapper. In the early days of his career, Em was as well known for his merciless lyric assaults on his rivals as for the razor-sharp wordplay that first caught the attention of the rap mainstream. Over the past decade, however, Eminem sobered up , settled down, and stopped devoting so much of his attention to feuds. Unfortunately, Slim Shady’s newfound maturity made him an easy target for a bumper crop of young rappers attempting to build up their reputations by attacking his. Machine Gun Kelly: Rap Devil One such emcee is Machine Gun Kelly, who attacked Eminem with the above diss track in response to shade thrown by Slim on Kamikaze . The beef began years ago, when a 23-year-old MGK called Em’s daughter Hailie (just 16 at the time) “hot as f–k” in a bizarre tweet. On his latest release Shady basically warned MGK to keep all such thoughts to himself. Unfortunately, MGK is thirsting to become a household name, and he saw Em’s diss as an opportunity for a come-up. Eminem on Machine Gun Kelly Normally, Em would be quick with a blistering response, but as he explains in the interview above, he’s caught between a rock and a hard place. As the superior technical emcee, he could put MGK in a body bag with ease. However, he’s well aware that by doing so, he would be giving the 28-year-old rapper a much-needed career boost. Em’s frustration with the situation is abundantly clear in his conversation with Sway: “Shut the f–k up,” Shady says in reference to his latest rival. “Now, I’m in this f–king weird thing where I’m like, ‘I gotta answer this motherf–ker.’ And every time i do that — as irrelevant as people say I am in hip-hop — it makes that person bigger.” Sounds like a frustrating scenario. Ember Jean Roloff celebrated the biggest milestone of her young life on Monday: She turned a year old! The occasion was celebrated a day earlier by nearly all of Ember's friends and family members, as they turned out for a fun gathering that was highlighted by the birthday gal smashing a cake all over her hands and face. She may have actually eaten a bit as well. We documented a variety of scenes from the party in THIS GALLERY , but now Audrey and Jeremy Roloff have helped us share even more moments from the beautiful gathering. They've posted a 58-second long video on their official website. It includes many close-ups of the adorable one-year old, along with clips of her parents and other loved ones kissing, hugging or playing with Ember. “This video… All the tears,” wrote Audrey as a caption upon posting it to Instagram, adding: “Just like the song says, you lit a fire in our hearts Ember girl. Thank you for creating something we will treasure forever uncle Jack.” Jeremy also posted it to his page, a day after writing a heartfelt letter to his child on the anniversary of her birth. It reads as follows: Happy 1st birthday sweet girl! A year has already passed and it feels like only a day. I love your lively demeanor and graceful spirit, your brilliant smile, big lips, and piercing eyes. You are a masterpiece of creation and I pray that by now you know your Creator and love Him like Mom and Dad do. You are a bright light of joy to those who are shaded with the days troubles. When work has Mom and I short tempered and high strung, you always seem to make us laugh and relax. It’s been a joy getting to know you. You’re beautiful, unique, and loved. Speaking of the infamous Arie Luyendyk Jr., his wedding date with his season’s runner-up is looming closer. And he’s giving fans a sneak peek of what wedding guests will soon see for themselves. On Wednesday, Arie Luyendyk Jr. shared a snap his save the date cards with his fans and followers on Instagram. “Sending these out this week!” Arie writes in the captions of his photo. Arie continues, writing: “January can’t come soon enough.” Some might mean that they’re looking forward to winter weather after this hellish summer, but Arie is excited about his wedding date. Take a look: In the process of sharing the card, Arie confirmed the wedding date and location . This wedding will take place on January 12, 2019 in Maui, Hawaii. The precise venue is the historic Haiku Mill, so guests can look forward to lush tropical gardens and the ruins of a 150-year-old sugar cane mill. A wedding in Hawaii for people who don’t live there is very much a destination wedding. Some would say that he and Lauren should have sent out these save the dates at least six months in advance, if not earlier. But we imagine that Lauren is eager to walk down the aisle — out of fear that Arie might once again change his mind. Arie also thanked the online marketplace, Minted, for the save the date design. Arie and Lauren may have fallen in love and even gotten engaged on camera, but they won’t be allowing television cameras at their nuptials. “It’s not your typical beach wedding,” the couple recently told The View . “And it’s a private wedding,” they explained. “So not on TV.” So all of their teasing about having a TV wedding was for nothing. Instead of some big, lucrative TV wedding, they’ll have “just a close group of friends. Probably 100 guests.” “Lauren and I flew to the Maldives at The Bachelor and Becca’s request,” Arie shared last month on Instagram. “It’s a conversation that unfortunately won’t be shown,” he admitted. “But it was really positive for all of us.” Arie admits: “You can imagine this trip could have been very difficult for Lauren but she has supported and stood by me in all of this. …” “I thank and love her everyday because of that,” Arie added. The controversial ex-Bachelor concluded: “We wish Becca all the happiness in the world and can’t wait to see how tonight goes!” While Arie and even Lauren may be supportive of Becca, she was the wronged party, so that’s only fair. A lot of the Bachelor Nation is not yet prepared to forgive Arie for his brutal breakup with Becca. And, quite frankly, a lot of viewers didn’t like him before that, either. Arie’s best bet is probably to wait. Eventually, his brand may recover as his antics become more of a distant memory. Time heals all brands, it seems. On the other hand, if Colton Underwood turns out to be worse as the leading man, it’s very possible that fans will gloss over Arie’s behavior. It’s been almost seven months since David Eason was fired from Teen Mom 2 for hurling bigoted slurs at fans on social media. But Jenelle Evans’ husband has made a point of not backing away from his controversial stances. In fact — because 2018 is nightmarish hellscape in which every idiot with an opinion feels that they need to cram it down your throat on a daily basis until you run screaming for the “block” button — he’s been more outspoken than ever in recent weeks. You see, David is one of those well-heeled straight, Christian white guys who has somehow convinced himself he’s an oppressed minority. In David’s mind, the whole world is out to get him, and the barbarians are forever at his gates, which is why he needs to be armed to the teeth in order to defend himself. And he’s been expressing that view in increasingly offensive fashion lately with the help of the preferred weapon of internet jackasses everywhere — memes. As The Ashley’s Reality Roundup points out , David posted the above meme earlier this week, and predictably, the reaction from fans has been one of mingled confusion and outrage. “Why gun control? Because armed people will NOT willingly load themselves into railroad boxcars,” reads the caption. So … does David really think he’s at risk of being sent off to a concentration camp? Interestingly, that post comes on the heels of another one in which Eason boasts of his pride in being a straight white redneck. “For the people who get offended when you call them what they identify themselves as… I’m also proud to be a white man, a southerner and a redneck! #pride,” Eason captioned the above image. As far as we can tell, David is the kind of guy who will tell you that he and the rest of the MAGA crowd are tired of winning in one breath, and then argue that he needs an AR-15 to protect himself from his many oppressors in the next. He’s that very modern sort of dipsh-t who will complain about identity politics while proudly affixing himself with labels that he thinks will make his opinions matter more. Clearly, political matters are very much at the forefront of David’s mind these days. But since he and his wife have had CPS called to their house 20 times in the past year, maybe he should focus a bit more energy on getting his own house in order. Last month, Kendall Jenner’s dumb comment pissed off the entire modeling world . Now, it sounds like she’s the one who’s feeling furious. Kendall and Caitlyn were spotted at a casual dinner, but eyewitnesses reported that they were arguing. In fact, it sounds like Kendall was really “tearing Caitlyn a new one.” Yikes! Page Six reports that Kendall and Caitlyn argued at dinner while dining at Nobu Malibu. According to eyewitnesses, they were dining near the Schwarzenegger clan, but did not seem to be enjoying a peaceful discussion. “They were arguing . . .” the insider begins, before deciding that this description fails to do justice to the situation. “It was more Kendall ripping Caitlyn a new one,” the source clarifies. According to the insider, Kendall was excoriating Cait “for ‘always turning her back on the family’ after they’ve been so good to her.” Page Six reached out to both women for comments. Caitlyn did not get back to them. Kendall Jenner did respond through a representative, who did not confirm that Kendall was giving Cait a hard time for rejecting the family. According to her rep: “This is absolutely untrue.” If that is true, it is unclear what this alleged argument was about, or whether an argument genuinely took place. It is true that Caitlyn appears to have turned her back on most of the Kardashian clan, though it’s sort of unclear where that begin. (Families, after all, are complicated like that) Caitlyn published a tell-all book about her life that left Kris Jenner and others feeling very hurt and insulted. Just last year, a Keeping Up With The Kardashians clip showed Kendall declare that Caitlyn Jenner is insane while they discussed Cait’s book. Kendall at the time guessed that Cait misremembered or imagined things as being different from how they were. But despite that, which was probably a little played up for the benefit of the cameras and the show, Kendall is close with Caitlyn. She and Kylie both honor Cait for Father’s Day and keep in touch with her. Caitlyn has appeared on Kylie Jenner’s less-than-ideally rated reality series, Life of Kylie . Cait can also be seen on social media spending time with Kendall. And, obviously, the two have dinner sometimes, even if they allegedly get into arguments during these meals. Family is complicated. Cait hasn’t really had contact with her former stepchildren, even though they’ve attended some of the same events. Though Cait has spent time with Kris — getting along for the sake of their shared children, Kim and especially Khloe have been far less forgiving. Rob has been worse, because he’s been actively insulting towards Cait and towards Kris for having married her, but … Rob is usually worse. Kris and Caitlyn are linked through Kendall and Kylie, though, which means that they sometimes bite the bullet and associate even though they’re very awkward exes. That’s life. In the mean time, sometimes, Cait is going to argue with Kylie or Kendall. That can happen within families, even when they’re rich and famous. Back in 2015, the world learned that Chris Brown had a secret daughter named Royalty. Now, this is wasn’t as surprising as when we all learned that Drake had a secret child because unlike Drizzy, Breezy is a known POS and we always expect the absolute worst of him. There are ways Chris could have surprised us, like say, stepping up and being the kind of father his little girl deserves. Instead, he decided to play to type by being the absolute worst. You would think Chris would be getting sick of that routine by now, since it’s how he handles every situation, but the guy has his schtick and he sticks to it. So yes, the bad news is, Chris Brown is a deadbeat dad, just like everyone expected him to be. The good news is, if his earnings are any indication, Chris Brown’s career is very much on the decline. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Brown’s baby mama, Nia Guzman, has been getting the shaft from her multi-platinum sperm donor. She’s now asking for $21,000 a month, plus another $250,000 that Brown allegedly owes her for missed payments. That may sound like an exorbitant amount, but it’s important to bear in mind that Guzman is raising this child entirely on her own. Brown only has supervised visitation rights, and he seems to have no desire to fight for even partial custody. Nia claims Brown has earned an average of $4,269,067 over the last two years, which can be broken down to just over $350,000 per month. Obviously, that’s an outrageous amount of cash, but it’s peanuts compared to what Breezy was earning at the height of his career. It wasn’t all that long ago that Brown was one of the top-earning recording artists in the world. These days, he probably doesn’t even crack the top 100. To put things in perspective, Justin Bieber earned roughly $85 million last year. Breezy’s counterpart Drake pulled in an estimated $94 million in 2017. And it’s not just singers and rappers who are putting Breezy to shame. Kylie Jenner is about to be a billionaire , and the girl’s not even old enough to buy a cocktail yet. Under normal circumstances, we would never shame someone for their finances like this. But it’s Chris Brown. While Justin Bieber’s engagement to Hailey Baldwin has been making waves, Selena Gomez has been quietly teasing her “very honest” new album . Some feared that seeing her on-again, off-again get engaged just a few months after their breakup would be a devastating blow. Instead, it sounds like her life is better than ever with him out of the picture. InTouch Weekly reports that a source close to Selena says that the actress and singer is living her best life now that she’s Biebs-free. “Selena’s on-again, off-again relationship with Justin left her a nervous wreck,” the insider shares. We can only imagine the impact that his well-documented bad behavior and alleged substance abuse struggles had on her for years. “Now that she’s accepted that it’s over for good,” the source reveals. “She actually feels relieved to close that chapter of her life.” The insider continues: “For the first time in years, she feels free.” “She’s distanced herself from her old Hollywood life,” the source divulges. “And,” the insider continues, Selena has shifted away from “the fake friends that came with it.” When you’re a talented, beautiful celebrity, people are going to want to cling to you on the offchance that it could one day benefit them. Now, the source says, “She only surrounds herself with genuine people who love her for who she is.” That is good. Your squad should always support you for who you are, not for what you can do for them. But it is good to see that Selena has outgrown Justin and knows it. Exes plant their hooks in your heart. Time makes it seem like the bad times weren’t so bad, until all that you remember are the good times. That’s how they get you. Now, it looks like Selena has moved on. Finally, Justin has no hold on her. With all of that said, we should say that we’re reluctant to take reports on Selena’s state of mind at face value unless they come from, you know, Selena herself. Especially when it’s good news, like this is. We always want to believe that our favorite celebrities are living their best lives. We will say that we absolutely hope that this is true. Cardi Bhas shared a lot with her fans on social media, from her naked post-baby body six weeks after giving birth to a video that made fans think Offset was fingering her . Now, Cardi is setting a different tone with her very first photo of her baby, Kulture. This pic is too precious for words, folks. Cardi B is a new mom, but she’s been playing it safe, avoiding plastering her precious baby’s face all over social media before the amniotic fluid is even cleaned off. She’s still shared photos, but she’s been avoiding letting fans see baby Kulture directly. A stroller is not a baby photo, folks. Over Labor Day Weekend, however, Cardi changed her tune a little, sharing a picture of her baby. Cardi captioned the photo: “I needed a girl like you.” Here is the picture. Obviously, Cardi is still avoiding showing Kulture’s face. A lot of celebrity parents make this choice to protect the privacy of their children. Some consider it futile or even an insult to fans, but others applaud the decision. The parents chose to be celebrities — their children did not. Kulture is literally still a baby. But this photo that Cardi shared on Sunday shows something more important than her baby’s face — it shows the developing love and bond between daughter and 25-year-old mother. Kulture’s hands are so little compared to her mother’s — and Cardi is a small woman. It really drives home how tiny Kulture is. Right now, Cardi is her whole world. In the wee hours of Sunday morning, Cardi also gave fans a glimpse of her breastfeeding Kulture — but, again, she did not give fans a real look at her baby. “No sleep after the studio unless Kulture say soo,” Cardi captioned the post. The new mom is much less reserved about showing off her own body — before, during, and after her pregnancy. That makes sense, because it’s her body. She can strip down into lingerie or less if she wants. Unfortunately, though Cardi loves her career and her baby and her husband, Offset, not everything is perfect. Last week, it came out that Cardi allegedly ordered a Cardi-beatdown of two women , one of whom she has reportedly spent months accusing of having banged Offset. The two women are bartenders at a strip club. They are also sisters. One of the women was allegedly assaulted earlier last month by people she identified as associates of Cardi’s. Then, last week, she and her sister were allegedly attacked by members of Cardi’s entourage, who were said to have thrown seats and bottles at the sisters. The matter was reportedly taken to the police, so we of course hope that justice will be done. No one should be physically assaulted. Not with fists and elbows, and not with bottles and chairs. If there really was an attack, perhaps the strip club has security footage as evidence to identify the culprits — who could share why they did it. Hopefully, it was not on Cardi’s orders. And, as some pointed out, if Cardi thinks that Offset has been banging other beauties, she should really take that up with him, not with women she doesn’t really know. A couple of weeks ago, Kanye West decided to share details of his porn-watching habits with the world. He also released a new song about wanting to bone all four of Kim’s sisters . It’s a lot, and though Kim has always been one to stand by her man, a report says that, privately, Kim is frustrated and embarrassed. After all, the things that he says could one day reach the ears of their three children. A source tells RadarOnline that Kim and Kanye are not on the same page when it comes to him oversharing with millions. “She finds it so embarrassing,” the insider says of Kim’s stance on Kanye sharing way too much information about his most private thoughts. Reports have even claimed that he has done all of this without any warning or consultation with her or the rest of her family. “And,” the source continues, Kim “can’t understand why he’d humiliate himself and the whole family like that.” Who knows why Kanye says anything that he does these days, really. In case you need a refresher on what has so many feathers ruffled, Kanye’s song “XTCY” contains some interesting lyrics. “You got sick thoughts? I got more of ’em,” he raps. “You got a sister-in-law you would smash? I got four of them.” It might not be unusual for in-laws, especially recent in-laws, to have decidedly non-familial thoughts about each other. But you shouldn’t really rap about it. To make matters worse, Kanye wasn’t done, suggesting that he had pleasured himself to photos of Kim’s sisters. “You did something unholy to them pictures, damn, you need to be locked up,” Kanye rapped. “Nah, we need a bigger hot tub.” That wasn’t all, of course. Kanye also discussed his porn-viewing habits on television. He revealed that he likes to watch “a lot of black on white, obviously.” Kanye added that the combo reflects “my own reality.” Watching porn is normal and usually healthy. Speaking about your particular tastes on television in such blatant terms is … odd. According to the source, Kim is concerned that these kinds of things will find their way back to their children — starting with North, who only just turned 5 last June. “North’s at an age where she can read all this stuff online,” the source adds. That might be a fine age to give an early version of the sex talk — explaining exactly how babies are made and, of course, arming your child with knowledge that will help them recognize when an adult is being inappropriate with them. But if there’s a good age for your dad jacks it thinking about your aunts and is specifically into white girls , it sure as hell isn’t 5. “Plus,” the insider says. “Kim’s had so many people ask her, ‘What’s up with Kanye, why’s he saying all this?’” That is a great question that people have been asking for the past decade, but that question has cropped up a hell of a lot more during the past year. “He ignores her advice time and again,” the source spills. “And it’s even more lame,” the insider claims. “Because their sex life is a disaster and has been for months.” That would mean that all of Kim’s claims that Kanye is the best at boning were just a lot of hot air. Obviously, Kanye has said a lot of things that he should not — things that no one should say. The dude blamed black people for slavery . Something is wrong. But if Kim has private reservations about him spouting humiliating nonsense by blurting out whatever terrible thought pops into his mind at any given moment, we doubt that she’s confiding them in friends. Kim takes that whole for better or for worse thing very seriously, and seems to still be head over heels for Kanye. We don’t have to understand it (maybe he IS really good at boning) — but aside from what we hear in unconfirmed reports, it really sounds like she’s happy with her marriage. For now.
