Michael J. Fox Dead? Morbid Hoax Stuns Social Media

If you spent any time on Facebook or Twitter yesterday, then you might have encountered reports of the passing of actor Michael J. Fox. The rumor was so pervasive that Fox’s name quickly became a worldwide trending topic. Fortunately, fans can breathe easy, as Fox is not dead, but is instead the latest victim of an obnoxious celebrity death hoax. Reps for Fox have confirmed that the 57-year-old actor is alive and well, and was just as confused about the apparent prank as anyone else. Usually, the origin of such nonsense remains mysterious, but this time it looks as though the culprit has been identified. According to the internet’s sharpest sleuths, news of Fox’s passing originated on a website that was designed to trick users into thinking they had visited Yahoo! News. A report at the top of the site’s homepage reads as follows:  “On August 2, Michael J. Fox arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was self-admitted with complications attributed to Parkinson’s Disease. According to Chief Coroner Jonathan Lucas M.D., Fox had developed pneumonia, a common problem occurring in Parkinson’s sufferers in the later stages of the disease.” “Tragically, Fox died at 11:24 this morning. Doctors confirmed Fox passed away peacefully and was surrounded by friends and family.” While it’s true that Fox has been battling Parkinson’s Disease for much of his life, the rest of the report is a complete fabrication. It seems that the hoax spread further and faster than most due to the fact that Fox has been silent on social media in recent weeks. The photo above, which Fox tweeted on June 1 in support of gun violence victims, constitutes his most recent social media activity. “It’s made me stronger,” Fox once said of his diagnosis. “A million times wiser. And more compassionate, I’ve realized I’m vulnerable, that no matter how many awards I’m given or how big my bank account is, I can be messed with like that. “The end of the story is you die. Kendall Jenner Accused of Fleeing the Scene After Her Dog Bit a Child

Kendall Jenner has come under fire after leaving a restaurant … after a woman accused Kendall’s dog of allegedly biting a small child. Oh no! That is, for the record, much worse than her boyfriend Blake’s ex scoring a major child-support win . The case has been referred to animal control, but Kendall is implying that the world doesn’t know the whole story. TMZ reports that Kendall Jenner had the police called on her over an alleged dog bite over the weekend. According to reports, Kendall and her hunky boyfriend Blake Griffin stopped by the Beverly Glen Deli in L.A. They ate on the patio of the restaurant. While they were there, there was allegedly (and this is disputed) and incident in which Kendall’s doberman pinscher “bit” a young girl. That’s a scary situation! There are a couple of things that people should note. First of all, Kendall’s dog was reportedly harnessed during this, so we probably shouldn’t be imagining her letting her furbaby wander here and there. Second of all, the alleged bite — even when first reported — did not leave any detectable puncture wounds. According to reports, since the restaurant itself was unable to find a clear indicator of an injury, they gave the child some ice. The mother claimed that Kendall and Blake simply paid their bill and left instead of addressing it with her, which is apparently why she elected to dial 9-1-1 over the incident. On Monday, however, TMZ updated the story. According to sources close to Kendall, she didn’t leave until she made absolutely sure that the “dog bite” had not resulted in any injuries. Only when she was sure that everything was okay did she and Griffin hit the road. We don’t know exactly what happened, of course, but the insider says that the dog was startled by the small child. Whatever did happen, TMZ says that their source reports that the dog did not bite the girl and may have not even touched her. As to what did go down … well, Kendall can’t comment just yet. A writer and editor linked to a Cosmopolitan article about the incident, and wrote some very inflammatory words on Tiwtter. “Add this to the growing list of reasons why @KendallJenner is a disturbingly despicable, entitled, unsympathetic, sadistic, uncharitable and self-absorbed human being,” the tweet reads. The tweet goes on to describe Kendall as someone “who doesn’t deserve to be idolized. (Yes, I went there.)” Kendall saw that tweet, and quoted it with a very gentle reply. “Oof i’m sorry you feel that way,” Kendall writes. “Hope to meet you one day to show you the real me,” Kendall continues. “Maybe i’ll tell you a little bit about the story too,” Kendall concludes, adding: “God bless.” She followed those words with the emoji of two hands with their palms touching. Some may believe that Kendall is lying and that her dog bit a child — even if there are no visible injuries. Others may believe that this mother saw an opportunity to try to get some money out of one of a famous and wealthy family. We would suggest that there may be a middle ground. If a child approached Kendall’s dog in a startling way and the dog barked or snapped in alarm, the child may have been scared and the mother may have overreacted. Angela and Michael Angela (52) is American, while Michael (30) is Nigerian. Angela has six grandchildren (yes, at only 52), but was inspired when Michael reached out to her. Some of her family are suspicious of his motives. 6. Darcey and Jesse Darcey (42) and Jesse (24) are, of course, infamous. Kailyn Lowry on Briana DeJesus Fight: It’s All Javi’s Fault!

Tonight's episode of Teen Mom 2 is one that fans have been anticipating for quite some time. Reunion specials are generally considered to be the highlights of the season, but this one should really be a doozy, as we'll finally get to see the fight between Kailyn Lowry and Briana DeJesus . Well, perhaps “fight” isn't the right word. We'll get to see Kailyn and Briana very nearly come to blows on at least two separate occasions. MTV keeps a lot of security on hand these days, which is good news for the cast, bad news for viewers who enjoy bloodshed. But despite the fact that Kail and Briana were prevented from tearing each other's throats out, things still got awfully ugly. And now, Ms. Lowry is offering some final thoughts before tonight's title bout: 1. Ready to Rumble According to reports from the set and audio released by MTV, the first altercation began when Kail confronted Bri in her dressing room. 2. The Showdown Kail decided to have a chat with Briana away from the cameras and the studio audience, so that the two of them could work out their differences in private. 3. A Civil Discussion As you can see in this clip, the sit-down didn’t quite go according to plan, and Kail attempted to engage Bri in a physical fight. 4. Cutting to the Chase “Why don’t you tell me why you felt so comfortable commenting what you commented on Instagram?” Kail asked her rival at one point. “This isn’t about Javi [Marroquin], this isn’t about the show.” 5. The Chris Conundrum “I want to know why you felt so comfortable to say some sh-t about my kids and Chris,” Lowry elaborated, referring to comments Bri made about her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez. 6. The Point of Contention Kail goes on to suggest that Bri crossed a line by dragging her family into the fight. “You don’t want me talking about your kids; you don’t want me talking about your mom …” she said at the time. The Bachelorette Finale Recap: Who Did Becca Kufrin Choose?

The Bachelorette just aired an iconic 14th season finale, and we can confirm what The Bachelorette spoilers foretold months ago: Becca Kufrin is engaged!! But to whom? Viewers have waited all summer (whether you read  Bachelorette spoilers  or not) to see how this thing ends for beautiful, sweet Becca. For Garrett Yrigoyen and Blake Horstmann, this is what they’ve fought for: To be the last man standing, holding a Neil Lane ring. After what was, by and large, a fairly conventional season, might an epic twist still be in the works, After the Final Rose style? To channel our inner Chris Harrison for a moment … this was NOT the most anticipated, controversial finale in Bachelorette history. But it wasn’t half bad. The beautiful Minnesotan spent 11 weeks paring down 25 suitors to just two. The two handsome men standing before her this evening. So would she give the final rose to Garrett Yrigoyen, the once-divorced, instant frontrunner with the shady Instagram history? Or would it go to Blake Horstmann, who has emerged as the dark Horst (sorry) over the past couple of episodes especially? Both gentlemen met her family as Becca struggled with what could be the most difficult, consequential decision of her life. Who does she see a brighter future with – and can she trust that person with her heart, especially after what happened with Arie? So which guy got the rose? And Becca said all along that she got engaged, but has it lasted? Is she still engaged right now? Man alive, The Bachelorette producers sure can cut a slick finale, keeping us guessing and methodically ratcheting up the drama. In the end, though, they can only do their best with the material Becca gives them, and there was no major shocker in store: Becca Kufrin is engaged to Garrett Yrigoven. Yes, the first impression rose recipient many weeks ago is now Becca’s fiance, having proposed (she said yes) at the end of the night. That doesn’t mean he was a lock, though. The finale focused hardcore on Becca’s “second thoughts” (again, those producers are good) and Blake really bringing his A-game. Maybe it was editing, or maybe it was just his feelings and their chemistry peaking at the right time, but Horstmann made it a contest. Just when you thought no one could match Garrett’s connection with Becca – and Becca’s family – Blake came awfully darn close. His final date, capped off by that amazing scrapbook, seemed to push Becca over the edge … or at least right up to the edge. Not unlike his competition, he started to look like a 50-50 partner, the kind she’s been dreaming of, and hoping he would be. As such, she was 50-50 when it came to the two guys, or so it seemed. Sadly, there could be only one, and Blake lost out. Rough. Holy cow that was … wow. That’s all we can say about that Blake breakup. Yeesh. It’s never easy to watch that sort of thing, but this one was super bad. He got through that whole speech and everything. She just stood there, Gone are the days when the show lets them off easy, apparently. Say what you will about reality shows, the pain on Blake’s face was pretty real, and Becca’s too for that matter. That was just painful. Guy was legit trembling out there. Even on the LIVE After the Final Rose special, it wasn’t much better. From the look on Blake’s face, you would think it had just happened. That’s love. That’s love. When Kufrin took the stage to see Horstmann FOR THE FIRST TIME since they split, both had nothing but kind words for the other. As Chris said, Blake has a LOT of fans in the house tonight. If he’s NOT The Bachelor next winter, that would be a surprise. Or at least a letdown. Speaking of a letdown … could the actual proposal from Garrett and the aftermath possibly match that level of emotion? Close. Very, very close. That was as sweet and cheesy (in a good way) as it gets, as Yrigoyen and Kufrin left the Maldives blissfully engaged. Kim Zolciak Shows Off INSANE New Lip Fillers!

OK, so Kim Zolciak loves to mess with her face, right? You know it, we know it, everybody knows it. She’s been getting lip fillers for several years now, and even though she looks like a completely different person than she did back in the day, she denies getting any other surgeries on her face . Your nose just changes its entire shape as you age, apparently. We don’t know why Kim’s always been so adament with her plastic surgery denials, but at least she’s always been open about pumping up her lips . And it’s a good thing, because there’s simply no denying whatever it is that’s happening now. We present Kim’s latest selfie: RIGHT?! The photo also features one of her children, precious little Kaia, and Kim tried to make the whole post about her. “My heart hurts just thinking about this nugget starting Pre-K next week!!” she wrote in her caption. She also tagged Kaia’s own Instagram account, because of course this four-year-old has her own account, and wrote “you light up our world!! Big Big Personality and lots of Sass.” Which is sweet and all, but still … those lips . Here’s another photo of them, just for good measure: It’s too much, isn’t it? Way, way too much. And Kim’s followers agreed. Many of them tried to be sweet about it, telling her things like “Kim you’re such a gorgeous woman you don’t need the lip fillers!!” Others started off sweet before taking a turn, like the person that wrote “Kim, You are beautiful. But your top lip is not even looking human anymore.” “Kim!!!! I love you!!” another person commented. “For the love of GAWD, quit with the mouth!!!!!!” But some people just got straight to the point. “It’s a caricature at this point,” one of those people said, and another asked “OMG! What have you done to your face.” Now you look like you could belong on the E! show ‘Botched,'” someone pointed out. “You are overdoing it sis!” For some extra real talk, one of Kim’s followers said “My lip hurts just looking at it. She’s so pretty she is, it looks like it’s about to burst.” And it really does, doesn’t it? One person commented on her lips in relation to her parenting, writing “You are deforming your face and what message does that send to your daughters.” And one even called out her doctor, saying that he “should be ashamed” of himself for doing this to her. But before you start to feel too bad for Kim over all this, don’t. She’s been checking the comments and her feelings aren’t hurt! When someone told her that she didn’t need that much filler in her lips, she replied “I love them for now.” And when someone else said that looking like Kim does in these photos would be her “nightmare,” Kim responded with “don’t worry sweetie you don’t stand a chance to be as beautiful as me.” It’s good she still has her confidence , at least!
