Cuba Gooding Jr. is back in court after another woman has accused the actor of touching her inappropriately. According to published reports, an unnamed individual claims that Gooding touched “intimate parts” at a Manhattan nightclub last year. The latest accusation follows two other incidents of groping against the actor for which he was charged. Charges include “grabbing a woman’s breast” at a bar in New York City and “pinching the buttocks” of a woman at a nightclub. As previously reported , Cuba Gooding Jr. appeared in court last month pleading not guilty to a four-count misdemeanor indictment charging him with inappropriate conduct involving two women. Prosecutors revealed in court that they want to use allegations from another 12 accusers against him to assist with showing his “character” during the trial. “Defendant’s past behavior shows that he routinely approaches women while at bars or nightclubs with whom he has limited or no prior interaction, and touches them inappropriately,” prosecutors argued in court papers obtained by Vulture . “His prior acts demonstrate that his contacts with their intimate parts are intentional, not accidental, and that he is not mistaken about their lack of consent.” The uncharged allegations against Gooding include forcible biting, licking, and kissing on some 12 occasions since 2001. Gooding is not charged in relation to these other 12 accusers, and a judge will decide later whether prosecutors can use their allegations in court. Gooding pleaded not guilty to the third charge of groping. The official charges for the incident are the same as the previous two including, forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse. A call came in about the fight over the chicken sandwich around 7 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man in the parking lot suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Detectives are working to establish a suspect and a motive. We’re here on scene. The chicken sandwich ad is right in the window. Appearing as a recent guest on the Domenick Nati Show, Kailyn was asked which Teen Mom cast member — present or past — rubs her the wrong way. Who does Lowry just hate the most, basically? “My least favorite cast member? I would say is Farrah,” she responded. This is not exactly stunning, of course. Last summer, Lowry scoffed at the notion of Farrah headlining an anti-bullying campaign, something Abraham had actually been tapped to do when she agreed to an exhibition boxing match. “I think there are much better influencers,” Kailyn said back then in a rather epic understatement. She later said she wanted to flat-out fight Abraham , although no match ever materialized between the pair. Asked what it is about Abraham that prompted Lowry to label her as the absolute worst, Kailyn said in this new interview: “Anytime I’ve been around Farrah she just doesn’t treat people like human beings. She treats them like they’re below her,” Lowry said, adding: “And that’s not really something… I don’t want to surround myself with people like that.” Hard to argue with that logic, isn’t it? Lowry’s pointed jabs at Farrah comes amid the news that another Teen Mom alum, Jenelle Evans, is divorcing her husband, David Eason. This is a hot topic that both Abraham and Lowry have weighed in on recently. “If she’s truly in the right mindset and is on a journey to find health and happiness, she could teach people a lot,” Lowry said on social media of Evans, expounding on her occasional rival as follows: “One could only hope that this is all true. “Despite our differences, her and her kids safety has always been a concern of mine, and now I’m not as worried hearing the latest news.” Sounds pretty fair and balanced of Kailyn, doesn’t it? Abraham, on the other hand, isn’t feeling nearly as generous when it comes to Evans and Eason. She seems to question Jenelle’s motives for the split, taking the cynical approach that Jenelle is only making this decision to further her career. “I just feel like it’s a way to just go back on TV, and I think more like myself and others, who just want better crews, better circumstances for her kids, beyond just going back to television,” Farrah told late last week. Concluded Farrah in her dissing of Jenelle: “I don’t know. Will things change when she gets a divorce just to go back on TV? “I’m just worried about her real intentions. In the very near future, Joe Giudice probably won’t be an immediate member of his own family, not after he and Teresa file for their inevitable divorce. But the polarizing ex-reality star just joined a very different, much larger family: He’s now a member of Instagram. The 47-year-old — who was released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody on October 11 and flew to Italy while he awaits a verdict on his deportation appeal — joined the social media platform last Thursday, sharing a snapshot at the time of himself from his Bravo interview with Teresa and host Andy Cohen . Fast forward to November 3 and Joe posted another new and interesting photo to his account. As you can see above, Joe is hanging out with Teresa’s father, Giacinto Gorga, who resides with his daughter in New Jersey. “Always a full table,” he captioned the picture, which was taken in Sala Consilina. When Cohen later asked Joe if he thought Teresa was faithful to him while he was behind bars, the former replied: “I don’t think she was.” And when the photos of Teresa and and a younger man from late last year were mentioned, Joe seemed surprised, saying: “I didn’t know you were on a beach with him,” to which Teresa replied: “I told you that,” insisting he was only a friend. Teresa, meanwhile, is set to fly to Italy in a few days with the couple’s four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10. In this same interview, she confessed that she wasn’t sure things will be between them when she sees him for the first time since he was in jail. “We’re both two different people now,” Teresa said in the interview. “I’m not the same Teresa I was and he’s not the same Joe. I do love him as a person. Last Thursday, yes on Halloween, trouble came to paradise as Demi Burnett and her fiancee Kristian Haggarty both announced that they were calling off their engagement. Throughout Jersey Shore ‘s original run, Jenni Farley did her best to steer clear of the drama. I just want peace.” Understandably upset at being called “the worst” on national TV, Roger responded in a statement issued to Us Weekly : “You don’t spend almost a decade of your life with only one person then just never care about them again,” he said. “You can act like you do but you’re probably lying,” Mathews added. “Hatred spawns from love.” To be fair, Jenni never actually said that she hated Roger, but it’s not hard to see how he might have surmised such animosity on the basis of her comments. But while we can see why Roger might be offended, he really doesn’t have any right to be. The best thing he could do at this point is take a tip from old-school JWoww and just take a seat on the sidelines while the drama unfolds.
