Deadline reports that Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow has been prepping her follow-up to the Iraq-set The Hurt Locker , entitled Kill Bin Laden , which could become the first feature film to depict the historical events of May 1, 2011.

In a hearing today for the case of the $2,500 necklace that was alleged stolen from a jewelry shop by Lindsay Lohan in January, a judge found Lohan in violation of her probation and sentenced her to 120 days in jail . In addition to her time in the clink, Lohan must perform 480 hours of community service, 360 of which must be at the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles so that, according to Judge Stephanie Sautner, “perhaps then she will see women who are truly needy and might change her behavior.” Does this mean the Gotti pic is back off?
