The Bachelor Season 21 star Liz Sandoz opens up on tonight's episode about how having had sex with Nick Viall is “weighing” on her. She was also hammered apparently. You didn't need to read The Bachelor spoilers to know that ol' Nick has a reputation as a … guy who will readily have sex with women. Case in point? He met Liz, 29, at Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert's January 2016 wedding, and the two hit it off, then hit it with each other. Why are we talking about it now? Because Sandoz surprised the two-time Bachelorette runner-up by appearing on Monday's season premiere to compete for his heart … … despite having refused to give him her phone number after their fling! Nick questioned her intentions, but gave her the last rose . “I've been carrying around a secret,” Liz tells the camera in a clip from this evening's episode. “I met Nick at Jade and Tanner's wedding.” And we all know what happens at weddings … “We had sex,” Liz notes, as she did Monday. “But it's just kind of weighing on me just because you want to be able to talk those things out.” Sandoz was the maid of honor for former Bachelor contestant Jade, while Nick scored an invite to the wedding because he's Nick. The Duggar family is very, very wealthy. They’re not “Trump rich,” but they’re much closer to “Kardashian rich” than most of their fans realize. Despite all of that, it seems the Duggars are still firm believers that all money is sinful – even the rare bills that have never been used as a cocaine straw or found their way into s stripper’s g-string. Phillip Anschutz’s Hater Politics A Reason To Pass On Coachella Passes Over the past few days social media has been abuzz over the 2017 Coachella lineup, which includes Beyonce , Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar, Future, Travis Scott, Schoolboy Q and Gucci Mane as some of the acts performing… Social media is now on fire for another reason entirely, as many festival lovers are learning that the man who owns AEG (owners of Coachella operators Goldenvoice) has some pretty bad politics — including donating HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS to an anti-gay hate group . Afro-Punk reveals : Philip Anschutz is the billionaire machine behind Coachella and his politics are icky, sticky with the slime of the swamp that folks like president-elect Trump loves to associate with. Anschutz owns AEG, the entertainment and sports company only second to Live Nation in its reach, with investments in the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Kings and the Staples Center to name a few. But really where his money is doing the most damage is in his support of socially conservative causes. ProgressNow Colorado’s executive director Ian Silverii was quoted saying, “Phil Anschutz’s extensive influence in Colorado politics has been known for years, but the degree of his support for anti-LGBTQ groups that fund extremist hate groups like Gordon Kligenschmitt’s ‘Pray in Jesus Name’ is shocking.” In even more covert efforts, the Anschutz Foundation gave $110,000 to Alliance Defending Freedom, $50,000 to National Christian Foundation, and $30,000 to Family Research Council between 2010 and 2013, all of which have been known to support prejudice against LGBTQ efforts.Since 2008, the Anschutz Foundation has donated $175,000 to the Mission America Foundation, a far-right organization whose president considers homosexuality to be a “deviance.” Anschutz’ Walden Media group funds films that support his political views as well, funding “Won’t Back Down” and “Waiting For Superman” which are pro-charter school and anti-teachers union. To add insult to injury, Greenpeace notes that media companies owned by Anschutz figure prominently in the denial of climate science and the promotion of climate-change skepticism and even went as far as suing a small town for their regulations on fracking, but eventually lost the case. According to Jezebel : Mission America Coalition—has been classified as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center for its promotion of travel restrictions for HIV-positive citizens, among other radically right-wing views. Anschutz was also a major backer of Colorado’s Prop 2, which passed and would have broadly legalized discrimination against LGBTQ people before the U.S. Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional. In other words, Anschutz is taking the money you are handing him for Coachella tickets and using it toward causes you probably (if you are gay, have gay friends, are a teacher, have friends who are teachers, if you care about the environment, drinking water etc…) hate. Now that you know this — will you continue to support Coachella and other AEG events? Or will you take a stance and pass on these events as a political statement. In the case of Coachella it may already be too late, as we’re hearing passes are already sold out. But this is still good information. He filed legal documents that questioned Joseline's sanity . He accused her of taking drugs while pregnant. He denied being the father of her impending child. But then Hernandez went ahead and gave birth to a girl named Bonnie Bella and, to his credit, Stevie J has apparently come to realize what's important. Stopped in a parking lot this week by TMZ, Stevie J shrugged off his many conflicts with his occasional ex-lover, saying he and Joseline were “homies first before the love thing.” He thinks they need to now “come together” and “be the best parents” they can be. What about all those court documents and requests? What about the ankle monitor he still must wear? What about all the times he railed against Joseline as a terrible person and dangerous mother? New Mexico Store Posts Kill Obama And Racist Signs On Window A racist convenience store in New Mexico is under firing for posting signs on windows advocating for the murder of President Obama reports Mic News : One of the signs read “Kill Obama” and another says “Obama & Muslims not welcome here.” The signs also include racially-tinged epithets and slurs with one reading “2012 No Re-nig.” A sign aimed at NFL player Colin Kaepernick, who has protested and been outspoken about police brutality against black people, called the San Francisco 49ers quarterback an “overpaid half breed” and said he should “go back to Africa.” “Colin Kaeper-d**k, you overpaid half-breed: Take your millions and go back to Africa,” the sign read. Former NFL Player Keion Carpenter Dies After Falling Into A Coma Ultimately, the ones who grieve the most when someone passes are said person’s family and friends. That said, we sure are pained to have to report yet another death of a public figure. Ex-Atlanta Falcon Keion Carpenter has died at the age of 39 in a Miami hospital after collapsing and hitting his head while playing with his son according to the Baltimore Sun . Carpenter’s cousin, Jamila Smith, recounts the incident that lead to his untimely demise: “They were running to the car when (Carpenter) slipped, fell, hit his head and slipped into a coma. It was just a freak accident,” she said. “He was always healthy; he went to the doctor, ate well and worked out.” Keion was a beloved native son of Baltimore, Maryland and the city’s mayor, Catherine Pugh, released a statement about his passing: “[He] won our hearts as a beloved community champion with an uncompromising will to reclaim neglected neighborhoods and improve the lives of the underprivileged.” “Keion knew the power of his platform, and used his opportunity and talents to not only inspire, but transform the lives of thousands of children and families,” Prayers up for Keion Carpenter’s immediate family, football family, friends, and those in Baltimore who’s lives he touched.
