Meek Mill And Nicki Minaj To Be In Different Cities On NYE According To Court Order It looks like Meek Mill’s probation violations are really biting him in the butt, so bad that he can’t even start the year off right. Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend was scheduled to appear by her side at a concert in Las Vegas but now the probation violator has to spend his New Years eve doing charity according to page six reports. The Philly rapper has been ordered to stay in the area of his neighborhood through February 6, 2015. That means no bottle popping or NYE kisses for him in Vegas this year. His boo will be in a different state where she will fulfill her New Years obligations. When will Meek’s luck turn around? Geesh.
