By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Larry Carroll Nicole Scherzinger Photo: MTV News She promises to bring lots of energy to the dance floor as one of the new contestants on the 10th season of “Dancing with the Stars” — but Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, who has an extensive dance background, admitted that she’s scared of one castmember this year: Pam Anderson. “Talk about dance experience,” she told MTV News. “She is just fierce to me. I’m scared of her, actually. She is the one. I don’t know if I’ll be able to take her down but she’s going to be hot and sizzling. She’s gonna do her thing.” Scherzinger herself has also made quite a career out of being sexy, but fans tuning in week after week expecting Scherzinger to turn up the hotness for the show may be surprised — that’s not her thing this season. “Not at all! I will leave the sexy part to Pamela Anderson! Because she’s the hottest chick out there,” she gushed. “For one, I never tried to be sexy or anything — for me the music’s what brings out that sensuality. I’m just gonna be myself.” Not only will Nicole be Nicole, she also plans to just have a good time while out there with partner Derek Hough. “[I’m] just gonna have fun with it. In the show I’ll be able to connect with everyone in a completely different light. “With this show, I feel like people are so used to seeing me in a certain light — they think they know me, but they don’t,” she added . “I just want to connect with everyone out there in a completely different way.
