Comedian awaits arraignment on felony and misdemeanor charges. By Jayson Rodriguez Katt Williams Photo: Larry Marano/ Getty Images Comedian Katt Williams was arrested for burglary and criminal trespassing in Georgia on Sunday, after allegedly breaking into a home. According to The Associated Press, Williams is expected to go before a judge on Monday (November 9) afternoon to answer to charges.

Comedian Katt Williams has been jailed in Georgia on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. A deputy at the jail in Coweta County, southwest of Atlanta, confirmed Williams was being held there and that a magistrate was expected to set bond at an arraignment Monday afternoon. The deputy did not have access to a police report to provide more details

A month after the CW mercifully pulled the plug on The Beautiful Life after just two episodes, the ill-fated show’s star is now looking for a new gig. “I’m just figuring out what my next move will be and looking at a lot of different projects and figuring out what I want to do,” Mischa Barton said. Although she said that “people really liked” the show – loosely based on producer Ashton Kutcher’s days as a model – she says she’s moving on .
