There’s No End in Sight ABC handed out a renewal for two seasons, meaning Grey’s Anatomy will be on the air until 2021. 2. Ending the Show Will Be Ellen Pompeo’s Decision to Make Worried about Pompeo leaving and the show going on without her? That’s not going to happen. Series creator Shonda Rhimes told E! News in an interview that she’s following Pompeo’s lead on this one. “Ellen and I have a pact that I’m going to do the show as long as she’s going to do the show. So the show will exist as long as both of us want to do it,” Rhimes said. “If she wants to stop, we’re stopping. So I don’t know if we’ll see 600 [episodes], but I want to keep it feeling fresh. As long as there are fresh stories to tell and as long as we’re both excited about the stories being told, we’re in. So we’ll see where that takes us.” 3. There Will Be More LinkMelia Chris Carmack has been promoted to series regular, meaning that there will be more of Link’s relationship with Amelia. 4. There were tears and there were tantrums. There was rampant sexism and rampant sex… in a windmill . There were 30 suitors and then there were three and then, heading into Tuesday night’s The Bachelorette finale, there were two. But who was the final one left standing? Was it Tyler? Was it Jed? Was it, in the very end, neither of these aspiring husbands? Let’s get to the recap, shall we?!? “I am conflicted in my heart,” Hannah said when she woke up in Greece to kick off the finale, shocking viewerd who figured this would be an easy choice for her and adding: “I was hopeful that I would have clarity but today… I don’t know. I don’t want to not be 100 percent sure and then make the wrong decision.” Just how torn was the Alabama native? On her way to the proposal location, Hannah asked that the driver of her car pull over. She then got out of the vehicle, started walking away — and tripped! From her spot on the ground, she examined her elbow and told a producer: “I really can’t do this.” Still, she got up, dusted herself off and proceeded. And then entered Tyler, the first man to approach Hannah with a Neil Lane engagement ring. The contractor thought back the moment he fell in love with Hannah and gave her props for helping him transform into the man he wants to be. The man he was previously unsure he could be. But Hannah cut Tyelr off before he could propose.’ “I am so lucky to be loved by you and to feel that,” she began. “You have supported me, you have been so sweet and strong for me and done everything that I’ve asked and more, and loved me so much. And my life with you would be amazing. And when I told you I was falling in love with you, I mean it.” And then she dropped the heartbreaking bombshell: ” But I love someone else. I’m so sorry .” Tyler was hurt, but also classy. “That’s going to hurt but I’m still going to be your biggest fan rooting for you,” he told Hannah. “I wish you and Jed nothing but success. I really mean that.” Did Hannah find success with the supposed man of her dreams? Jed exited his car and walked up to his alleged soulmate with a guitar, telling the series lead: “Though the other side is kind of unsure, right here is for sure and I know that I love you. And talking is hard sometimes for me so …” Yes, he then broke into song, strumming and singing: We always knew it’s me and you. “I’ve been praying for this moment for a long time,” Hannah told Jed in response. “I’ve been praying for you. You’ve supported me, you’ve loved me, you’ve challenged me, you’ve moved me and it’s made me love you so, so much. And I am in complete love with you.” Cue the proposal! “I don’t want to go another day of my life without you being all mine,” Jed said as he took a knee. “Hannah, will you marry me?” YES , Hannah replied. “She’s gonna be a Wyatt!” Jed cheered to the cameras. Is she really, though? We learned after this opening hour that the couple’s honeymoon phase lasted two days. “The second night after we got engaged, Jed tells me that he had been hanging out with this girl before he left to come on the show,” Hannah revealed on the finale. “I was like, ‘When was this?’ And I remember him saying a week before the show. And I was like, ‘Okay, so you broke it off?’ He said yes, told me it was nothing. It was hard to hear, but I tried to let it go.” Wyatt, of course, has been at the center of cheating allegations for weeks now. Back in Los Angeles, Hannah and Jed sat down to discuss the allegations by Haley Stevens , in which she said that she and Jed were in a serious relationship while he was on The Bachelorette. When pushed by Hannah, Wyatt said he had slept with Haley the night before he left for this ABC franchise. He also said they spent a weekend together in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, after which she met Jed’s parents. Then, in January, Haley threw Jed a surprise birthday party… and her parents gifted them a trip to The Bahamas. Right before the trip, Jed learned he had been cast on The Bachelorette and, yes, he admitted to Hannah on the finale that he told Stevens he would go on the show just to promote his music. He also told Stevens that he loved her during this vacation to The Bahamas. Jed then actually added that arriving in Los Angeles for The Bachelorette effectively ended his relationship with Stevens — but he NEVER TOLD HER THAT. “ To me, I ended it in my heart and not verbally ,” he told Brown. “This is obviously humiliating for me,” said Hannah, adding that members of her family were receiving messages about the controversy. “When I look back, yeah, it was a f-cking sh-tty thing to do and I should’ve walked up and said something right then and there, and I didn’t,” he said. “I should’ve said something at the Fantasy Suite and I didn’t. But once this started happening and I started seeing how I was feeling about you, I couldn’t think about anything else. You were it. “The reason I held back details that I did was because I was scared that if I told you, you’d walk away from me. Finally, some good news for Amber Portwood. It’s not very much, but the troubled Teen Mom OG star could use all the positivity she can find right about now. The 29-year old appeared in Marion County Court today, attending her second scheduled hearing since being arrested early July 5 for domestic assault. She has since been charged with three felonies due to an alleged altercation with boyfriend Andrew Glennon that involved Amber reportedly throwing a shoe at her lover and also wielding a machete. Glennon was holding the couple’s 14-month old son, James, at the time. Shortly after the attack, Glennon was granted a no-contact order against Portwood, meaning she was legally banned from seeing James or Andrew. On July 18, however, Amber was permitted to spend some time with her son — under the supervision of a professional, that is. In court on Thursday, this no-contact order was lifted. Portwood is now permitted to see James on a more frequent basis, but these visits must still be supervised by an outside party. Not ideal for Amber, obviously, but it’s something. Terms of the visitation, including where the visits will take place, will be discussed in the future at a Child in Need of Services hearing. This has been scheduled for August 22. Elsewhere, for the record, the no-contact order against Glennon actually remains in place. Andrew himself was also present at the hearing, while MTV cameras were seen recording outside of the courtroom. It sure seems that way, despite Amber’s future on the show appearing to be hazy at the moment. For Andrew’s part, he is still seeking full custody and still wants to prevent Portwood from having un supervised visits with James after the violent incident from three weeks ago. Glennon alleged in paperwork filed earlier this month that his estranged girlfriend is “currently unable to provide a safe, stable and secure environment” for their child “due to her frequent refusal and/or failure to take medicines prescribed to treat her mental-health conditions, among other concerns.” Portwood has often acknowledged she is bipolar and has also mentioned that she doesn’t always take her medication. On a more personal front, Amber shared a meme about cheating last week that strongly implied she thinks Glennon has been disloyal to her. A source close to Andrew told Us Weekly this was never the case, however, although a new report from Radar Online states Glennon has at least been texting some mystery woman. He has not met this woman, according to this website, but he has asked for her to visit Indiana and he has asked her to send him photos. This is the aforementioned meme that Portwood shared and then quickly deleted: In an Affidavit for Probable Cause, obtained by multiple outlets, Portwood made Glennon feel like he “dropped the ball” because they couldn’t get through traffic to see fireworks the night before this incident took place. When they returned home, Portwood struck her boyfriend with a shoe. “Mr. Glennon stated he was holding [James] and he turned to the side to avoid him getting struck with the shoe,” the document reads. At one point during this back-and-forth, Glennon says “Portwood went to her drawer and took a handful of Klonopin and tossed it back like it was nothing,” the court papers read. From there, Glennon ran to the bathroom and locked both himself and James inside. This is when Andrew claims Amber picked up a sword, which she had around the house for protection, and: “She hit the door with the machete and kicked the door and broke the handle.” Glennon proceeded to text 911 for assistance; officers arrived on scene; and the arrest was made.
The Real Housewive of Atlanta fans will recall that season 11 did not exactly end peacefully . There’s been a schism between the girls ever since the Bye Wig party erupted into a huge fight. And after a tense reunion on Wednesday, drama addicts can rejoice in the knowledge that the bad blood will carry over to season 12 as well. The occasion was housewife Marlo Hampton’s “I am Her” hair event. As is often the case on the Housewives shows, one of the girls holds a promotional event of some kind, and the other cast members show up to give their support. Or at least that’s how it looks on paper. Usually, the event only exists in service of the drama — an upscale backdrop for the girls to trash talk each other while wearing cocktail dresses. That certainly seems to be the case here, as star NeNe Leakes finally reunited with on-screen nemeses Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams. NeNe has been avoiding some of her castmates ever since her epic freakout at the Bye Wig party. As fans will remember, that altercation became fightentingly heated and culminated with NeNe attacking a camera man, who lost part of a tooth. NeNe still has a grudge against Porsha, who instigated that whole fracas by trying to sneak into NeNe’s very off-limits walk-in closet with Kandi Burruss. Nene was also reportedly enraged to learn that Kenya was brought back for another season, after producers fired her for keeping her marriage a secret. Ironically, Kenya might have been kept off the show if NeNe didn’t hate her so much. Apparently, the beef the two women was too much for Bravo to pass up. Since rejoining the group, Kenya has been going out of her way to find a story line for herself. To that end, she made sure to stir up some trouble at the “I am Her” event on Wednesday too. An inside source tells RadarOnline that Kenya attempted to crash the party, bringing her own rival line of hair care products. “Kenya was trying to wage a war with Marlo to cause drama,” the source claims. A tacky move to be sure, but it’s sure to make great TV if the cameras were rolling for this event, and we expect that they were. But despite this perfect receipe for another NeNe vs everyone blowout, sources say NeNe was on her best behavior. “There were no confrontations,” the source told Radar. “And [NeNe] even said hello to Kenya.” That’s some true progress for NeNe, who recently refused to be filmed in any scenes featuring Kenya or Porsha. With that said, it’s best to keep in mind that we all say hello to people we dislike on a regular basis. Sometimes you have to play nice or not play at all. At some point NeNe will have to swallow her pride and interract with her enemies, or she’ll miss out on a ton of screen time. But sources say she’s not quite there yet with Porsha. “Porsha is the only RHOA who said she is not interested in rekindling a friendship with NeNe at all,” the insider claims. This was plainly evident at the “I am Her” event, where NeNe froze Porsha out and the two girls didn’t acknowledge each other at all. So at the end of the night, an olive branch was offered, but plenty of bad blood lives on. We can’t wait to see how it all goes down on the next season of Real Housewives of Atlanta . Well, if you were looking forward to Single Ronnie re-joining the Spiral Squad on the current season of Jersey Shore, we’re afraid you may be disappointed. According to his latest interview, Ronnie is still in a relationship with Jen Harley — and it seems he has every intention of sticking by his baby mama’s side. “Right now things are going good [with Jen], and I think it’s because I made a change and I stopped doing the same thing over and over again,” Magro told Us Weekly exclusively. “I started just focusing on myself and stopped worrying about what other people wanted from me, and what I want for myself. So right now things are good.” “I’ve decided to start focusing more on me” sounds like your a New Year’s resolution announced by your most narcissistic friend, but we think we know what Ronnie is trying to say here. Focusing his attention on what others thought or expected of him led to his signature “Ron-pages” … and incidents like last year’s Vegas pool party fight that briefly shut down production on Shore. When Ronnie focuses on what’s best for Ronnie he surges, rather than spirals. Many would argue that what’s best for Ronnie would be breaking up with Harley again and actually making it stick this time, but hey — do you, bruh. Unfortunately, Ronnie’s announcement that he and Jen are still an item comes at an awkward time. Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore saw Ronnie spinning an unlikely story of being attacked in a restaurant parking lot the night before Mike Sorrentino’s sentencing. Holes in the story and injuries that seemed inconsistent with Ronnie’s account led many to the conclusion that he had been attacked by Harley and was attempting to shield his baby mama from blame. But Ronnie promises that he will not be at the center of the drama during the new season of Shore. For one thing, we imagine much of the focus will be on Mike Sorrentino, who was sentenced to two years in prison on last week’s episode. (Sorrentino’s sentence was later reduced. He’s currently behind bars, but will likely be released to a halfway house before the end of summer.) On top of that, Ronnie is newly sober and intends to stay that way. That means no Ron-Ron Juice, no smush rooms … and hopefully, no drama. “I feel like now that everyone’s growing up! Even the new season, it’s not us in the club,” he added. “A lot of the stuff that goes on with us is real life stuff, real life things, and real life s–t doesn’t go on in the clubs anymore!” That’s all well and good … but bad stuff can happen outside of the club, too. Just keep this man away from rooms with “self-closing” doors, and everything will be fine!
It’s been four years since the world learned that Josh Duggar molested five young girls while he was still in his teens. The revelation of the crime — along with the fact that four of Josh’s victims were his sisters — sparked widespread outrage and calls for TLC to cut ties with the family. At first, the boycott threats appeared to be effective. TLC canceled 19 Kids and Counting , which at the time was the bedrock of the Duggars’ media empire. But remarkably, the family managed to make a comeback, and within a year, the entire Duggar clan — sans Josh, of course — had returned to the network that made them famous with the 19 Kids spinoff Counting On. Most celebrities in a similar position would have been eager to sweep the entire incident under the carpet — but not the Duggars. No, from the very start, the Duggars have made it clear that they intend to seek revenge on the legal authorities and media outlets who they feel are responsible for Josh’s sex scandal. Josh Duggar has filed suit against Springdale, Arkansas police department for releasing information regarding the case, as well as against In Touch Weekly for being the first to publish that information. All of his claims have been thrown out of court, and a judge recently ordered Josh to stop filing lawsuits . But the judge did not issue a similar command to Josh’s victims. Yes, from the very start, the Duggars have maintained a united front with regard to Josh’s sex crimes, and four of his sisters — Jill Duggar Dillard, Jessa Duggar Seewald, Jinger Duggar Vuolo, and Joy Duggar — have now filed a suit accusing In Touch of violating their privacy. Today, those sisters scored a major legal victory when a judge threw out the opposing counsel’s motion to have their case dismissed. While the tabloid’s coverage of the crimes never mentioned the sisters by name, the judge stated today that In Touch did publish “other identifying information,” which would make it possible for interested parties to determine the identities of four of the five victims. “The content and circumstances of these disclosures do not just meet the standard of ‘shockingly degrading or egregiously humiliating,’ they illustrate them,” the judge wrote. With this legal hurdle cleared, it’s now far more likely that In Touch will offer the Duggars a cash settlement. So while the suit was not filed by Josh, it now looks as though the man who launched this scandal will finally receive the revenge he’s been seeking. Ashley Jacobs made her controversial return to Southern Charm on Wednesday. Naturally, she caught a plenty of flak from fans who were not pleased to see her return after all the drama with Thomas Ravenel . But co-star Landon Clements showed up to declare herself for team Ashley, and she’s telling the haters to back off! On the night of Ashley’s return to the series, Landon took to Instagram in solidarity, posting a photo of herself with Ashley. It’s a lovely, simple black and white shot of the two girls smiling and just being buds. Landon added a supportive caption to the post as well. “I wish everyone got to meet the girl I know,” Landon captions. Simple and to the point, for sure, but it wasn’t enough to sway most of the fans in the comments. “She should’ve acted like the girl you know,” responded one fan with a sassy, winking emoji. Others were so offended by the show of support, they were ready to lump Landon in with Ashley “Kathryn was right about Landon this whole time,” said one commentor. They went on to add, “And to think most of us thought Landon was the southern belle and Kathryn was the crazy one.” But Landon clapped back to set the record straight. “Give Kathryn a google,” Landon replied, adding that she was “sadly up to her old ways.” Kathryn is still in the midst of a vicious custody battle with Thomas Ravenel, who dated and left her before moving on to Ashley. Landon and Ashley have both been creepily supportive of Thomas, who was arrested in 2018 for sexually assaulting his children’s nanny. Thomas is understandably no longer allowed on Southern Charm , so Ashley is on-hand to replace him as a drama surrogate. She may mean well, but Landon has a habit of defending people in the most tone-deaf way possible. She shockingly dismissed the sexual assault allegations aimed at Thomas to Us Weekly , saying, “I know in my heart that Thomas is a good person.” “Whatever happened, happened,” she said, adding, “I wasn’t there that night.” These remarks are textbook examples of rape culture, and illustrate a tragically common failure of some women to support one another in the face of abuse. That said, it’s encouraging to see Landon come to Ashley’s defense here in this moment of social media sisterhood. Unfortunately for Landon, some fans weren’t willing to forget how Ashley had treated the other women on the show. “She called Kathryn an egg donor,” one user recalled, referencing a previous fight between Ashley and Kathryn. “Any mother would understand how vile and vicious those words are,” the commentor added. But Landon soon responded in defense of those “vile” words. “I think she meant her behavior reduced her to simply an egg donor when those words were said,” Landon recalled about the remarks, as though that changes their meaning. “Ashley was indeed spending more time with [Kathryn’s] kids than her,” Landon explained, adding “It’s all just so sad.” Being loyal to your friends is a great quality. Standing up for friends when others are calling them out is often a great quality too. But it’s important to be able to see past that loyalty and tell your loved ones that what they did was wrong. Jeannie was saying that she really appreciates the way men open up conversationally after they’ve been physically, sexually satisfied. In response, Adrienne Bailon wondered if any of the other ladies had experienced a man being so emotionally overcome that he shed tears. Jeannie : When a man is in bed with you and he’s happy and he’s satisfied, he opens up and there’s thing and you get to talk to him about things where he’s not trying so hard. He’s just being him. Amber Portwood will be living a very lonely existence over the next several days, weeks and maybe even months. This, after a judge handed out a harsh — albeit understandable — ruling to conclude Portwood’s hearing on Wednesday, five days after she was arrested for felony domestic violence . According to court papers obtained from Marion County Superior Court in Indiana, Portwood has been charged with three felonies and a misdemeanor for her alleged attack against boyfriend Andrew Glennon.
