A Pennsylvania woman has been sentenced to jail time for helping the man she lived with tattoo a smiley face and a derogatory word on a 12-year-old girl. The Meadville Tribune reports that 30-year-old Melissa Becker, of Centerville, Pa., was sentenced on Tuesday of this week by a Crawford County judge. She will serve four months to two years behind bars. The girl told police that Charlton tattooed the smiley face and a vulgar term for a woman on her left forearm when she spent the night at their residence. It is not clear why the 12-year-old stayed with them. Officials say Becker’s sentence will also require two years’ probation for what she and 33-year-old Randall Charlton III have pleaded guilty to. The two were convicted of corruption of a minor and tattooing a minor for the incident on May 14. Charlton has yet to be sentenced for his role. Becker also pleaded guilty to a third criminal charge, endangering the welfare of a child, a first-degree misdemeanor, the prosecutor’s office said. County prosecutors say Charlton and Becker didn’t contact the girl’s mother for permission to be tattooed, which is against the law in Pennsylvania. SNL Rep Claims Kenan Thompson Is Not Leaving The Show Via HuffingtonPost A “Saturday Night Live” spokesperson has called a TMZ report that claims Kenan Thompson will leave “SNL” following the show’s 40th season “inaccurate.” According to the rep, “the season hasn’t even started and cast decisions aren’t made until the end of the season.” Earlier on Monday, TMZ wrote that Thompson was set to leave the show before next season, Season 41, to focus on other projects. (Per TMZ, Thompson was going to leave after Season 39, but Lorne Michaels, the show’s executive producer, convinced him to stay for Season 40.) Thompson has been a cast member on “SNL” since 2003, and broke the record for longest serving black cast member. Of the current cast, he’s been on the show the longest. When asked during an interview with EW last year if he would ever leave the show, Thompson joked, “I’m never leaving.” “Saturday Night Live” returns this weekend with host Chris Pratt and musical guest Ariana Grande. Sources privy to the case tell us … the alleged victim is Sabrina Mercadel — a Cash Money employee for more than a decade — and she’s known Birdman since they were young. Even though Teresa and Joe Giudice might be headed to prison , the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are are at least keeping up the appearance of normalcy on Instagram. Teresa posted the above photo yesterday with the caption, “My Frozen Princess Audriana cannot believe she’s 5.” The Giudices appear to be in good spirits, and for the first time in a long time, they may actually have reason to smile. A source close to their trial recently revealed to Us Weekly that Teresa will likely be placed under house arrest . Good news for the troubled Housewife, as it previously looked as though she would be sentenced to two years in prison. According to friends, Teresa was a nervous wreck after being convicted, but she’s now “positive” that she won’t go to prison . The outlook isn’t quite as sunny for her husband. Not only will he almost certainly due some time behind bars, Joe Giudice might get deported after being released from prison, as he never became an American citizen after his family emigrated from Italy. But at least when the Giudices are sentenced on October 2, they can now expect that at least one of them will be able to raise and provide for their four daughters.
