Source: Cindy Ord / Getty Deion Sanders is currently in a legal tussle with some moving companies he claims damaged some priceless items along with losing a whole grand piano. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Sanders filed a lawsuit against North Texas Movers, Officer Interiors Group and Bekins A-1 Movers. Sanders says he hired Bekins A-1 Movers to move his valuable contents — including priceless heirlooms and collectible items of both “significant intrinsic, personal value to Mr. Sanders” worth in excess of $1 million — from his Texas mansion to storage. Sanders says he paid them handsomely to keep his “irreplaceable pieces” safe. He says in November 2018, he learned that the facility where his property was stored had been sold off to a third-party company, named Office Interiors Group. Sanders went the following month to get answers and claims he saw his stuff was being improperly stored and claimed that some items were broken and that some crates were missing. The outlet adds that Sanders believes his items were hauled off to another location and was put off the path by the company owners. After some haggling, Sanders gained access to the facility where he discovered some of his items were damaged and missing. A judge granted a temporary restraining order against the company that bars them from moving any other items. Sounds like the jig to us. — Photo: Getty

I am still wearing my ring. When you’ve been with somebody for 28 years, married for 25 years … we know each other. He is my best friend, my lover. He’s all this and he’s all that. I know what you’ve been saying and I know what the streets have been talking about … I’m still very much in love with my husband.” While that answer was great for some fans, Twitter began to sound off and turn the channel on Williams for not being open and honest with them. Email Submit According to The Herald Bulletin , Michael Neil, 29, was arrested on Monday for allegedly stabbing a man in his apartment. Neil confessed to police in an interview, saying he was asleep when he woke up to find another man getting it on with his wife. SEE ALSO: Man Finds His Wife & Her Alleged Lover Dead In Garage From Carbon Monoxide Poisoning “Neil admitted that he grabbed a knife from the bedroom and started stabbing the other male,” a press release states. Police responded to a neighbor’s call at 12:26 a.m. on Monday. They said they could hear several people fighting in an apartment nearby. When Officer Jamie Crawford arrived on the scene, he found an unconscious man inside a parked vehicle on North 20th Street. The man showed to have multiple stab wounds. Officer Matthew Walker entered the apartment building and discovered Michael Neil drenched in “a significant amount of blood,” says the press release. Neil told the cops he had been the one attacked in his apartment. Both men were rushed to the hospital to get treatment for their injuries. Elwood Police Chief Jason Brizendine withheld the name of the guy found unconscious in his vehicle. He did say the man was alive, however. He didn’t give details on the extent of his injuries. According to the press release, a search warrant was granted for the victim’s vehicle and the apartment. Various weapons and DNA were obtained by officers along with other evidence. Neil was booked on Monday for charges of Level 3 felony aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Elwood police mentioned that the case is still open and considered an ongoing investigation. This isn’t Neil’s first run-in with the law either. According to The Herald Bulletin, Neil is expected to appear in Madison Circuit Court 1 for a dispositional hearing on February 25 for a plea agreement in a January 2, 2018 case. He was charged with “Level 3 felony robbery resulting in bodily injury, robbery where someone other than a defendant, dealing in a schedule IV controlled substance and battery resulting in bodily injury.” With this additional case, it seems the odds are already against him. A hearing was held Tuesday about Republican voter fraud scheme in North Carolina that civil rights advocates said suppressed the Black vote. See Also: Election Day Reports Of Voter Suppression And Faulty Voting Machines Have Already Begun On Monday, a political operative working for Republican congressional candidate Mark Harris admitted to election officials that she illegally picked up and falsified absentee ballots as part of a scheme to help Harris steal the 2018 midterm election, CNN reported. Indeed, Republicans were accused of using a variety of voter suppression tactics as early voting got underway in several states for the 2018 midterms. In the North Carolina contest, Harris was fighting off the Democratic wave in his district to keep a congressional seat that Republicans held for more than half a century. He had 905-vote lead over Democrat Dan McCready after the ballots were counted in the ninth district race, but the state board of elections declined to certify Harris as the winner because of absentee balloting irregularities. Election officials and witnesses said that the scheme may have involved more than 1,000 absentee ballots or request forms. Republican operatives were accused of forging signatures, completing ballots and mailing them from post offices near the voter’s home. Lisa Britt, a felon who had illegally cast her own ballot, admitted on the witness stand on Monday that she illegally collected between 35 and 40 absentee ballots in violation of state law. A consulting firm working for Harris paid her at least $150 per 50 absentee ballots she collected. Britt denied changing any votes, and the attorney representing Harris downplayed what effect the scheme had on the election results. However, civil rights advocates rejected that claim. “Attorney for Mark Harris, the candidate who benefited from this scheme, is now cross examining Lisa Britt. The attorney trying to suggest this is no big deal b/c the ballots that Britt took belonged to Republicans. This is FALSE. Black & Native American voters were most impacted,” tweeted Kristen Clarke , president and executive director of the National Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Precious Hall testified that she was a victim of the scheme. Precious Hall is a registered voter and a victim of the #NC09 scheme. Hall received an absentee ballot but did not remember requesting one. She normally votes in person. Suppression efforts targeting Black voters were seen most notably in Georgia , where Stacey Abrams was trying to make history as the first African-American woman governor. The North Carolina hearing was expected to end on Wednesday. The outcome could lead to another election being held for the state’s 9th District House seat. Kim Kardashian is used to shutting down her own silly rumors. But not today! The reality star is setting the record straight for her daughter, North West, and denying all rumors that she has a boyfriend . Mhm, a boyfriend. And to be clear, North West is 5-years-old. The internet was both intrigued and horrified at this awkward “news.” Kim was spotted leaving the Avalon Sunday night after attending the 5th annual Hollywood Beauty Awards. And the attention actually swayed away from Kim’s vintage 1998 Thierry Mugler gown for just a second to focus on her daughter’s um, relationship status. `As she was walking out the photogs asked Kim if the rumors regarding North’s new boyfriend are true. She was shocked and shouted, “She doesn’t have a boyfriend!” And when asked by the press if she was too young to date, Kim announced “Like, is this for real? She’s 5.” Speculation started on February 14 when rapper Consequence’s 7-year-old son, Caiden, made it clear he had a crush on little Nori. And while it is somewhat innocent and adorable, his Instagram posts (which are obviously run by his parents) do suggest a little chemistry between the two. Especially when the young boy posted a picture on Valentine’s Day with a Tiffany’s bag and a box of chocolates, according to US Weekly. And we knew just who the gifts were dedicated to. “Shout out to Northie, Babygirl I’ll see you soon,” Caiden captioned the photo. He also documented the moment he picked out the heart necklace he got for her writing, “She’s gonna love it. Wrap that up sir, I’ll take it.” I think we all need a little Caiden in our lives? A week later, the two were all smiles at a (play)date pic with North’s younger brother, Saint, while she showed off her latest gold chain. West worked with Consequence on his debut album, The College Dropout , and their families have hung out on multiple occasions, as reported by US . Caiden even attended Stormi’s extravagant birthday party and was photographed with Kardashian and West in December when the couple took him out for dinner. But this isn’t the first time Consequence’s son has made heart eye emojis at someone. Caiden brought a bouquet of roses to Nicki Minaj when he met her in October 2018 and he even wrote the rapper a song called “Dream About Nicki.” On Minaj’s birthday, Caiden posted a video to Instagram wishing her a happy birthday saying, “you’re my dream girl. I’m on my way to my basketball game. I’m gonna make these shots for you.” *kissy face* He does realize the age difference between Minaj and North, right? Either way, North definitely has a little admirer. But Kim would like to remind everyone, once again, that her daughter is a five-year-old. Thank God we can finally move on from this! With all the political scandals of the past two years, it’s easy to forget about the strange saga of Anthony Weiner. Fortunately, if you’ve forgotten the details, Weiner’s scarily appropriate surname is probably enough to jog your memory. In 2011, the Democratic congressman from New York was a political star on the rise. That same year, however, he found himself involved in a bizarre scandal that attracted intense interest from late night hosts and pun-loving headline writers alike. Weiner accidentally tweeted a photo of his penis that he intended to send to a woman he had been flirting with online. The whole thing might not have been such a big deal, were it not for the fact that Weiner is married to Huma Abedin , an advisor to Hillary Clinton and another rising star for the Dems. Also not helping his situation is the fact that Weiner not only continued with his deviant behavior but got more extreme as the years went on. Weiner stepped down from Congress following his first sexting scandal, but he returned to politics in 2013 to run for mayor of New York City . Weiner’s second scandal introduced the world to Carlos Danger (his alias) and Sydney Leathers, a recipient of explicit texts from Weiner. Obviously, that derailed his mayoral campaign, but it was the third sexting scandal that sent Weiner to prison . In 2017, The Daily Mail broke the news that Weiner was caught sexting a 15-year-old North Carolina resident. Weiner was sentenced to 21 months behind bars for his crimes. He was released today with no advance notice, six months ahead of schedule. Weiner was initially scheduled to be released in August of 2019, but he was granted an early release on the basis of good behavior. For now, Weiner will be residing in a halfway house in the Bronx. He was spotted today by a New York Post reported as he momentarily stepped outside to pick up food he’d had delivered. Asked for a comment, Weiner stated simply, “Not allowed to talk. I’m sorry, my friend.” It’s probably best for Weiner to keep as low a profile as possible these days.

Vulture reports that at a Television Critics Association event today (Feb. 5), FX CEO John Landgraf said it doesn’t look like season 3 will arrive on time, or in 2019 at all. “The writers are back working right now, thank God,” Langraf reportedly said, adding, “If you wanna see me cry, you can just come backstage.” The reason of for the delay is the Glover and the rest of the ridiculously talented cast that includes Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz and LaKeith Stanfield are just extremely busy. Glover is still knocking out dates as Childish Gambino on the This Is America tour while the other aforementioned actors are all legitimate movie stars now.
