People really aint isht… American Teacher In China Popped For Sexually Abusing Students A sicko scumbag teacher in China is making a bad name for American teachers overseas after he was recently arrested for allegedly forcing sex on multiple students of both genders. via Fox News An American teacher at a top French school in Shanghai has reportedly been detained by authorities on suspicions of sexually assaulting at least seven students. The alleged abuse by a male teacher at the Lycee Francais de Shanghai came to light after families filed formal accusations against him, claiming he forced sex on and sexually abused children of both genders, the AFP reports. The teacher was arrested last month, and Chinese police have launched an investigation. “As parents we are devastated,” one mother told AFP, declining to reveal her identity for privacy concerns. A notice sent to parents referred to “sexual assaults,” but the school has not provided additional details. The U.S. Consulate in Shanghai has declined comment. North Carolina Lawmakers Vote To Repeal Racial Justice Act The majority Republican North Carolina House lawmakers have voted to do a way with the remaining parts of the Racial Justice Act, which provides death row inmates to contest their death sentences if they can prove that racial discrimination played a part in the sentencing. via WRAL House lawmakers have given tentative removal to repeal the remaining sections of the North Carolina’s Racial Justice Act, the 2009 law that allows death row inmates to seek to have their sentences commuted to life without parole if they can prove that racial bias played a role in their death sentence. Republican leaders repealed large portions of the law in 2012. Senate Bill 306 would repeal what’s left of the law, leaving in limbo scores of cases pending review under it. Rep. Skip Stam, R-Wake, said the RJA had become a de facto moratorium on the death penalty. “No one wants actual racial discrimination. What we don’t want also is for race to be used for a pretext – a pretext in order to stop the death penalty,” he said in Tuesday’s floor debate. “We don’t need this Racial Justice Act,” said Rep. Sarah Stevens, R-Surry. “It has created nothing but a delay in the system, a tremendous amount of cost.” While the motives of the right-wing goons are always questionable at best, this IS kind of a tricky issue. Pia Zadora Arrested on Domestic Battery Charges

Pia Zadora was arrested Saturday on suspicion of domestic battery after police responded to calls about a disturbance at her Los Vegas home. The 61-year old singer/actress was taken into the Clark County Detention Center and released after posting $4,000 bail. While details are still coming in, we can confirm Zadora was booked at around 11 a.m., approximately six hours after the cops stopped by her residence. Look for more information to be released today (such as the name of the alleged victim), but  Zadora has been married to her third husband, Las Vegas police detective Michael Jeffries, since 2005. The couple met after Zadora – a former Broadway actress and child star – contacted authorities to report a stalking incident.

Game of Thrones? More like Game of Throats! The HBO epic did it once again last night, shocking viewers with events on a penultimate episode. On Season 1, it was the death of Ned Stark. On Season 2, the battle of Blackwater. And on Game of Thrones Season 3 ? It was a bedding… and a betrayal. Yes, Lord Frey very much had the last laugh against Robb and Catelyn, following a broken oath and what he believed to have been the ultimate act of dishonesty. So he got his revenge. Via a blood-filled sneak attack that took the lives of the Starks, their loved ones and their army. Yes, Arya escaped. But to where? To whom? The King of the North is dead, the Lannisters have one less enemy to worry about and Joffrey’s spot on the throne appears to be more secure than ever. But there is still one episode remaining on Season 3. What will the fallout of this treacherous, murderous act? How might Jon Snow pay for abandoning Ygritte? And how can the series possibly follow up this shocking turn of events next Sunday night? We’ll be tuning in to find out.

Man Murders Gentleman’s Club Manager According to CBS Chicago A Lake View man was charged with murder Thursday for allegedly fatally shooting a Far South Side gentleman’s club manager outside a sportscar after an early Sunday fender bender on the Near North Side. Angelo Bennett, 24, of the 4300 block of North Ashland Avenue, was charged with one count each of first-degree murder, aggravated battery / discharge of a firearm and attempted first-degree murder, police said. Bennett is accused of killing Charles Jones, the manager of a Far South Side gentleman’s club, and wounding a woman inside the sports car he was driving during an early Sunday shooting in the Goose Island area. The shooting started about 2:50 a.m., after a 2005 Buick LaCrosse sideswiped a Maserati in the 1000 block of North Branch Street on the Near North Side, police said. The driver of the Maserati, 42-year-old gentleman’s club manager Charles Jones, was shot dead, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. Jones was a manager of The Factory Chicago, a gentleman’s club in the 12000 block of South Doty Avenue, a police source said. The club posted on its Twitter account Sunday morning, “God called his soldier home … R.I.P. Charles Jones.” Jones had pulled over after the crash and got out of the sports car to talk to the driver of the Buick, police said. The driver of the Buick and a passenger then exited the car, walked over to another vehicle and came back to the Maserati, police said. One of them then opened fire on Jones and a 44-year-old woman inside the Maserati. Jones was shot in the head and a 44-year-old woman in the passenger’s seat was struck in the back or hip, authorities said. Jones was declared dead at 3:33 a.m. at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where the woman was taken in “stable” condition, authorities said. Jones was driving a car with Texas license plates, but apparently lived on the Near North Side, a police source said. However, the medical examiner’s office listed his home address as Miami, Fla. Bennett is scheduled to appear in bond court Friday, police said. Black men stay getting caught up in a n**** moment.

This dude is out there. Man Smokes Alcohol To Get High According to NY Daily News In an effort to lose weight, Broderic Allen stopped drinking. The North Texas man lost 80 pounds – but was unwilling to give up his buzz entirely. Instead, Allen turned to a disturbing technique: inhaling alcohol, which he says provides all of the flavor and intoxication of chugging a mixed drink with none of the sugars and calories. Allen, who achieves his high by pouring liquor over dry ice and “smoking” the vapors, called the tactic a way to “have my cake and eat it, too.” “I am inhaling it. It just looks like I’m drinking it,” Allen told Fox’s KCTV-5 as he downed his concoction. “If you do it too much at one time it kind of overwhelms you.” Allen isn’t the only one inhaling his drink. A smattering of YouTube videos depicts the trend mostly among young men, some of whom boast about the extreme nature of the high. Whether it’s “smoked” using dry ice or inhaled as a vapor, consuming alcohol in this way is “unbelievably dangerous,” Stratyner said. “When you inhale alcohol, it goes directly into the lungs and circumnavigates the liver,” he told the Daily News. “The liver is what metabolizes alcohol, but when you inhale it, it goes directly from the lungs to the brain.” The lungs and mucous membranes are extremely sensitive to alcohol, Stratyner said, and inhaling alcoholic vapor may dry out the nasal passages and mouth, leaving users more vulnerable to infection. Additionally, inhaling alcohol can lead to deadly alcohol poisoning more readily than sipping your drink. “One of the things that prevents alcohol poisoning is that you usually vomit,” Stratyner said. “When you circumvent the stomach and go straight to the lungs, you don’t have that ability.” Stratyner first saw the trend pop up in 2004 and said it has escalated in the past year and a half. “This is a stupid, highly dangerous thing to do,” he said. “The fact that youngsters in particular can purchase the equipment for a relatively cheap price…this has to be made illegal.” This is the worst alcohol trend since butt chugging. Twitter can be a dangerous tool – and not just in the hands of Amanda Bynes . A 22-year old man was sentenced to six months in prison today after he was arrested in September for making Tweeted death threats against President Barack Obama. According to The Charlotte Observer , Donte Jamar Sims will also be forced to live under supervised release for a year after his jail term is up. The North Carolina native used the handle @DestroyLeague_D to issue his threats, many of which are still online and include: “Well Ima Assassinate president Obama this evening !… Gotta get this monkey off my chest while he’s in town.” Yeah. That’s just totally illegal and not the least bit creative, Donte. Sources also say Sims actually tried to plead guilty in court to avoid incarceration, but the judge rejected his plea.

This doesn’t sound like serving OR protecting… Texas Police Kill 72-Year-Old Man, Shot 6 Time In Mistaken Identity Case Via KHOU Kathy Waller never imagined that when Jerry Waller went to find out what was causing a ruckus outside their garage early Tuesday morning, it would be the last time she would see her 72-year-old husband alive. “Married 46 years, and then somebody gets a little trigger-happy and away they go,” she told News 8. Fort Worth police said the shooter was one of their own. Officers were responding to a burglar alarm off North Havenwood Lane when they ended up on the Waller’s property. Police documents indicate the officers were supposed to be responding to a home across the street. Police spokeswoman Cpl. Tracey Knight wouldn’t go into much detail about what led up to the shooting, saying only that “officers felt threatened” by Jerry Waller. He was carrying a .38-caliber handgun, but police won’t say if he pointed it at officers, or even if he ever left his own garage. Wrong guy, wrong house, BIG lawsuit. The two officers involved in the fatal shooting have been placed on administrative leave, which is standard procedure. “Considering the gravity of the situation, we wanted the public to know that we know that somebody lost their life today,” Knight said. She stressed an internal investigation into what happened will be “transparent.” Kathy Waller said her husband had been shot six times. She said from what she could tell, he never left the garage. She said he was only carrying the gun because they weren’t sure if someone was trying to break into a car in the driveway. “He is 72… why just shoot him?” she asked. Somebody has some serious ‘splainin’ to do… Says Mr. Waller’s widow: “He would give you the shirt off his back, and he was loving, and he was a wonderful husband,” Mrs. Waller said. “I miss him dearly.” This poor, poor woman. Man Hits Four Police Cars While Drunk Driving With Child In Car A North Carolina man made this Memorial Day weekend one to remember after he slammed into 4 police patrol cars while driving drunk with his son in the car. via Fox News Authorities say a drunken driver smashed into four patrol cars and injured two troopers directing traffic near the NASCAR race in Concord. Investigators said Patrick Willis was driving too fast when he exited Interstate 485 around 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Authorities say his car hit and jumped a curb and then smashed into four patrol cars on U.S. Highway 29. Officials say two troopers suffered minor leg injuries as they tried to get out of the way. Willis was charged with driving while impaired, reckless driving and child abuse because he was driving with his 9-year-old son. Troopers say Willis’ blood-alcohol content was 0.14 percent, nearly double the legal limit. Sounds like the father of the year. SMH. Shutterstock
