Georgia Residents Find Unsolicited Invitations To Join Hate Group On Their Lawns Local residents in Newton County, Georgia are in an uproar after unknown solicitors littered several Newton County front yards with fliers inviting community members to join a local hate group. Newton Citizen South Newton County residents notified the Newton County Sheriff’s Office Monday morning that unwelcome fliers were being distributed in their neighborhood. NCSO Public Information Officer Deputy Courtney Morrison said a homeowner living near County Line Road called around 10 a.m. to report that sometime between 6 p.m. Sunday night and 9 a.m. Monday, a flier had been left at the entrance of her driveway that contained an invitation to join the “clan.” The flier was enclosed in a plastic bag with a rock inside to weigh it down. It had a drawing of a robed klansman standing in front of a tree with writing that said, “Join the K*K — Loyal White Knights…” The Newton County Sheriff’s Office is currently monitoring the situation … the fliers are being reviewed to make sure they don’t contain any inappropriate information or threats,” Morrison said. “As far as we know, there are no active triple K chapters in Newton County and these fliers seem to be based out of North Carolina.” #Morrison said the Sheriff’s Office had recovered three other versions of the flier — one that reads, “Help Save Our Race” and shows a clansman in front of a Confederate flag; one with a clansman on a horse with a torch; and another one with a clansman on a horse holding up a cross that reads, “White Pride = White Power.” All have the same contact number and website reference. SMH. These fools need to either have a seat or get a hobby that doesn’t involve being a racist idiot.
Ted Nugent Says President Obama Hates America And Hates Freedom Gun activist and resident radical rambler Ted Nugent is known for making out-of-pocket statements aimed at President Obam a, and it doesn’t sound like he’ll be slowing his roll any time soon. via Huffington Post Rocker-turned-gun rights provocateur Ted Nugent is willing to say just about anything to attack President Barack Obama and his administration for what he believes is an imminent effort by the government to snatch up guns. During a recent interview, Nugent again raised the bar, invoking a Revolutionary war milestone to suggest that he and his “buddies” were prepared to fight such an effort at all costs. “I’m part of a very great experiment in self-government where we the people determine our own pursuit of happiness and our own individual freedom and liberty, not to be confused with the Barack Obama gang who believes in we the sheeple and actually is attempting to re-implement the tyranny of King George that we escaped from in 1776,” Nugent said in a recent interview with Guns.com at the NBC-sponsored Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show. “And if you want another Concord Bridge, I got some buddies.” Nugent appears to be referring to the beginning of the Revolutionary war, when colonial and British troops assembled at the North Bridge in Concord, Mass. in 1775 broke a standoff when one soldier opened fire. “The president of the United States goes to the Vietnam Memorial Wall and pretends to honor 58,000 American heroes who died fighting communism and then he hires, appoints and associates with communists,” Nugent said. “He pretends to pay honor to men who died fighting communism, and then he hangs out with, hires and appoints communists. He is an evil, dangerous man who hates America and hates freedom. And we need to fix this as soon as possible.” Call us crazy but, these sound more like threats than empty talk. Teddy better quit talkin’ that talk before the POTUS and First Lady Shelly O go south side Chi-town on him…
Twenty years after its production abruptly halted, the North American premiere of director George Sluizer’s Dark Blood starring River Phoenix, Jonathan Pryce and Judy Davis will screen at the 30th edition of the Miami International Film Festival. Dark Blood was 80% finished when Phoenix died of an overdose in Hollywood in 1993. Footage from the film sat in a vault for years until 1999 when Sluizer learned that the uncompleted film was going to be burned. With less than 48 hours notice, he obtained the footage, according to festival organizers, and had it moved to The Netherlands where it remained for over ten years. Sluizer then set out to complete the film last year and had its world premiere at the 2012 Dutch Film Festival ” Dark Blood is a film of legend, one of Hollywood’s great mysteries,” said MIFF Executive Director Jaie Laplante in a statement. “The tragic loss of River Phoenix’s outstanding talent is still profoundly felt 20 years later. We are proud that George Sluizer has honored Miami as the place to finally share his remarkable collaboration with Phoenix and the other great artists involved with Dark Blood .” The complete lineup of the 30th Miami International Film Festival will be unveiled later this month. The description of Dark Blood provided by the Miami International Film Festival: Jet-set Hollywood couple Harry (Jonathan Pryce) and Buffy (Judy Davis) travel through the desert on a second honeymoon, trying to save their marriage. Their car breaks down in the middle of nowhere leaving them to find shelter in Boy’s (River Phoenix) beaten down shack, unaware they will become his prisoners. Boy’s wife died of leukemia after nuclear tests occurred in the desert leaving him alone and far away from society. Buffy is seduced by Boy’s honesty and vulnerabilities, while Harry represents everything Boy hates about the civilized world and its culture. Buffy decides to sleep with Boy to buy the couple’s freedom, but these circumstances will push Harry to the edge, leading to a terrible tragedy. Follow Movieline on Twitter .
Dear Bossip , I always giggle and agree completely with you in all the relationship advice you dish out. I enjoy the “bar none, fades all” way telling folks where to go and how to get there. So, I need you to give me the bidness straight with no chaser to my “issue.” In 2004, I met the only man I ever wanted to marry and have children with. We were together for a total of 3 ½ years. We have a very spiritual connection, not religious, but very connected. We understand each other without words, we both want the same things in life and we just have so many big and small things in common. Well, during our relationship he was overseas a lot working. He would be gone between 3 – 6 months, while I stayed here in the States working and holding us down. I visited him in all the places he has worked. Okay the Obstacles: During his “vacation” time here at home he was a very busy boy! When I met him in 2004 he had 1 son. When we broke up he had a total of four kids: 1 son and 3 girls. He had 2 children with one of his “side chicks”. He does not have any children by me and I don’t have any children to this day. I was pregnant by him twice but I refuse to be a “baby momma” and we made the choice to terminate both. He also got into some legal trouble and put on probation. While on probation he went back overseas to work. We have gotten into it, physically, before, about 3 time total and it wasn’t all his fault either. I had to get away from him and that treatment before I started to doubt myself. Well, we have been apart for 4 years now. We have kept in touch a little. I would hear from him every 3 – 6 months while he was overseas. A year ago he decided to “come home” aka answer for the probation violation. He is currently in prison. He called me when he was first incarcerated and being the person I am I answered the phone, been there for him every step of the way and visited him when he was near. I have been single the entire 4 years since this relationship because it left me very emotionally unavailable and I just could not meet a guy who is worthy or that I have a connection with. I was enjoying the “love em & leave em” lifestyle until September. I met a guy (younger) who is just so cool. We have no problems, we communicate well, he is smart and worthy. I like this person but I’m not sure how much yet. And, my new boo works out-of-town so I’m apprehensive about another long-distance relationship. The question: My old boo will be released within the month or early next month. My new boo is wanting to take things up a notch. The old boo wants to get out and make things official, start a life and family together. We have good and bad history together but he is still the only man I ever wanted to marry and have children with. He will do anything for me and give me anything I can ask for. He has treated me like a queen in the past and honestly, I could not be the confident woman I am today if he did not gift me with the experiences I have been blessed to have. I have always said “I don’t go back, I only move forward,” so, what should I do? I don’t want to lose this new boo but I have lingering feeling for old boo. And I would hate to kick a recently released man while he is down. What to do? – Too Boo’d Up Dear Ms. Too Boo’d Up , Chile, you women will learn in this New Year that trying to raise up a man while he is down will only bring you down. In order to bring him up, you have to get down and dirty with him, and, unless you want to revisit the gutter, then I suggest you keep your red bottoms from the mud and keep it moving. Why go back? Girl, the man had three children with other women when you were together. So, according to my reasoning he’s not faithful. If he cheated then, he will cheat again. Next, he’s in and out of trouble, i.e., he is prison because of his probation violation of leaving the state and going overseas without permission. He obviously hasn’t learned his lesson because the first time he got into trouble he would have followed things to the “T” about his probation terms and did what he was supposed to do. Thus, because he can’t follow instructions, then this should let you know that he is going to do what he wants to do anyway. If he can’t adhere to his probation terms, then how the hell do you expect for him to deal with his parole terms. Yes, ma’am, when he is released from prison he is going to be on parole. He won’t be able to do anything without reporting to his parole officer. And, it’s going to be difficult for him to find a job. So, you want a man on parole, with no job, no income, and not contributing to your home IN YOUR HOME!?! And, talkin’ ‘bout he wants to start a family. Uhm, no ma’am. And, the only reason he is reaching out to you is because you are the one constant and stable thing in his life. He needs a place to live when he gets out on parole. He needs someone to vouch for him, and be responsible for him when he gets released. I bet he didn’t tell you that tidbit of information. Also, he needs to get a job, and pay restitution. He can’t do all of that with his baby momma’s because they are not going to put up with him. As soon as he gets out he has to pay child support, IMMEDIATELY! Honey, you’re the independent, care-free, and probably least drama free of his other options. I’m telling you to not be his option. Stop being his scapegoat. He got himself into this situation, so let him be man enough to get himself out of it and deal with the consequences he created. And, chile, puhlease. Stop answering his calls and running up your phone bill, and putting money on his books. I know you are sending money orders for his books and sending love letters. I ain’t no fool, and neither should you. Girl, move on, and as you’ve stated, “I don’t go back, I only move forward.” Please move forward. Don’t let your torrid and fractured past create a torrid and fractured future. He is not worth the investment. He is not worth your time or energy. He proved that when you were together previously. Nothing is going to change. It’s just prison talk he is filling your head with. Girl, don’t fall for it. It’s prison psychology 101. All of a sudden he wants to get his life together, and be the man you want him to be, but as soon as he gets his freedom, he running like a southern slave seeking freedom in the north. “Give him free!” LOL! Now, as far as the new boo, you have to give him a chance, and don’t make him suffer because of what your old boo has done. The new boo sounds like a good man, but if you keep comparing him to your old boo, then it is not going to work. So, completely let go of your old boo. In order to move forward you have to let go of the old. It’s 2013, a New Year, and time to release old habits, old and past boyfriends, and old and past dramas. Write him a letter and let him know that you release him. You’re done. It’s over, and you’re happy and starting life anew. It’s time for him to let you go, and for him to get his life together. You’re no longer his fall back option. You’re no longer his safety net. You’re no longer his doormat. You’ve got a new attitude and new man. So, start treating your new man with the respect, and honesty he deserves. He makes you happy, he makes you smile, and he treats you like a real woman. Girl, open your eyes and recognize the winner you have, and leave the loser where he is. – Terrance Dean Hey Bossip Fam, what do you think? Share your opinions and thoughts below! Did Kim Jong Un’s wife Ri Sol Ju give birth? Was she even pregnant? As always, details are sketchy when you’re dealing with North Korea. Ri Sol Ju, Kim Jong Un Wife A seemingly pregnant belly sported by the wife of the rogue state’s baby-faced dictator in mid-December appeared to be gone by New Year’s Day. That’s sent South Korean media into a frenzy of speculation. Is there now a new baby waiting to rule the Kim dynasty? We obviously have no idea, but the pregnancy rumors began swirling when a December 17 video showed Ri Sol Ju wearing a billowing black dress One that covered what appeared to be a swollen belly. The buzz swept Seoul and Pyongyang, although it was difficult to tell for sure from the images, and no one commented on it one way or the other. Now, footage from a New Year’s concert shows Kim Jong Un with Ri Sol Ju wearing a tighter dress and looking slimmer, fueling reports that she may have given birth. Has she? Does it matter? Only time will tell.
Have Jenelle Evans’ troubles with drugs resurfaced? After disappearing for hours in the middle of the night from her home in North Carolina, her husband Courtland Rogers became deeply concerned. On Twitter of course. ”Leaves at 3 am returns at 730 am where the f*ck did she go for four hours late night ?? !yea I am done !!! F*ck this,” wrote Rogers, clearly upset. Given her past, and the fact that Rogers recently accused Kieffer Delp of getting her hooked on heroin , Jenelle’s disappearance does make one wonder. “Jenelle struggles with drugs, which everyone knows, and when she disappears in the middle of the night we get terrified that she’s using again,” a source told Radar . “She doesn’t always do the right thing and with Courtland freaking out we are definitely starting to get really worried that she’s back on drugs.” In her own defense, Jenelle claimed she was with her best friend Tori and they did a video chat on Stickam, writing on her own Twitter account: “I did NOT write any tweets on my twitter I haven’t been on twitter since 6am.” “I went to chill with @Vkillemm at 3am… That’s all.” Maybe so. Hopefully so. But friends still worry. “Jenelle can get into a really dark place , and she needs to stop doing things that hurt her and get some help,” the source adds. “Jenelle clearly hasn’t kicked her addiction. “We are constantly afraid that she might be doing the really bad drugs again, but we don’t know because we can’t get a straight answer from her.” As for Courtland, he expressed his fears for his bride again on Twitter, writing: “I am so f*cking sad,” but quickly wrote an apology to Jenelle Evans : “It’s just when I wake up at 4 am and u were gone it scared me jenelle I am sorry … I am sorry on how this morning worked out !! … I jumped to conclusions I love u so much.” Communication. Love. Brings a tear to your eye …
This is so f**king sad… Via Philly The little boy was stuck on the word sad. Five-year-old Dashawn Harris had already endured hours of pain during his “home-schooling” phonics lesson, and with every mistake came another big-fisted punch or stinging lash from his mother’s boyfriend’s black leather belt. He was crying and bleeding, and his mother was doing nothing to stop it. Now he was having trouble sounding out the “a” in sad. Christian Patrick, 25, a convicted drug dealer, lived with Dashawn’s mother, Lashay Patterson, in her unkempt North Philadelphia apartment. Patrick, called “Dude” by Patterson, later told police he had wanted to try a new method of teaching during the Nov. 30 lesson. He was going to be nice and not holler so much, he said. But Dashawn was acting like he didn’t know anything, he said, and that made him mad. WTF?! “When he got the ‘a’ part, I told him to tell me the last part of sad, because I wanted him to say it correctly,” Patrick told police. “I told him if he didn’t tell me the letter that made the ‘d’ sound, he was going to get another beating. So he said the letter ‘w,’ and I told him he was wrong, and he just started saying every letter except the ‘d’ sound, so I beat him again.” That is how the final hours of Dashawn Harris’ life were described during a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning. Covered in bruises, Dashawn was already dead when Patterson and Patrick finally called an ambulance early Dec. 1. The couple tried raising the boy’s dropping body temperature by placing a hair drier against his stomach, removing it when Dashawn managed to moan in pain. They taped toilet paper over the burn. Patterson and Patrick initially told police that Dashawn fell off a bicycle before giving statements describing the months of pain they inflicted. We gotta warn you, this next part is enough to break your heart into a million pieces. Patrick, about 6 feet tall, weighing 230 pounds, said he warned Dashawn that if he did not finish his work, he would have to eat the previous night’s soup instead of pizza. He threatened to take away Christmas. “But that seemed not to faze him, either,” he told police. “I told him, if he kept acting like he didn’t want to do his work, I’m going to beat him.” He beat him with a belt, but Dashawn wouldn’t stand still, so he punched him in the chest “like five times.” When Dashawn got stuck on sad, he began punching him again. “His eyes went real low and he was sitting on the floor, and you could see him breathing, but he looked like he was passing out,” Patrick said. Both Lashay and Christian were charged with 1st degree murder, as they should be. Image via Philly.com
