Well actually, the Russian approved POTUS did say meeting with Yeezy will help him score African-American male votes. Yeah, he said it. La Naranja called into Fox & Friends last night, and since we couldn’t be bothered to listen to the sure to be fact checked lies, we’ll let TMZ report: Trump was on “Fox & Friends” Thursday AM and gushed about his African-American poll numbers, especially with guys, after Kanye doubled down on his support for the Prez. He repeated his claim that his poll numbers with African-American men soared when Kanye told the world — MAGA. The President marveled at the power of Kanye West. It’s pretty ironic … the 2 celebs who have really stood out in terms of trying to influence voters in various ways are Kanye and Taylor Swift. They’re on opposite sides of the spectrum, but they both appear impactful. Here’s the thing. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out … a lunch with Kanye when the critical midterm elections are just a few weeks away may be more important to Trump than prison reform. That doesn’t mean Kanye has no shot at getting in his ear about prison reform and other issues, but get real … the main course of this lunch is the midterms. Also worth noting, that polling bump Trump refers to was barely negligible when taken in proper context. Although there are way too many shuffle foot Black men (and women) rocking with Trump for our tastes, the majority of the demo ain’t falling for the racist and sexist antics of the con man squatting in the White House. On Wednesday, the Roc Nation rapper was indicted on charges of robbery and coercion after a woman claimed Casanova and another man violently attacked her over thinking she was taking photos of them back in August . The Blast reports : The incident happened back in August, when Niya Rucker claims she was attacked by the “Set Trippin” rapper and an accomplice after they thought she was recording video of them while eating at the Good Stuff Diner in NYC. Casanova, who is currently signed to Roc Nation, turned himself into authorities shortly after a warrant was issued, but his legal team claimed the woman fabricated the story for the media for financial gain. On Wednesday, the rapper was indicted on charges of robbery and coercion. His alleged accomplice, Bobby Williams, was charged with strangulation. According to the indictment by the NY District Attorney, Casanova allegedly “forcibly stole property” and then instilled fear in the victim. The outlet adds that Rucker, who went public with news of the alleged attack stating she suffered several injuries, claims she was just trying to take a photo of her meal and not of Casanova. Nicolas Cage’s career has survived a number of bizarre rumors and scandals, but the latest allegations against the famously eccentric actor could mean that his acting days are over. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Cage’s ex-girlfriend, Vickie Park, accused Cage of assaulting her while “severely intoxicated” at the SLASH Film Festival in Vienna last month. According to Park’s filing, Cage “abused” her on September 20. She attributed the actor’s behavior to a combination of alcohol abuse and mental illness. “I am already aware of his alcohol addiction, depression and mental illness as his mother is also currently still facilitated in mental ward,” Park wrote. Park says that in addition to that incident, she has been the victim of a sustained and targeted harassment campaign carried out by Cage’s ex-wife, Alice Kim. Park says she feels unsafe in her own home, adding, “I am afraid for my life because of the stalking and harassment of his jealous ex-wife Alice Cage.” According to Park, the harassment began immediately after she started dating Cage in June of 2017. Park claims Kim has gone to great lengths to undermine her relationship with Cage and to damage her reputation. “[Kim] stalks my Instagram page which I now had to make private because I am afraid of her/ she sends Nic messages about me — spreading lies and rumors about me all over Los Angeles and Las Vegas as well,” Park claims. In her increasingly bizarre filing, Park goes on to claim that she became unwillingly caught up in a bitter divorce battle when she started dating Cage: “I am afraid and distressed from their toxic relationship being projected onto me — physically and mentally,” she says. “Currently they are in a divorce battle where she is requesting more than $30 to 40,000 dollars a month solely for herself without signing a contract without documenting how much of the money is going to their son, Kal.” Unfortunately for Park, the judge in her case found insufficient evidence to grant her a restraining order. According to the judge’s ruling, the facts of the case, as presented by Park, “do not sufficiently show acts of violence, threats of violence, or a course of conduct that seriously alarmed, annoyed, or harassed [Vickie Park] and caused substantial emotional distress.” For their part, Cage and Kim issued the following joint statement through their lawyers: “Nicolas and Alice Cage categorically deny the absurd allegations listed in the filing of a temporary restraining order against Alice Cage, which was denied by the court.” We’ll bring you further updates on this situation as more information becomes available. Not sure where the new music is that Desiigner claimed he’d be dropping in the Summer, but the “Panda” rapper is making headlines more these days for his personal drama than his music. On Monday night, he was kicked off a plane in Europe after a flight attendant allegedly put her hands on him. TMZ reports , The NYC rapper posted a series of videos Tuesday explaining a run-in he had on Scandinavian Airlines Monday night, where he says an older female flight attendant got touchy with him — which caused him to “spazz” out on her and get booted from the flight. He also says he was banned from SAS for a whole year, and goes on to call on his fans to avoid flying with them in the aftermath. Desiigner basically chalks it up to flying while black. The airline has yet to make an official statement regarding the incident, but they did tell TMZ that “some passengers behaved in a threatening manner toward the crew” and that “such behavior is unacceptable and that safety is their first priority.” Do you think the incident was race related?
