Alberta Watson – a Canadian actress best known for her role in the hit Fox drama 24 – passed away on Saturday at the age of 60. Her family says Watson had been suffering from an undisclosed type of cancer for several years, and she had recently been admitted to hospice care. In addition to her role as Erin Driscoll on 24, Watson appeared in more than 80 films and television series during her nearly 40 years in show business. Despite her illness, she worked steadily up until 2013, most recently starring in the CW series Nikita.
