Not something you see every day … Dropkick Murphys Beat Up Nazi Ken emerged from the melee and shouted into the microphone, in case it were unclear, “Nazis are NOT F***ING WELCOME at a Dropkick Murphys show.” Lesson learned.
Ewwwww Bus Evacuated Due To Roach Infestation Passengers on a bus leaving from Atlantic City and headed to NYC got a little more than they paid for when the bus suddenly became infested with a hurd of roaches 15 minutes into the ride. via Fox News Riders on a New York City-bound bus from New Jersey were evacuated and moved to a new bus after an apparent invasion of cockroaches. A passenger on a Manhattan-bound bus from Atlantic City tells WABC-TV that roaches started coming out of the vents inside the bus just 15 minutes into their Friday afternoon journey. The passenger reports roaches could be seen crawling on seats, windows, side panels and even on people. An assignment editor at WABC says people could be heard screaming and yelling about roaches in their hair and on their backs while the person was on the phone with the station. Greyhound says the 48 passengers on board had been moved to the new bus. This ish is just plain NASTY. SMH. Shutterstock
46 People Arrested During Brooklyn Protest Over Teen Killed By Police Things are continuing to heat up in NYC as a heartbroken community in Brooklyn continues to protest the shooting death of a 16-year-old teenager who allegedly pointed a gun at NYPD before they opened fire, shooting him to death. via The Grio Nearly four dozen people were arrested as scores of demonstrators gathered in Brooklyn for a third consecutive day to protest the NYPD department following the police-involved shooting of a 16-year-old boy over the weekend, authorities said. Protesters attended a candlelight vigil Wednesday night for Kimani “Kiki” Gray just blocks from where he was shot to death by police Saturday night. The anger was palpable as a group of young people heckled police officers in helmets and later marched down a street. The vigil’s organizers tried and failed to calm the young people, some of whom later threw bottles at police officers. One officer’s face was hit with a brick; he was treated for a laceration and released from Suny Downstate Hospital, police confirmed. Forty-six people were arrested on disorderly conduct charges during Wednesday evening’s protest, including Gray’s sister, police told NBC 4 New York. Police said additional and varying charges are pending for many of those arrested. Specific charges against Gray’s sister were not immediatgely clear. A spokesman for Gray’s parents said they would not speak publicly as long as there was violence, which he said has “clouded their message.” “It’s a tough time for the community,” said the spokesman, Rev. Gilford Monrose. “But the family and myself do not condone the violence.” Too many lives are being lost as a result of these young people being in the wrong place at the wrong time and often for the wrong reasons. The nearly broke Lindsay Lohan is reportedly seeking half a MILLION dollars to promote an energy drink in Dubai … and if she can get it, well, more power to her. She’ll probably waste it, to be sure, but more power to her. Not that she necessarily will. The company is, understandably, balking at that absurd amount. “Lindsay wants $500,000 for an appearance in Dubai to promote Mr. Pink’s Ginseng Energy Drink, which executives are apprehensive about,” says a source. Mr. Pink is prepared to offer $200,000 plus travel expenses. Not a bad payday, but even that could be at risk due to her constant legal woes. Says the source: “The trip might not happen at all because of Lindsay’s criminal past and pending criminal charges. Dubai has very strict laws about convicted criminals entering the country.” Moreover, Lindsay is very upset about her financial problems and doesn’t trust her new lawyer, Mark Heller, to handle the Dubai travel issues,” the insider added. The troubled starlet, 26, was recently forced to move from LA back to NYC because she could no longer afford to pay the $8,000 monthly rent on her house. “Lindsay is being forced to live at home with Dina because she can’t afford any other options at the moment,” an insider said. “ Lindsay Lohan is broke , flat-out.” “She can’t even afford to rent a two-bedroom apartment in North Hollywood.” Living at home with mom was cramping LiLo’s hard partying lifestyle, and even that could be at risk.
