Microsoft Picks Up Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet For Xbox Live Arcade

Microsoft is on a roll lately. The company recently picked up one of my favorites from the Independent Games Festival, Limbo , and has followed that up with another promising indie: Michel Gagne and Fuelcell Games’ amazingly bizarre looking Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet . Fuelcell Games was apparently in talks with several companies and distribution options for Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet , but the studio decided Xbox Live Arcade was the best path for them. “This is one of the most thrilling projects of my career,” said Gagne in a press release posted on their official web site . “I love working on ITSP [ Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet ] with Joe and his team. It amazes me to see how they’re able to expand on my concepts and animations and create such a memorable interactive experience. Simply put, this game is going to rock!” There are no details on when Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet might arrive on the service (please be 2010!), but click below to check out a trailer. You’ll be just as excited as I am by the time it finishes.

Moscow (Russia) Grieves as Subway Station Blast Death Climbed to 39

Moscow, Russia Subway Station Bombing Moscow, Russia (March 30, 2010) – Today the death toll rises to 39, after a woman died in a clinic overnight. Five of the 71 people still in the hospital are in critical condition, according t o the local media, and only eight bodies have been formally identified. Kremlin’s flags down to half-staff today as Russians lay flowers and candles in Moscow Subway Stations a day after two (2) suicide bombers pulled off the worst attack on Russia’s capital in years. March 30 is announced as the official day of mourning across Russia. TV stations have suspended advertisements with happy jingles and shuffled entertainment shows. Ricky Martin Reveals That He is Gay – For years, the Latino artist, Ricky Martin, has dodged lots of questions and issues regarding his sexuality. But just recently, he posted a message on his official website stating that he is proud to say that he is a fortunate homosexual man. He also added that he is very blessed to be who he is right now. With lots of hit songs, fans and successful album launches, Ricky Martin is definitely blessed. Martin also emphasized the birth of his twin sons (born in August 2008) which he pointed out as the main factor that convinced him to come out. Lee Kun Hee, one of South Korea’s most prominent business man has already went back into leading his company. His company is no other than the technology giant, Samsung. He headed the company for 2 decades until April of 2008 wherein he stepped down from the office because he faced series of legal troubles which is tax evasion. He was suspended for 3 years. He was granted with presidential pardon and was allowed to return to business world last December. Returning to Samsung has been much anticipated. His father founded the company. “Lee’s return removes what had been an uncertainty for Samsung Group,” said Park Yun-chae at Kiwoom Securities. “Under the ownership management, a founding family member offers long-term visions that are critical to the group’s direction.
