Mel Gibson wanted Oksana Grigorieva’s bodyguard, Kristian Herzog, murdered … well, at least according to the uber-shady dude’s last will and testament. Radar Online found the document somehow, as well as emails Herzog – a twice-convicted felon who claims he put it to Oksana – sent her in September. “I fear that Mel Gibson may try and have me murdered,” he wrote in the will. This just gets weirder by the day . “I was told that my actions supporting Oksana Grigorieva have greatly disturbed Mel Gibson and he has made comments about having me killed.” The murder-for-hire plot is the latest shocking charge from Kristian Herzog , who claimed he and Grigorieva were romantically involved this year. He calls Grigorieva “my best friend in the world” in the will, in which leaves “100% of any and all that I own or control” to … Oksana, obviously. He also touted the reasons why the actor wanted him killed, namely that he had four mistresses who Kristian Herzog had been trying to expose. “I am also the one that has been trying to get all of Mel Gibson’s 4 other mistresses (NOT V.K.) and former staff to come forward and tell the truth about how Gibson assaulted and abused Oksana Grigorieva and her children,” Herzog wrote. V.K. was an apparent reference to Polish porn star Violet Kowal , who claimed she had a steamy three-month love affair with Gibson in Malibu. That was right around the time of Mel’s infamous blowout with Oksana in early 2010. Grigorieva has recently charged that Mel cheated on her . Herzog also claimed he and Grigorieva felt her lawyers “were working in concert with Mel Gibson’s attorneys and NOT looking out for [Oksana].” He said: “Although I have NO plan to ever take my own life, I am writing this my last will and testament just in case Mel Gibson has me killed.” Continue reading this Radar Online revelation …

The judge in Mel Gibson’s custody battle with Oksana Grigorieva postponed a decision until he hears more from both parties, which won’t happen until December. Both parties appeared in court yesterday not no decision was reached. Mel moved to strip Oksana of custody of their daughter , Lucia, and she was on the stand. Mel believes her recent interview on Larry King proves her main goal is perpetrating a smear campaign against him and not acting in the best interests of Lucia. BATTLE ROYALE : The scary thing? It’s only beginning . Mel claims he has photos that prove Oksana lied about the abuse she says she suffered at his hands. Grigorieva claims she and Lucia were hurt by Mel in January. The custody fight is concurrent with investigations into Mel for domestic violence and Oksana for extortion, neither of which has resulted in any charges … yet. Judge Scott Gordon will pick up testimony sometime in December.

Photos, or more accurately video screen grabs of Mel Gibson’s daughter Lucia offer proof that the actor did not abuse the infant, according to his legal team. Shot three days after the fight between Mel and Oksana Grigorieva during which she says he abused them, Gibson says the video proves she’s a perjurer. Oksana claims that during a Jan. 6 argument, Mel hit her twice, and the second blow grazed Lucia, drawing blood and creating an abrasion on her chin. Will photo evidence clear Mel Gibson of domestic abuse charges? Oksana Grigorieva submitted a photo in the custody case purporting to show Lucia’s injury. But video from January 9 shows absolutely no evidence of an abrasion. According to court documents, Mel’s lawyers claim Oksana doctored the photo to prove a phantom injury – basically they say she’s lying about Mel Gibson’s abuse . Mel admits he slapped Oksana January 6, but says it was one time, not hard, and only done to “bring her back to reality” because he feared she would hurt Lucia. The day after the confrontation, Oksana took Lucia to her pediatrician, and made no mention of an injury, nor did the pediatrician see one. Very suspicious stuff.
