Chris Pine and Dominique Piek: It’s Over!

Chris Pine and Dominique Piek have called it quits. An insider tells Us Weekly that the actor and the model actually split “awhile ago,” but word of the break up only seeped out today. “It was a mutual call,” another insider says of their breakup. “They both needed their space. She has been very busy with her modeling work and traveling. He’s got Star Trek and his other projects keeping him busy.” The South African beauty and the Star Trek: Into Darkness star started dating in the fall of 2011. Prior to getting together, the latter romanced Angels pitcher C.J. Wilson while the former had spent naked time with Olivia Munn and Audrina Patridge . In other words: it’s pretty clear both will be able to move on just fine.

Demi Lovato: No Makeup, No Problem!

A makeup free Demi Lovato is once again reaching out to her fans. The young singer is featured in the latest issue of People (the one that names Gwyneth Paltrow the World’s Most Beautiful Woman ), taking part in the magazine’s Not a Drop of Makeup section. Along with Olivia Munn, Jordana Brewster, Kelly Rowland, Morena Baccarin and Famke Jannsen, Lovato poses without lip gloss or a hint of mascara inside the publication. In the past I have shat on Olivia Munn for her obvious tactics used in getting famous….I felt as though she was getting too much love for her capabilities or natural talent level…I thought she’s not hot enough to be treated this way, what’s going on here…but today a new leaf is turned and I am not gonna call her a nerd manipulator who tricked the mainstream into thinking she matters…I am going to focus on the positive and that is that she went ahead and became this low level celebrity on her own the only way she knew how and it worked….I am going to focus on the fact that her ass…looks awesome on instagram from this distance…wearing a bikini bottom….because ultimately, who cares about her dark side…when this here is the gateway to all the good she has to offer….

Fontella Bass Dies; "Rescue Me" Singer Was 72

Fontella Bass, the singer most famous for her huge 1965 hit “Rescue Me,” has died. She passed away Wednesday in Missouri at the age of 72. According to Bass’ family, the singer passed away in a St. Louis hospital from complications Fontella suffered following a heart attack three weeks ago. Bass also had several strokes since 2005. Fontella Bass – Rescue Me The R&B star scored a ton of hits over her decades-long career, including “You’ll Miss Me (When I’m Gone)” and “Don’t Mess Up a Good Thing”. R.I.P.

Entertainment Weekly Lists Best and Worst Nudity of 2012 [PICS]

You’ve seen Mr. Skin’s Top Ten Nude Scenes of 2012 , now EW.com has come out with its own rundown of the best and worst nudity of the year here . On the best side are such overlapping favorites as Olivia Munn in Magic Mike (2012), Helen Hunt in The Sessions (2012), and Kristin Stewart in On the Road (2012). The worst side, however, is a bit more mystifying. Game of Thrones is categorized as worst for: “Every other scene features naked prostitutes in the background making out with each other” . Alison Pill ’s topless tweet also makes the worst list, as well as Gina Gershon in the freaky country-fried flick Killer Joe (2012). While we agree with some of EW’s decisions- since sausage has no place in a skin smorgasbord- complaining about an actress getting naked is downright vexing. Worst Nude Scenes? No Such Thing!
