Can’t stop, won’t stop, don’t know how to stop Columbus Short Arrested For Bar Fight With Security Guard According to TMZ reports : Columbus Short celebrated July 4th by getting in trouble with the law for the 4th time in 4 months. Short was at the Katy Trail Ice House — a popular bar in Dallas — for around 4 hours and was drinking a lot. An eyewitness says Columbus got up and it looked like he was leaving without paying the tab. A security guard started talking to him and Columbus started screaming. We’re told Columbus accused the guard of racism, but the guard fired back, he was also black. A scuffle between the 2 ensued. We’re told several off duty Dallas cops — who work at the bar on weekends — broke up the fight but the fired “Scandal” star was still hotter than fish grease. We’re told Columbus started screaming at the cops and tried attacking them. As one source at the bar put it, “He was like a dog with a bone who wouldn’t let it go.” The cops then did what cops do — they arrested Short, but not for assault … for public intoxication. If the Mrs. Carter Show grossed this much we can only imagine the serious gwap Hov and Bey’s “On The Run” tour will gross. Beyonce’s Mrs. Carter Show Top Grossing Tour The Beyhive spent rent money to see King Bey. According to Billboard: Beyoncé heads up Billboard’s weekly slate of top-grossing tours with sales reported from the final leg of her Mrs. Carter Show world tour that wrapped at the end of March. The pop diva was on the road for the bulk of 2013, performing in 23 countries on four continents through the end of the year. The final 2014 leg of the tour kicked off in Scotland on Feb. 20, marking her third jaunt through Europe since last year’s mid-April launch. This last string of shows began in the U.K., but dates followed in Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain before wrapping in Portugal on March 27. Multiple performances at arenas in London and Dublin were reported during a previous week, so after adding revenue from those markets to the $24.1 million included in this tally, her final European leg grossed more than $41.1 million from 25 sold out shows. The Mrs. Carter Show ended its yearlong run with overall revenue totaling $212 million from more than 1.8 million sold tickets at 126 concerts. Arrest Warrant Issued For Columbus Short Following Fight Via TMZ reports: “Scandal” star Columbus Short is now a wanted man — TMZ has learned a warrant has been issued for his arrest for felony aggravated battery stemming from a bar fight earlier this month. TMZ broke the story … Short allegedly suckerpunched a guy at an engagement party after the dude mouthed off to Short. The victim was left with a broken nose and was rendered unconscious for several minutes. Now a judge has issued a warrant for Short’s arrest on one count of felony aggravated battery. It’s a felony because of serious bodily injury. The charge carries a maximum sentence of four years in state prison. As of this post, Short has not turned himself in. Thursday evening’s Scandal Season 3 Episode 7 on ABC was a bombshell episode in more ways than one, but the biggest bomb of all to drop was obvious: Olivia Pope’s mother is alive! After all this time! What in the? Who is she and why has she been in prison for 20 years? We did not learn the answers to those questions, as Scandal Season 3 Episode 7 left us wanting more. As did Scott Foley (below), in general. He is a handsome fella! Meanwhile, a flashback to when Fitz was governor and a revelation about the First Lady told us a lot about the man, and helped make for a revealing installment.
