Teenager Burns Mother’s Clothes After She Refused To Give Him Drugs via Huffington Post When a Texas mom refused to give her son money for marijuana, it seems that the boy decided to burn one anyway. Police say that John Carter allegedly set his mother’s clothing ablaze around 11 a.m. Saturday because she wouldn’t help him purchase pot, The Smoking Gun reports. “Our investigation found that 18-year-old John Carter was angry at his mother because she would not give him money so he could buy marijuana, so he started setting her clothes on fire,” said Lt. Dean Hensley with the Harris County Fire Marshal Office, according to KTRK. Firefighters were called to the scene after the fire spread through the apartment, according to KENS5. The fire caused minor damage to the home. Carter was arrested and charged with arson. He was jailed on $30,000 bond.

Teresa will be trading in her designer clothes for a government issued wardrobe. Teresa Giudice Pleads Guilty In Fraud Case Now is the time to make nice with her brother and sister-in-law…someone has to look after the babies. According to People: Teresa Giudice has pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud. After arriving hand-in-hand with husband Joe Giudice on Tuesday, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star stood before the judge in the U.S. District Court in Newark and pleaded guilty to the counts, including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three counts of bankruptcy fraud. “Today I took responsibility for a series of mistakes I made several years ago,” said Giudice in a statement given to PEOPLE by her lawyer. The Giudices originally pleaded not guilty last November, but both entered guilty pleas Tuesday as part of a reported deal that could still mean prison time for both. “I am heartbroken that this is affecting my family. Especially my four young daughters, who mean more to me than anything in the world,” Teresa said in the statement. Although she won’t be sentenced until July 8, Teresa faces 21 to 27 months in federal prison, according to her attorney, while Joe will likely serve between 37 and 46 months. The attorney also says they have the right to ask for probation. “I have said throughout that I respect the legal process and thus, I intend to address the court directly at sentencing,” she said in her statement. “I will describe the choices I made, continue to take responsibility for my decision and express my remorse to Judge Salas and the public.” At least she is admitting her role in this instead of continuing to deny the accusations.
We knew he was black from the terminology used by the reporters and police (A Big Linebacker Looking Violent Man?), the fact he was NOT negotiated with, and the fact they shot him without even being armed. Dozens of people crammed into a tiny room in Lake Worth Thursday night to share their love for Anneson Joseph, the man shot and killed by sheriff’s deputies Monday night. Most of the time they don’t shoot white people so easily, but black folks get shot over something white guys would be normally beaten into submission for. Last week, we put up a story about a white kid stabbing a police dog, stabbing a police officer, and STILL was not shot. We have a childhood friend who stood 5’2″ and he was shot for holding scissors. NDN
No Jeezy, they treated you like a criminal because you allegedly laid hands on your son. Young Jeezy Says Cops Treated Him Bad Because He Is A Rapper One-time ain’t got love for Jeezy. According to TMZ: Young Jeezy was hauled off to jail by cops who treated him like crap just because he’s a rapper … according to sources close to Jeezy. We broke the story … Jeezy was arrested when Alpharetta police responded to a panic alarm last night at his girlfriend’s house. But our sources dispute the official police report — that cops didn’t know who he was because he refused to identify himself. We’re told … Jeezy didn’t NEED to show ID because the officers recognized HIM instantly, saying “Oh, you’re Jeezy the rapper” … then started “antagonizing” him as soon as they realized who he was. According to our sources … Jeezy thinks cops treated him like a criminal from the get-go … refusing to let him make a phone call … and forcing him to stand outside while cops searched the home as they went on the hunt for a reason to bust him. Police say he gave them a reason … because he struggled with them when they tried to slap cuffs on him. Easy, Jeezy. You know these cops…they will pop a cap in yo’ black azz real quick.
This poor guy thought his money problems were behind him and ended up losing his life ! According to NY Post reports : A drug dealer who successfully sued an NYPD cop over stop-and-frisk was killed in a double homicide in Staten Island last night — after bragging about the fat settlement he received, sources told The Post. Kenrick Gray, 34, was shot in the head around 6:15 p.m., Tuesday outside 140 Park Hill Avenue in Stapleton, police said. His pal Noland Whistleon, 41, was also shot in the leg and torso and killed in the double homicide, cops said. Gray recently won a $125,000 settlement against New York City for being wrongly stopped and frisked. One of at least three cops named in the lawsuit was ordered to pay $7,500 out of his own pocket. That officer Mike Daragjati, 34, was also sentenced to federal prison for extorting $5,000 from someone who he wrongly believed had stolen his commercial snowplow. While the FBI investigated that case, the cop was caught on a wiretap using racial a epithet and bragging about arresting Gray. “Fried another n—-r,” he said, according to court records. Gray recently boasted far and wide about his good fortune, sources said. “Mr. Gray recently made known throughout hood that he received the windfall, and that very foolish boast did cost him his life,” a source said. “He has been running his mouth about getting the settlement and apparently the assailant caught wind of that and tried to rob him. There was a struggle and he was shot.” It was not immediately clear how much money Gray was carrying or whether the suspect finally made off with his cash. Gray had several prior arrests for possession of controlled substances and Whistleon, who was killed in Tuesday’s shooting as well, was about to go on trial in two weeks for allegedly choking and trying to rape a woman Dec. 13, 2012. He was out on $35,000 bail. He appeared to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was gunned down, sources said. The two men had over 25 prior arrests between them, sources said. A suspect has been taken into custody, sources say. SMH. Haters didn’t have to kill him to get his cash though. That’s messed up. R.I.P. Photo Credit: Robert Mecea
Look, we don’t condone fleeing from the police and escalating an easily situated incident, but… shooting at a minivan?: A mother is facing felony charges and two state police officers are under investigation after a traffic stop escalated into a wild scene involving broken glass, gunfire and a high speed chase. She put her family in danger, but the cop did not have to shoot at the van. With all that being said… by the mother doing what she did she almost got her son killed, her babies killed, and has forever changed her family’s life. KRQE youtube
First the victim couldn’t identify him and now this. Cops Possibly Covering Up Jameis Winston Sexual Assault Allegations This is smelling a little fishy. How can an allegation that can ruin a man’s career get this far without the witness being able to identify him? We hope this police cover up isn’t true. According to TMZ: There’s evidence Tallahassee cops tried to sweep the sexual assault investigation targeting Florida State University QB Jameis Winston under the rug to protect the team and its star player … and ONLY took aggressive steps after TMZ Sports started asking questions. Sources in the State Attorney’s Office tell us they never even knew about the investigation until Tuesday … JUST ONE DAY AFTER TMZ Sports began making calls to cops about the alleged assault. Our sources in the State Attorney’s Office say … it was highly unusual cops wouldn’t have filled them in about the case until this week. The sources say cops would have typically notified them when the investigation was completed, and Winston’s lawyer reportedly says cops told him it was completed in February. Now get this … TMZ Sports started calling police about the case on Monday. We were told someone would get back to us later that day, but there was radio silence for 2 days … we made repeated calls Tuesday and Wednesday and no one got back to us until late Wednesday afternoon. Sources in the State Attorney’s Office tell us … the timing — getting notified about the case months after it supposedly was closed and just a day after TMZ started calling — is suspicious. The State Attorney has now re-activated the case and sent it back to cops for further investigation. And there’s a twist — guess what would happen if Winston was even CHARGED with felony sexual assault — under FSU’s rules … he would be AUTOMATICALLY BENCHED … killing the team’s national championship hopes and his Heisman Trophy chances. People start acting shading when championships are on the line.
Remember the Minnesota cheerleader who was popped for sending out her squad mate on pay for play dates? Well she’s going to jail for a few years! Via NY Post reports : A former cheerleading captain at a Minneapolis high school was sentenced Friday to three years in prison for prostituting a younger squad member and keeping the money for herself. Montia Parker, 18, previously pleaded guilty to three prostitution-related counts. She was immediately ordered into custody, and must spend at least two years behind bars before she’s eligible for release. She must also register as a sex offender. “You were the leader of an attempted high-school prostitution ring,” Hennepin County District Court Judge William Koch said at the sentencing hearing. Parker admitted that last March she told a 16-year-old fellow cheerleader at Hopkins HS there was money through prostitution. After the younger girl agreed, Parker placed an ad online, then took her to an apartment where the girl was paid to perform a sex act (sloppy toppy). This ish is not a game and homegirl is gonna have to learn the hard way — behind bars!
