SMH… This fool had his 4-year-old daughter in the backseat and his 8-year-old behind the wheel!!! A man was arrested Sunday in Livingston Parish after state troopers discovered his 8-year-old son was driving the family from Mississippi to Dallas while the man slept, intoxicated. The father, Billy Joe Madden, 28, of Hattiesburg, Miss., was arrested and booked into the Livingston Parish Jail. Louisiana State Police Troop A received a call around 6:30 a.m. from a concerned motorist traveling west on Interstate 12 near Holden, said state police spokeswoman Melissa Matey. The driver said a green Chevrolet pick-up truck was moving erratically and a child appeared to be the driver. Troopers stopped the pick-up truck on I-12, just west of LA 447 in Livingston Parish. Madden was in the passenger seat while his 8-year-old son drove and his 4-year-old daughter sat in the back seat, Matey said. No one was injured. Matey said troopers determined Madden was intoxicated while interviewing him. Both children were turned over to child protective services and are awaiting the arrival of a family member. Officials booked Madden with allowing a minor to drive, keeping an open container in the vehicle, driving without a seat belt, two counts of child desertion and two counts of no child restraint. His bond was set at $1,474. What the hell was he thinking? We’re glad he opted not to drive drunk with his two kids in the car — but this is just as bad!!! Source

So one-time can beat on us but we can’t use potty words? In a classic case of bad timing and worse police, a high school student named Tyre Davis was walking past police officers scraping their shoes when he noticed a quite pungent smell. He remarked that “it smells like doo-doo”. Immediately thereafter, officers arrested him for disorderly conduct. After he was released, Davis claims that the officers followed him into an alley and beat him up, punching him on the head and neck and causing him to fall and hit his head on a brick. As if it’s going to do anything, Davis has filed charges. We’ll keep you updated on if these police even get what’s coming to them.

SMH… This guy just never learns. Rodney King has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Southern California. According to TMZ reports : Law enforcement sources tell us King was driving a 1993 Mitsubishi in Moreno Valley, CA around 3:30 PM … when officers observed him committing “multiple infractions.” King was detained and transported to a nearby Riverside Sheriff’s station — where he was eventually arrested and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and bail was set at $2,500. “Celebrity Rehab” clearly didn’t work for him. Somebody call Dr. Drew — it’s time to get Rodney back on the wagon. What a minute… Did that say 1993 Mitsubishi??? SMH.

Nine lives couldn’t stop this kitty killer. Cat lovers, let this be a warning to all of you — keep your pets far away from your roommates’ junkie girlfriends!!! Danielle Blankenship, 21, of Boulder, Colo., was arrested Tuesday after cops arrived at her home on a domestic dispute call and found the cat, Muffin, passed out cold at the bottom of the stairs, the Daily Camera reported. Blankenship’s boyfriend told police that the woman had been smoking heroin and blowing it in the tabby’s face. The woman denied using the drug, cops said. After failing to wake the cat, cops called animal control, and the sick kitty was taken to the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, where she was treated for poisoning. Veterinarians were able to briefly revive Muffin, but her condition worsened and she died at an emergency pet clinic on Tuesday night. Blankenship was charged with third-degree assault and misdemeanor animal cruelty. She pleaded not guilty to both charges. She was freed on $1,500 bond and due in court in August. Muffin belonged to a roommate of Blankenship’s boyfriend. That’s it? This b*tch is free already? Where are Dr. Drew and PETA when you really need them??? R.I.P. Muffin. Source
