Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice have not seen each other in about three years and eight months. That sounds crazy, but it’s true. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star confirmed as much herself during her joint interview with her estranged husband late last month on Bravo. This will change in the near future, however, as Teresa is planning a trip to Italy with her four daughters some day soon. Why must they go to Italy just to see their husband/father? Because Joe recently completed a 41-month stint in prison due to his role in a bankruptcy scheme perpetrated by himself and Teresa. He was then ordered to be deported because he commited this crime without being a U.S. citizen… and was then released from ICE custody — as long as he returns to his native country — while he awaits a decision on his appeal. So that’s where Joe sits right now: waiting to learn about his legal future. And also about his marital future, as he and Teresa do NOT sound like a couple that thinks it will remain a couple for very much longer. During the aforementioned Bravo special, Teresa and Joe each opened up about the fate of their relationship. “I’ve been on my own now for three years and seven months and … we’re both two different people now and I don’t know. I’m not the same Teresa I was and I know he’s not the same Joe,” Teresa told Andy Cohen. Teresa added at the time of Joe: “I do love him as a person. I do. I still care about him. I love him. I don’t know how I’m going to feel when I see him. That’s why I’m so nervous when I see him. I love him. “He’s my husband. We have children together.” Those are facts. But it’s also true that Joe and Teresa both think the other had been unfaithful . That can’t bode well, can it? This all brings us back to the upcoming Italy trip. “When I go see him in Italy, we’ll figure that out,” Teresa said when asked where her relationship stands at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo on Sunday, November 3. Joe, meanwhile, seems aware that Teresa wants a divorce . “Listen, as long as she’s happy, that’s all that really matters,” he said to Cohen. “I’m not going to tell her what to do. The Atlanta-based rapper is currently awaiting a court date to resolve his status and ability to travel abroad but at the moment isn’t allowed to leave the United States to do one of the more financially significant portions of his profession. TMZ reports : As TMZ reported … Savage was arrested in Atlanta back in February and placed in ICE custody. Turns out he entered the U.S. legally from the UK back in 2005, but his visa expired and he’s been here illegally for years. The rapper wasn’t even able to get a work permit for 8 months, which meant he couldn’t work domestically. He finally got one last month, so at least now he can work in the U.S. … but traveling out of the country is out of the question until he gets things cleared up with immigration. The outlet adds that immigration courts in Atlanta have been besieged by a record number of cases, causing an effectual logjam of sorts. It might be years before the 27-year-old star will have his case heard and he still faces potential deportation as well. — Photo: Splash News

While Rae feels she’s not capable of completely loving someone a la her mother, Stanfield struggles with whether or not to let her go and living with that regret for the rest of his life a la his father. How will they work things out? Guess y’all have to find out come February 14, 2020.

The woman, who claimed she left her husband, was indeed very much still married and even said that the baby boy wasn’t fathered by Howery but tests proved otherwise. TMZ reports that Howery, 39, says that a woman named LeChez Davis claimed that he was the father of her son and also granted the boy his last name. However, it’s come out in court documents that Davis was still married to her husband which she claimed was a done deal, and also painted the picture that the son was actually his and not Howery’s. After a paternity test, it’s come out that Howery is indeed the father of the boy and discovered that Davis didn’t give the child his last name and instead used the husband’s last name on the birth certificate. As a result, Howery is demanding sole custody of his son citing a “nefarious scheme replete with concealment, misrepresentations and deception in an attempt to defraud.” Howery is currently awaiting a ruling on the matter. — Photo: WENN

According to TMZ reports , Mackie filed for divorce in late 2017 and finalized things last year. Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ that the split was amicable.
