The Atlanta rapper says the POTUS doesn’t really care about A$AP Rocky and instead of tweeting needs to actually do something. The racist POTUS has taken to Twitter to claims that he’s been getting rebuffed by Sweden’s Prime Minister over his request to free the jailed rapper , who has now been charged with assault. “If you’re going to do something then do it,” Yachty told TMZ . “You don’t gotta keep telling everybody, just do it. He ain’t gotta keep tweeting.” He added, “I don’t think he doing sh*t either,” while expressing concern for Rocky who he considers his big brother. Many have clearly seen that Trump’s sudden concern over a rapper he never heard about is strictly for the sake of earning some votes from confused Black people who clearly don’t know any better. That knowledge being that Trump is an unrepentant racist, as his recent, ugly commentary about Elijah Cummings and Baltimore only reinforces.

While on Noreaga’s Drink Champ’s podcast, the Illmatic rapper detailed how the late artist passed on collaborating with him because he didn’t own his masters. It turned out Prince showed up at Nas’ I Am… album release party and he figured it was his opportunity to make a song with the Purple One. “I sought him because he came to my ‘I Am . . .’ release party,” Nas recalled to NORE. “I said, ‘Yo, look, man, let’s do this. Let’s do this song.’ And he was like, ‘Do you own your masters?’ But he blew my sh*t because I was like, ‘I don’t. And I’m far from it, because I owe this label like four, five albums’. . . I was like, ‘Damn.’” Prince told Nas to give him a call after he handled his business, but unfortunately a collab didn’t manifest before his untimely passing. Added Nas, “He kind of helped me see the future.” True indeed.

The first woman to do so was swimmer Kornelia Ender 44 years ago. This isn’t the first time that Manuel has made history. In 2016 she became the first Black woman to win an individual Olympic gold medal in swimming. Her impact goes far beyond the water. Manuel is big on philanthropy and is on a mission to diversify swimming. “The gold medal wasn’t just for me; it was for people that came before me and inspired me to stay in the sport,” she told the New York Times in an interview. “For people who believe that they can’t do it, I hope I’m an inspiration to others to get out there and try swimming. You might be pretty good at it.” Earlier this year, she visited LeBron James ’ I Promise School in Akron, Ohio to talk with students about water safety and encourage them to learn how to swim. In partnership with the Akron Area YMCA, she will provide all of the students with swimming lessons this summer. She is also spreading awareness about the high drowning rate within the Black community and is working hard to reverse the alarming trend. “The most important thing is saving lives more than winning gold medals. Representation is important,” she said . But apparently Fuqua’s time of reckoning has arrived because his past indiscretions are being put on display. According to the YBF , court records show Fuqua fathered a son during his 20 years of marriage to Lela Rochon: The Equalizer director admitted to fathering a son, named Roman Jimenez, with a woman named Ruth Jimenez, in court documents dated August 2010. In the paperwork ( obtained by Hollywood Street King ), he revealed he was ordered to pay $10,000/month in child support and that he owed $86,000 in back child support. He was petitioning the court to lower his child support order to $3,134/month because he said he couldn’t afford the ordered payments. Hollywood Street King also reports allegations from a London model/actress who claims to have met Antoine Fuqua through Scott Steindorff and claims she had an affair with Fuqua. That model/actress also alleged she witnessed a second woman assault him while claiming he’d fathered her daughter. The model/actress claimed Fuqua told her ‘I f***ed her once bareback and now she had a kid for me.’ She claims Fuqua went home after the encounter “super stressed” because the woman had plans to call Rochon. The witness allegedly added, “How Lela still doesn’t know about this OTHER love child is a mystery to me. Unless she does and doesn’t care.” YIKES… Do you think all this attention will cause Lela Rochon to finally decide enough is enough?

Waithe already planned to release her horror anthology series, Them , on the Amazon platform, but the new deal opens the door for more dope content. Amazon Studios head Jennifer Salke expressed her excitement about the deal. “Lena is a powerhouse writer and producer who also has a gift for identifying exciting and authentic voices..Our upcoming series Them is the result of her rare ability to cultivate brilliant voices like Little Marvin and bring his wholly original and compelling vision to Amazon. We look forward to collaborating with Lena and her team for years to come.” Waithe said she’s ready the next step: “I couldn’t be more excited about this new partnership with Amazon Studios and am looking forward to this next chapter..Both of our goals are aligned in that we want to continue elevating storytellers who are underrepresented and have a unique vision of the world.” In addition to her currently running programs, Waithe’s hyped film Queen & Slim is set to drop in November.

According to reports from NBC 4 Washington , 26-year-old Rebecca Kanter was arrested on Tuesday after she allegedly threatened to “blow up” the Swedish Embassy in Washington D.C. during a protest of the rapper’s incarceration. A Secret Service Officer stated that Kanter first appeared at the Swedish complex on Monday, which is when she “threw liquid from a glass Coca Cola bottle at the doorway and yelled out ‘I’m going to blow this motherf***er up.’” She reportedly left the premises before law enforcement could intervene, but she went on to social media to write about her efforts. “Why isn’t it breaking news that I defiled the House of Sweden last night, that I vandalized the Wold Bank, that I vandalized the IMF,” she wrote online, according to a criminal complaint . “Why aren’t I getting press for ASAP?” Weird flex, but okay. Here’s your press, ma’am. Kanter returned to the scene the following day, allegedly shouting profanities at embassy personnel and a student tour group. She was also accused of damaging property within the building. When Embassy staff demanded that Kanter to leave the premises, she refused–which is when the police were called. The 26-year-old was arrested by secret service and booked on charges of willfully injuring and damaging property of a foreign government and refusing to depart a foreign embassy. She has reportedly been released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 31.

Shannon Beador has officially moved on from one of the messier divorces in recent Hollywood history . And not only that, but the Real Housewives of Orange County cast member has moved right into the arms of a very attractive new suitor. According to People Magazine, Beador is now dating a fellow California native named John Janssen. He’s a divorced father of three who graduated years ago from the University of Southern California. Janssen is 56 years old, met Beador through a mutual friend and he works as a partner at an insurance firm. “Shannon’s really happy,” a source close to the couple tells this publication , adding of her new lover: “He’s a great guy, and really adores her. And she is equally smitten. They make a great couple together and have been having a lot of fun.” Just how serious is this romance? It’s a bit too early to say for certain, but both sides have met the other’s kids — which is obviously a pretty huge deal in the world of dating and relationships. “The girls really like him,” the insider says of Shannon’s three daughters: Sophie, 18, and twins Stella and Adeline, 15. This past Tuesday, as you can see above, Shannon posed on Instagram with Janssen, sharing a smiling photo of the two during a night out in Newport Beach. Shannon and ex-husband David Beador broke up in September 2017 after over 17 years of marriage; she then filed to end their marriage in December of this same year. Accusations of infidelity were subsequently hurled back and forth by both Shannon and David, with the former admitting she gained forty pounds due to stress from the marriage and then the split. She said many times that David checked out of the relationship as soon as her body started to change. Finally, after a year and a half of ugly allegations, the reality stars settled their divorce in April — he agreed to pay her $1.4 million . They also agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their daughters. The Real Housewives of Orange County kicks off season 14 on in August 6 at 9/8c on Bravo. Beador has already said that she’s back to her original weight and focused on the return of “Fun Shannon,” to use her own words.
