Oprah And Rihanna Ride Around In Barbados The queen of talk show will sit down with the pop princess bad-girl later on this month for the first time. But before the interview hits the airwaves, Rih and Oprah wanted to give us a sneak peek. Showing how much of a fan she is, Oprah excitedly tweeted a photo of she and Rihanna smiling, exclaiming, “Look who’s driving me around Barbados!” The “Umbrella” singer posted the same photo with, “Look who popped up in my Hometown BARBADOS #topnotch.” The in-depth interview will be the first for the pair. After the 2009 Grammy assault of the star by Chris Brown, Oprah dedicated an episode of her talk show to domestic violence. Her message was, ” If you go back with a man who hits you, it’s because you don’t think you’re worthy of being with a man who won’t. I’ve said before, ‘Love doesn’t hurt, and if a man hits you once, he will hit you again.’ “ After recent rumors that the Rihanna has been seeing her attacker again, the powerhouse host is bound to inquire. With some cryptic remarks at his concert Saturday night, Drake broke his silence about his alleged involvement in a violent bar brawl with Chris Brown last week. Days after the brawl left several people injured, caused massive property damage and got W.i.P. nightclub shut down , many unanswered questions remain. Drake cleared up none of them at Jones Beach in Long Island, N.Y., but he did appear to allude to the bottle-bashing melee between his crew and Brown’s. According to the N.Y. Daily News , Drake told the crowd : “When I woke up this morning, I had to think about a lot of things. But the only thing I gave a f–k about was that I was in New York City tonight.” Later during the show, he said, “It’s last call and you’re really too drunk to give a f–k … A n—a in the corner is standing there looking at you funny.” “You bump elbows with him on the way to the bathroom, but really there’s only one n—a that you got to think about.” So, yeah. There you go. Read into that however you like! Until this, the rapper has remained largely silent, issuing a statement through his rep last week that denied any involvement in the fracas. The club was shut down by law enforcement officials, who cited a litany of previous violations that culminated in Thursday’s notorious brawl. Chris Brown was hurt in the brawl, which also injured NBA star Tony Parker, model Lucy Pavlovsky , Chris’ bodyguard Big Pat and numerous others. [Photo: WENN.com]

Days after the talk show host claimed she was blown away by the answer Kim Kardashian gave in relation to her 72-day marriage falling apart, this interview actually aired on OWN and viewers listened to… a completely expected, cliche-filled spewing of total BS from the reality star. “I was in love: I wanted the life that I always pictured my fairytale life to be,” Kim told Oprah, reiterating the same line she’s used many times to explain her split from Kris Humphries . “I don’t want to get into the small things, but once we moved in, I knew he was not the one.” Kim Kardashian and Oprah Winfrey Interview Kardashian never actually uttered her ex’s name during the chat, but she did open up about the aftermath of the divorce (which is still legally pending ). “I was in such a deep depression I thought I was going to back away from everything,” she said. “I stayed at home for almost four months and I’m a better person now, as heartbreaking as it was to go through… it was embarrassing, I don’t want to call it a mistake, it was a lesson.” Just don’t call the wedding a ratings grab, dammit! “We have an amazing fan base that watches the show,” Kardashian said. “We don’t do anything for ratings.” The old Oprah Winfrey may have said the same.
