DCFS And Police Investigate The Octomom’s House For Poor Living Conditions This Octo-beyotch is the f***ing WORST!!! According to TMZ reports : The La Habra Police Department and the Orange County Dept. of Family and Children’s Services showed up at the home of Octomom Nadya Suleman Tuesday night, after receiving a complaint from her hairstylist that the mother of 14 allows her kids to live in horrendous conditions. Octomom’s hairstylist went to the PD today and she tells us … she told cops she has been in the house and seen the following: – the plumbing is a disaster … there is only one working toilet in the house – some of the kids are pooping on portable training toilets located in their bedrooms and in the backyard – the kids appear malnourished and unbathed – she observed Octomom locking her kids in a bedroom while she tended to personal matters – the house is filthy The stylist made other allegations as well. When the cop and 3 Children’s Services workers arrived and walked inside, you can hear Octo say, “Excuse the graffiti.” The authorities stayed an hour-and-a-half and left. We’re told they determined the kids were not in danger so they weren’t removed from the home, but there will be a follow-up with Children’s Services. Robert Zimmerman, a former Orange County magistrate judge, recently wrote a letter to The Orlando Sentinel defending his son, who’s been dragged through the mud for shooting the unarmed 17-year-old last month. In the letter, the senior Zimmerman asks people not to jump to conclusions and insists that his son didn’t follow the young boy home as he walked through their gated community. “He would be the last to discriminate for any reason whatsoever. The media portrayal of George as a racist could not be further from the truth. At no time did George follow or confront Mr. Martin. When the true details of the event became public, and I hope that will be soon, everyone should be outraged by the treatment of George Zimmerman in the media,” wrote Robert Zimmerman. Now more info is being dug up on his “victimized” son through public records and revealing his checkered past. According to a records search on George, he was previously arrested for domestic violence, resisting an officer without violence and most shockingly, resisting an officer with violence — a felony charge that surely could have landed him in prison. All three of those arrests, however, were mysteriously closed with no semblance of charges for the Florida resident. So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun? Maybe that’s a question Robert Zimmerman should answer. They even, allegedly, bribed Smiley with a free ring and an all-expenses-paid trip to wherever he wanted to pop the question. But Slade and Gretchen turned down this offer. After more than two months behind bars, Amber Portwood is a free woman. Sort of. The Teen Mom star, who had been locked up for drug possession and probation violations galore, was released only after the halfway house where she was supposed to complete a drug treatment program apparently refused to accept her. According to sources, people at the transitional home – Sister 2 Sister Ministries – thinks Amber Portwood is too much of a risk and embodies too much negative energy. She would be unlikely to benefit from its program, in other words. So she was denied, and since no other program will take her the judge decided to release her. With an electronic monitoring bracelet. Classy. Amber’s not out of the woods yet, either. The judge will still require her to apply for residency at another home, although that process could take several months. Until then, she will remain under home confinement. Until a different drug treatment program accepts her, at least she’ll be home. And unable to leave her home. At least Gary Shirley can visit. Actually, maybe that’s not the best idea. The sex tape featuring John Edwards and Rielle Hunter going at it will be destroyed as part of a settlement between Hunter and ex-Edwards aide Andrew Young. The imminent destruction of sex tapes featuring Edwards and Hunter was mandated as per the agreement between Rielle, Edwards’ ex-plaything, and Young. Orange County, N.C., Superior Court Judge Carl Fox on Thursday signed the settlement agreement between Andrew Young, his wife and Rielle Hunter. Hunter sued the pair, who ended up with the John Edwards sex tape somehow. Hunter accused Andrew and Cheri Young of invasion of privacy, and sought to reclaim “materials” she said belong to her, including personal photos and the sex tape. While the settlement addresses the transfer and destruction of videos, photos and other documents, no money was awarded and the Youngs admit no liability. The court clerk has the honor of physically destroying the sex tape. Meanwhile, the Youngs must make a good-faith effort to ensure that the copy of the video that they gave to the U.S. government is likewise destroyed. The former aide will get back his family videos and pics, though they can’t monetize any including Rielle Hunter or her daughter, Edwards’ love child. Homeless men in southern California are being warned by police to stick together and remain on high alert for a suspected serial killer who may be preying on them. The murders of three homeless, middle-aged men since Dec. 20 have police scrambling to caution the “significant” homeless population in Orange County, according to Anaheim police spokesman Sgt. Bob Dunn. All three men were stabbed to death by their attacker, who police believe is a man captured on surveillance video during one of the crimes. The deaths occurred in Anaheim, Yorba Linda, and Placentia, from Dec. 20 to Dec. 30. Anaheim police, together with neighboring police departments, the county sheriff, and the FBI, are warning homeless people throughout the area to take precautions, including traveling and sleeping in well-lit, well-populated areas. They have launched a campaign to get the information to the vulnerable population, handing out fliers, notifying homeless shelters and soup kitchens, and asking churches to notify those who seek services, Dunn said. They are also asking the homeless to report any suspicious behavior, which they are often reluctant to do, the police spokesman said. The victims were alone when the attacks happened, said Dunn. But two of the murders occurred in public spaces, one at a strip mall around 8 p.m., and one outside of a library just before closing time, around 5 p.m. Passersby reported the crimes to the police, he said.
