This one right here is a heartbreaker… An infant was critically injured after plunging at least two stories from a Southern California hospital’s parking structure, officials said. Authorities received a 911 call around 6:20 p.m. Monday after the incident on the grounds of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County. Orange police Sgt. Dan Adams said officers were trying to locate an eyewitness who saw the child go over the rail. Investigators believe the child was either thrown or dropped, the Orange County Register reported. “We want to get our hands on the suspects,” Adams told the L.A. Times. The boy suffered critical injuries and was rushed to a trauma center at UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange for treatment. Police had no information on the baby’s identity or that of his parents. Adams said he didn’t know whether the baby had been treated at the children’s hospital. When they catch the bastard/bish that dropped this baby there’s gonna be hell to pay! Source

Caylee Anthony was murdered. So stated Dr. Jan Garavaglia, a semi-famous coroner, who testified in court today during the Casey Anthony trial. The defense has been arguing that the two-year old daughter of their defendant died of an accidental drowning, but there’s “no other logical conclusion” aside from homicide, said Garavaglia, the Orange County chief medical examiner. How can Garavaglia state this as a fact? She reached the conclusion based on the condition of Caylee’s remains and other factors, including the discovery of duct tape around her skull. Casey’s attorney, Cheney Mason, tried to move Garavaglia away from her findings, but the doctor shot back: “Accidental deaths are reported unless there is a reason for it not to be… 100 percent of the time… that’s systematic observational studies.” With her voice rising, and with her testimony cutting into the defense’s key argument, Garavaglia added: “No child should have duct tape on its mouth when it dies.”
Casey Anthony abruptly left the courtroom during her murder trial with an undisclosed sickness after seeing graphic photos of her slain daughter’s remains. Whatever the reason, that was the end of the trial for the day. ” Miss Anthony is ill . We’re recessing for the day,” Judge Belvin Perry said. “Neither the state nor the defense has any comment regarding her illness.” The early end to the court session in the Orlando murder trial came after a day of graphic testimony and grisly photographs of Caylee’s remains. Discovered in December 2008, two-year-old Caylee had disappeared five months earlier. Casey Anthony is accused of murdering the toddler. When testimony with the Orange County Chief Deputy Medical Examiner, Dr. Gary Utz, began after s lunch break, Anthony looked weak and pale. Then, after the break, she looked like she was going to be sick. She couldn’t even stand up as the jury left the courtroom. She was escorted out. Utz testified that duct tape was wrapped around Caylee’s skull so tightly that it held her lower jaw in place even amid severe decomposition. He called this highly unusual. “Pieces of silver or gray-colored duct tape [were] over the jaw,” he said. “I’ve never seen a case where the mandible was found with the skull.” Photos of Caylee’s body were shown to the jury.. Earlier in the week, prosecutors say Anthony searched for chloroform and neck breaking online. The defense claims Caylee died of an accidental drowning , a shocking claim they made in opening arguments. How would that exonerate Casey?
