He used his interview to address the shootings of police in Dallas. He stated: “Let’s teach everyone including the children of the black community that most of those police officers are the reason you’re alive.” He added, “Because the real danger to you is that black kid who is going to shoot you on the street because that happens many, many more times than police officers. Lets talk about it honestly. When you talk about Black Lives Matter, the black young boy who’s killed by another black young boy is just as dead as the black young boy killed by the police officer,” he told Williams, adding that protests lead to “divisiveness and anti-police rhetoric.” This is what our political figures think of African American children… This is why we your vote counts!
Jokisha Brown’s Ex-Boyfriend Alfredo Capote Wanted For Rape, Kidnapping, Armed Robbery Yesterday, we reported a well-known Atlanta local was brutally gunned down just months after her abusive ex kidnapped her according to WSBTV reports: Police say someone shot Jokisha Brown while she was sitting in her car outside a strip of shops on the 2100 block of Cheshire Bridge Road around 10:15 p.m. Friday. “We’re actually interviewing witnesses on the scene. We do have a number of people who were on the scene when the incident occurred. We are collecting evidence, a number of shell casings,” said Atlanta Police Capt. Ben McGee. Brown’s friend, Jordan Jackson and others, confirmed to Gehlbach that Brown had been the victim of a violent and elaborate abduction from her Gwinnett County home. She escaped only by jumping from a moving car. “She went through a hard, very, very hard time with this breakup,” Jackson said. “She steadily voiced it, she feared for her life that something might happen to her.” Gwinnett police investigated Brown’s ex-boyfriend Alfredo Capote in April. Alfredo Capote had an extensive abusive history with Jokisha and was even wanted for her rape, kidnapping and more according to Crime Stoppers: Gwinnett County Police are actively searching for a violent and dangerous suspect named Alfredo L. Capote, (B/M 29 years old) of Atlanta, Georgia. He is wanted for the following charges; Rape, Armed Robbery, False Imprisonment and Kidnapping. On April 08, 2016, around 2 p.m. police were called to a home in Duluth where they met with a seventeen year old male. They learned that the previous day, April 07, 2016, around 7 a.m. his mother’s boyfriend, Alfredo Capote stopped by to visit. Shortly after Capote arrived at the home, a masked male entered the home and tied up the seventeen year old son and his thirty five year old mother. The mother was then told by Capote that the home invasion was staged because he needed her money. Capote then proceeded to rape the victim at gunpoint. He then tied her up. The son was told not to call police or his mother would be killed. The victim’s son was left tied up inside the home. He was able to free himself hours later. He did not call police fearing that his mother would be killed. The two suspects and the female victim left the home and traveled to a hotel in Cobb County where the two suspects went their separate ways. The victim spent the night at the hotel with Capote where she was raped overnight and held at gunpoint, unable to escape. The suspect and victim left the hotel the following morning and traveled to a home in Perry Georgia. After leaving that home, the victim saw a window of opportunity to escape and jumped out of the moving vehicle near an intersection. She jumped into a vehicle in the parking lot with an unknown person and pleaded for help. Police were called and the victim was saved around 4 p.m. The suspect has ties to Atlanta and is a native of Louisiana. He does not have an extensive criminal history. However, at this point, he is wanted for several aggravated felonies and should be considered very dangerous and armed. Out of pocket… Woman Pours Vodka In 7-Year-Old’s Eyes A woman vacationing in Florida is in police custody after officers say she she poured vodka in the eyes of a 7-year-old. Why??? Because they splashed her at the pool. SMH… WCN reports: A North Carolina woman was arrested on a charge of child abuse after police say she poured vodka on the eyes and head of a 7-year-old boy who had splashed water on her at a hotel pool. Clearwater police say Roseanna Marie Kiser, 23, was intoxicated and was drinking from a bottle of vodka in the pool area at the Sheraton Sand Key Hotel at 1160 Gulf Blvd. in Clearwater Beach. Several young children were swimming and playing in the pool. Kiser became angry at a 7-year-old boy because he splashed water near her. She opened her bottle of vodka and poured some of it onto the boy’s eyes and face. She then grabbed the boy around the chest and pushed him further away from her into the pool, according to an arrest affidavit. Kiser kicked a police officer in the groin with her heel when he was arresting her, according to the affidavit. Kiser was charged with child abuse and battery on a law enforcement officer. Black Merit Scholar Removed From Graduation For Wearing Kente Cloth A gifted Black teen was forcibly removed from his California high school graduation by police for refusing to remove his traditional African kente cloth according to NY Daily News : Nyree Holmes, 18, was ejected from the ceremony as he walked off the stage on Tuesday at Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento. The graduating Cosumnes Oaks High School senior had been urged to discard the item of clothing several times, and was told police would stop him, if it came to that. “I go through shaking all the hands and smiling feeling as if I won,” Holmes wrote Tuesday on Twitter, according to the Atlanta Black Star. “Then when I get to the stairs I see three sheriffs at the bottom of the stairs. They tell me to leave with them and I said, ‘sure guys let’s go.’” After he was booted, Holmes said he and his father tried to retrieve the teen’s diploma, but school officials refused to give it up. But with the help of a black security guard, Holmes was able to get in “through the exit” and claim his diploma, he wrote on Twitter. Holmes felt the need to wear the kente cloth because as a “descendant of slaves, I have no firm connection to my roots in Africa,” he told the ABS. Texas Teens Arrested For Spraying Whites Only All Over Rival School’s Fountains Texas Police have arrested five teens for spray painting racist and transphobic graffiti on several buildings at a rival high school as part of a “senior prank” last week according to WFAA reoirts: Christian Joeckel, Ryan Westbrook, Hayden Honolka, Cameron Bodenstab, and Ethan Sigmond were arrested after an investigation into racist, vulgar and anti-transgender graffiti was conducted on the school’s athletic facilities and restrooms. Joekel, Westbrook, and Honolka are all 17 years old; Bodenstab and Sigmond are 18. All are students at Arlington High, a rival school. According to arrest warrant affidavits, the graffiti included the phrase “whites only” spray painted above a water fountain and “trans only” defacing a men’s bathroom door. Vulgar language not appropriate for publication was painted on athletics banners and trash cans near the football stadium, according to an affidavit. Westbrook said the vandalism was part of a “senior prank,” according to an affidavit. He admitted to defacing a jungle gym with several markings, including the words “payback for the parking lot” and “muck f*** fartin martin.” “Anytime you have hateful messages, [it’s] very concerning,” Cook said. “We’re going to look at that to know who did this [and] what is the motivation?” Discuss.
