Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier Pleads Guilty To Setting Her Newborn Baby On Fire A New Jersey woman has pled guilty to setting her newborn baby on fire according to CBS News : Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier pleaded guilty Monday in Mount Holly to aggravated manslaughter. She had previously pleaded not guilty to a murder charge. Authorities say the 23-year-old Pemberton Township resident doused her newborn with accelerant and set her on fire in January 2015. The baby had third-degree burns over 60 percent of her body. She died two hours after she was flown to a Philadelphia hospital. Prosecutors will recommend that Dorvilier be sentenced to 30 years in prison. She is scheduled to be sentenced April 22. Prosecutors say she hid her pregnancy from her mother and sister. Investigators say the baby was found with her umbilical cord and placenta attached. Lock this pizza-faced monster up for life!!!!
Man Arrested For Posing As Student Accused Of Having Sex With Young Classmate 23-year-old Ukrainian man Artur Samarin, who posed as a local Pennsylvania student for almost 3 years, has now been charged with statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors. According to ABC 27 reports: Police said he was having sexual relationships with female students while claiming to be an 18-year-old senior at the school. According to police, Samarin had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student in 2014 while he was 22-years-old. Investigators said Samarin was also a student at Harrisburg University. Samarin who went by the name of “Asher Potts” was arrested on Tuesday and charged with false identification. Samarin was previously facing identity theft and tampering with public records charges. According to police, Samarin is a Ukrainian immigrant and he graduated from high school and attended two years of college there. Investigators said Samarin arrived in the U.S. on a 3-month exchange visitor visa and worked for a local company during that time. Investigators said he used falsified documents to enroll at John Harris High School, including a Social Security card that he received after going to several Social Security Administration offices. What the entire hell!?!?

Pittsburgh Man Puts Confederate Flag With Black Doll Hung From Noose A Pittsburgh community up in arms because a local put a Confederate flag with a Black baby doll hanging in a noose with a knife in its back. According to WTAE reports: After the photo was shared with Pittsburgh’s Action News 4, we called East Huntingdon Township’s supervisor Paul Hodgkiss. “(I’m) definitely against anything like that in our township,” Hodgkiss said. He said he found out about the display Tuesday afternoon when a man who lives nearby called. Officials in Scottdale Borough said they’ve been hearing about it for months, however it’s outside their jurisdiction. “I just hope he has to take it down,” Szolek said. “That’s all I want, you know. I don’t care, I don’t want him punished. I just want him to take it down so we don’t have to look at it.” Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 reporter Beau Berman knocked on the Porter Avenue home’s door, but no one answered. Thirty minutes later he drove by again but the doll and flag were gone. “It probably is allowed to be there at his property, but if we can do anything to stop it we will,” Hodgkiss said. Township officials said they will meet Wednesday to discuss the situation, however now that the flag is down it remains unclear what action if any they will take. Seriously??!

Sheriff Robert Arnold recently told a local paper that after shots were fired outside of his home he wondered if Beyonce’s Super Bowl halftime show was to blame. Why? Because since Bey’s “Formation” dropped seven police officers have been killed nationwide. The Tennessean reports: Other than being the sheriff and a member of law enforcement, Rutherford County Sheriff Robert Arnold doesn’t know the motive for shots fired outside his Osborne Lane home Monday night. “We all know, as soon as you put your uniform on, you’re a target,” he said at a news conference Tuesday morning at the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office. “You make people mad when you’re just doing your job.” Arnold said when he first heard the shots, he wondered if they were inspired by the Super Bowl halftime show. When asked to clarify that comment, he added, “You know, Beyonce’s video.” Beyonce recently released the video “Formation,” which has been described as representing the African-American experience. She performed “Formation” during the Super Bowl halftime show. In an email Tuesday afternoon to further clarify the sheriff’s Super Bowl statement, Arnold said, “My comments reflect the violence and senseless killing of seven deputies in the U.S. since the show aired. My comments are an observation of the violence that has occurred but in no way is meant to offend anyone.” The email also included a link to The National Sheriff’s Association’s website with the following information: “The senseless killing of four law enforcement officers just this week — on the heels of the anti-police “entertainment” at the Sunday Super Bowl halftime show — reminds us that the men and women in law enforcement take a solemn oath that includes putting their lives on the line every day to protect our citizens.” Black pride is anti-police entertainment now? Lawmaker Says Protecting LGBT Rights Will Lead To Protecting Pedophile Rights Not sure how you compare the two, but a West Virginia lawmaker did his best when he argued that defending LGBT rights would “open the door to protections for pedophiles.” Via Huffington Post : At a legislative hearing Friday, Republican Del. Tom Fast argued against an amendment to a bill that would ban discrimination against same-sex couples. The non-discrimination amendment (which ultimately failed) was added to a bill that would let Uber operate in the state. “Once homosexual, bisexual and transgender behavior is elevated to a protected status, there is nothing to stop bigamy, pedophilia or any other sexual practice from receiving the same protection,” Fast said. Fast went on to read an article from the Northern Colorado Gazette that purportedly showed pedophiles were “using the same tactics used by gay rights activists.” The West Virginia House of Delegates recently approved the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) by a vote of 72-26. The bill, which allows people to cite religious objections to state actions in certain court proceedings, will now move to the state senate. Democratic opponents to the bill argued that RFRA would restrict the rights of individuals who don’t sexually identify as straight. “If sexual orientation laws become commonplace, then any person who speaks against sexual practice will be vilified,” Fast said. “Their rights will be thwarted, and their freedom of religion of conscience will be crushed.” Do YOU think protecting gay rights will eventually lead to protecting pedophile rights?
