Welcome to a sad week in skinema, since none of the wide releases contain nudity. Bruce Willis returns for the franchise’s fifth installment in A Good Day to Die Hard (2013), but the only thing to get you hard is Yulia Snigir ‘s bra under in a tight leather outfit. Rumors have been swirling for weeks now that Season 4 of Teen Mom 2, which kicks off Tuesday, will be the last for the popular MTV reality series. The reason is simple: Jenelle Evans . Supposedly, the North Carolina Hurricane has become such a liability that even MTV and her own co-stars worry about their association with her. Their fathers do too, apparently. Last week it was Corey Simms’ dad, Jeff Simms, calling her out. This week it’s Chelsea Houska’s father, Randy Houska, taking a shot at her on Twitter. Randy, who fans love because he keeps Chelsea in line – and free of scandals, it’s worth noting – delivered this not-so-subtle message to Jenelle: “So far, TM2 has been a great experience. The crew, the teen moms, their family and friends: all good. @PBandJenelley_1 – you are the wild card” OHHHHHH. It’s interesting to see the effect of Jenelle Evans’ arrests, divorce drama, and drug rumors on the show at large and the message it’s sending to viewers. Moms like Chelsea Houska have maintained that they agreed to be on Teen Mom 2 to show the ups, downs, challenges and joys of young motherhood. With celebrity gossip sites constantly focused on why Jenelle Evans got arrested this time and who she’s married to or dating now, the show has shifted. A few weeks prior, Jenelle’s own co-star Kailyn Lowry called her out for bringing her drama out in public so often; she quickly deleted that Tweet. However, she re-tweeted Randy Houska’s comment this week, and praised Chelsea’s dad for “being so honest.” So there’s some tension there. Look like the show – or at least Jenelle’s part in it – is on borrowed time.
John Galliano has once again angered some members of the Jewish community. The designer, who was fired from Christian Dior in 2011 after declaring his love for Hitler on video, was photographed yesterday outside a friend’s Manhattan apartment – and his outfit has apparently angered some local Jewish leaders. Seeing the long jacket, the hat and and the curly sideburns, Brooklyn Assemblyman Dov Hikind asked The New York Pos t: “Who is he mocking ? If it was just anyone else, I wouldn’t know what to say. But considering who this guy is, considering his background and what he’s said in the past, let him explain it to all of us: Are you mocking us?” Galliano was found guilty of hate crimes in a Paris court about 18 months ago. Britney Spears has looked better. On Sunday, the pop star, appearing a little worse for the wear, was spotted outside the Barkley Pet Hotel with her two sons – and an adorable new dog! Brit’s pups and kids are cute, but her outfit? Not so much. The singer, who recently split with fiance Jason Trawick, looks to have just emerged from bed. This after Justin Timberlake’s Spears insult (which he denies), too. Rough. In happier news, reports have surfaced that the singer is talks to sign a deal with Ceasar’s Palace in Las Vegas as a regular performer for HUGE money. Her dog Hannah’s Twitter (seriously) fueled that rumor yesterday. Spears re-tweeted a post from her pup’s feed (seriously) that said “Mommy, are dogs allowed to gamble in vegas? Gonna cash in all my bones for chips.” Britney’s response: “I don’t think so honey #VivaLasVegas : )” You can’t make this stuff up .
Being single has definitely brought out the sexy in Taylor Swift because here she is at the 2013 NRJ Music Awards and once again her outfit doesn’t disappoint. I’m not sure if we can actually see a thong through that dress or if it’s an illusion, but I know for sure that I like it. If Taylor continues heading out to events looking like a hot young bombshell, she will be a shoe-in for 2013′s Hollywood Tuna’s Babe of the Year.
It’d been a really long time since I’d seen Audrina Patridge around, but I guess she’s officially back in town after those pictures of her at the airport a little while back. I should’ve known all it would take was one lame movie premiere and lax security on the red carpet. She probably jumped on a plane the minute she heard. Anyway, it’s good to see Audrina and her cleavage again. Let’s hope there’s lots more C-list red carpets and staged bikini pictures in her future. Carmen Electra showed up to the Movie 43 premiere the other night, to stand around in front of a bunch of pictures of other celebs. It’s a weird backdrop, and I don’t know about you, but it kind of distracts me from Carmen and the minor amount of sideboob she’s got showing.
