Under fire thanks to everyone from Bosnia to Chelsea Handler , Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt bundled up twins Knox and Vivienne for a trip to NYC Saturday. Flying into the city from Paris, the family hit up Lee’s Art Shop in Manhattan, where the children appeared wide-eyed at the crowd that surrounded them. Collin and Alexis Gosselin were expelled from private school. Despite this fact, Kate Gosselin wants to make clear they were NOT expelled. “The school would never use that word,” the grating mom with no friends said. “[Collin and Alexis] weren’t expelled. [The school] didn’t feel like they could meet their needs anymore, so it was decided that they should leave, for now.” So … they were expelled. PEACE OUT, KATE! Seriously, take a hike. [Photo: Pacific Coast News] Collin and Alexis Gosselin , 6, are both being home-schooled by a private tutor who teaches them an “identical curriculum” until they are ready to return to school. But challenges aren’t just academic for the kids – they’re personal. “They’ve been the ones to verbalize the most that they miss Daddy,” Kate says of Jon Gosselin. “I could see that they’re the ones struggling the most.” Hey, dude’s busy with Ellen Ross. Give him a break. The Kate Plus Eight star says Collin and Alexis are seeing a therapist and “doing much, much better” despite suffering from “post-divorce anger.” “[Collin] was upset and saying things out of frustration – he’d crumple his papers and throw them on the floor,” she says … can you blame him? As for the rest of the Gosselin gang – sextuplets Hannah, Leah, Aaden and Joel, and twins Cara and Mady, both 10 – Kate takes it a day at a time. “I’ve kept the stability, the income – everything that they know and love – I’ve come through on that,” she says. “I am doing what my kids need.” Kept the income? More like kept the diva-like spending habits .

While almost everything written in Kardashian Konfidential is vapid nonsense, Khloe Kardashian actually does offer a useful story in the biography she penned with her sisters. This reality star lost her virginity at the age of 14 to an older man, someone she often snuck out of the house to meet. Asked about that incident by panelists on The View yesterday, Khloe used her experience to try and help others. “Looking back… I felt persuaded because he was older and I felt I wouldn’t be accepted or cool or whatever.” Kardashians on The View And afterward? “I felt so disgusted with myself,” she said. “I stopped talking to him and actually didn’t have sex for three years after that because I knew I was young and I knew I wasn’t ready.” Does she have any advice for younger fans? “Don’t let anyone pressure you, it’s not worth it and how I felt afterwards.”

Despite having multiple reality shows and eight cute kids, Kate Gosselin, is a sad and lonely individual with no friends, according to a new report. Yup, we can totally see that. A source close to the celeb mom says that despite what she wants you to think, “The truth is Kate is very sad and lonely with few true friends.” ALL BY HERSELF : That’s Kate these days. [Photo: Pacific Coast News] When she’s not watching over her kids or filming Kate Plus 8 , the perfectionist is seen wasting money on tanning , getting her nails done or visiting NYC salons. Moreover, she has a dedicated routine routine of grueling jogs to relieve stress and keep herself in tip-top condition, but even that’s coming at a heavy price. “Even her kids have noticed that their mom is sometimes too tired to play with them when the cameras are not rolling,” the Gosselin family source said. Her only confidant? Steve Neild . “Her bodyguard, Steve Neild is the closest person to her, but he’s married with two kids of his own,” the source said . “Steve lives in the basement of her home and accompanies Kate everywhere, but they deny there is anything going on.” They always have, and they’re likely isn’t anything romantic, but regardless, Neild is about all she’s got when it comes to adult, personal relationships. “Apart from Steve she does not have many friends to confide in or just go out with … she does not have the best relationship with her family either.” Even locals in the neighborhood have become judgmental. “She is not popular at the local stores, post office or car wash … she cannot win people over and comes across as cold and aloof,” the source said. Pretty much. Jon Gosselin knows it all too well. “Kate finds it hard to be friendly towards people and is very domineering – she is pre-occupied with looking her best and keeping-up appearances.” It’s true, she does her best to make it seem like she’s got the family thing under control. Sadly, making the kids eat rotten food doesn’t qualify.

Dr. Frank Ryan#39;s Jeep careened off the Pacific Coast Highway and landed on the rocks below, according to TMZ.com. Dr. Frank Ryan, 50, was pronounced dead at the scene. Dr. Frank Ryan, a well-known plastic surgeon who performed Heidi Montag#39;s extensive procedures last year, died in a single-car accident Monday in Los Angeles, according to a report. Dr. Frank Ryan, Heidi Montag’s Surgeon, Dies In Car Crash

Celebrity plastic surgeon was killed in a car accident Monday. By Jocelyn Vena Dr. Frank Ryan Photo: Michael Kovac/ Getty Images A celebrity plastic surgeon best known for performing several surgeries on Heidi Montag, Dr. Frank Ryan, was involved in a car accident died on Monday. According to The Associated Press, Ryan died after his car fell from a cliff in Malibu on Monday. The California Highway Patrol told the AP that his 1995 Jeep Wrangler fell off the side of the Pacific Coast Highway and fell on its roof. No cause of death had been established at press time and an autopsy was expected to take place on Tuesday (August 17). “We are all in shock,” Ryan’s rep told People. “He was such a hardworking, philanthropic man, a loving son, and responsible for changing many people’s lives for the better. He will be missed by many.” TMZ reported that the 50-year-old doctor was trapped inside his vehicle and suffered from major head injuries. He was pronounced dead after Ventura County Fire Department tried to lift his out with a helicopter. In addition to famously working on “Hills” star Montag, Ryan’s other patients included Vince Neil, Gene Simmons, reality TV personality Adrianne Curry and Lorenzo Lamas. Montag took to her Twitter page to express her condolences. “I am devastated to hear the news of Dr. Frank Ryan’s death. He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met. He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world,” Montag wrote on Tuesday. My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him,” she continued. “He is in a better place. Jesse Csincsak and Ann Lueders: Expecting!

Jesse Csincsak just got engaged to Ann Lueders . Now they’re expecting their first child together too! Csincsak announced the happy news in an online video. Lueders, who appeared on the 13th season of The Bachelor featuring Jason Mesnick (who DeAnna Pappas rejected when she got engaged to Jesse) is four months pregnant with a boy. They plan to name their son Noah. Congratulations to the parents-to-be! The soon-to-be-wed parents-to-be are slated to tie the knot in Las Vegas August 28. That would certainly explain the short engagement period … Meanwhile, DeAnna Pappas recently announced that she is getting hitched as well – to high school teacher Stephen Stagliano. “I was crying, holding his hands, and he showed me the ring,” she said. “I just nodded, like, ‘Yeah!'” Stephen’s twin brother was a competitor on The Bachelorette , pursuing Jillian Harris, who Mesnick rejected. Michael Stagliano is also engaged, to Holly Durst , who dated Csincsak after his breakup with DeAnna. Everybody got all that?

Dr. Frank Ryan, Plastic Surgeon to the Stars, Dies

Dr. Frank Ryan, a prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to the stars, has been killed in a car crash after his Jeep veered off the Pacific Coast Highway yesterday. The doctor was just 50. His car landed on rocks and lifeguards initially tried to help Ryan , to no avail. He was trapped in the vehicle and had major, ultimately catastrophic head injuries. Minutes before, Ryan Tweeted: “After 25 years of driving by I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of Malibu. Much harder than it looks! Whew!” His last Tweet: “Border collie jill surveying the view from atop the sand dune.” Dr. Frank Ryan was widely criticized for the surgery he did on The Hills star Heidi Montag, who famously underwent 10 procedures in a single day earlier this year . “He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met,” Montag Tweeted after his passing. “He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. My prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone ever blessed enough to meet him.” His bodies of work will be remembered throughout Hollywood. Among Ryan’s patients in addition to Heidi Montag , whose work has been greatly scrutinized this year: Gene Simmons, Shauna Sand, Vince Neil & Adrianne Curry. Rest in peace.
