A new extended, very in-depth Pacific Rim trailer has dropped for Pacific Rim , featuring narration by Charlie Hunnam and some brand new footage. Watch it now: Pacific Rim Trailer Hunnam stars as Raleigh Becket, an ex-pilot who is called back into duty along with an unproven rookie, played by Rinko Kikuchi. Their charge? Oh, just to save the world from a bunch of giant monsters that emerge from the Pacific Ocean. Their craft? An equally giant robot. Guillermo Del Toro directs the film, which pays homage to Japanese Kaiju films. Idris Elba, Charlie Day, Burn Gorman, Robert Kazinsky, Max Martini, and Ron Perlman also star. Pacific Rim hits theaters July 12.

Kate Gosselin is always beefing with someone, and sure enough, she’s gotten involved in a new Twitter feud … with a man with the last name Gosselin. The reality star is demanding that she change it immediately. An irate Kate Tweeted recently at Carlos Gosselin: “@RealCGosselin it is illegal to impersonate people on twitter etc. please change your ID and email immediately. Thank you. @Support” Carlos Gosselin hit back at the reality show mom: “@Support hey can you tell Kate Gosselin to take accept that there are other people with the same last name. She may have her panties in a wad.” OH, IT’S ON NOW! Carlos continued, “So I woke up to this and laughed my ass. Not only that. But it made my whole morning complete. Let me put it up in a picture.” He added a photo of himself with the caption, “Love you mom.” He hasn’t changed his name or his email address, either. Kate is far from pleased with the situation, responding: “The per impersonating my child (@CGosselin) tweeted ‘love you mom’ 2me. Whether he really has last name or not, it’s impersonation w that tweet!” “And if it was meant as a joke to me, then I missed the joke – busy being a mom and am CONSTANTLY dealing w ppl impersonating my children! :/” Sure you are Kate. We know you never overreact at all.
Katie Holmes is looking as sexy as ever on the new Allure cover! The 34-year-old actress has had a rough go of it over the last year or so, going through a very public split with Tom Cruise . In an interview, she says she hopes 2013 can just be “peaceful.” With her divorce behind her, Holmes is living with her daughter Suri Cruise in New York City, and may have some plans for her future that don’t involve acting. Okay. Let the record show that The Game denies a recent tabloid report that the rapper has been putting it to Khloe Kardashian on the down-low. Pics surfaced today showing Game and Khloe hugging it out in L.A.’s Runyon Canyon Park, where Game’s been doing a “60 Days of Fitness” program. Khloe and Rob Kardashian are also doing the program, Game says. They hang out. That’s it. “The pictures that they see of us out together are because she is a part of my 60DaysofFitness team,” Game says. “Khloe is my friend. She is like a sister .” “[Khloe and I] have never and will never be sleeping together. Lamar is my homie and her husband and I wish people wouldn’t spread such false rumors.” The Game. Lover of life. Is Rihanna cheating on Chris Brown with Dane Cook? That’s the allegation of The National Enquirer (we know, must be a pretty slow gossip week), which says she’s doing that to make her man jealous. “Rihanna has found a way to get back at two-timing bad-boy beau Chris Brown ,” a source tells the publication. “By hooking up with comedian Dane Cook!” Rih and Dane “have been pals for years, but their friendship has heated up in recent months since Rihanna wants to show Chris she’s still a hot commodity.” By hooking up with Dane Cook? Wouldn’t this be more believable if she were linked to an actual comedian? OHHH, DANE COOK BURN. We so went there. The tabloid goes on to allege that Rihanna met the comedian after attending one of his shows at the L.A. Laugh Factory comedy club, quoting a purported “insider.” “They hang out in Dane’s dressing room and sometimes he goes back to her Pacific Palisades home to party,” said the source, who is awfully specific with L.A. geography. “They flirt like crazy, and Dane regularly sends Rihanna flowers and gushy emails. Lindsay Lohan entered a plea of not guilty today and dodged another legal bullet – all thanks to Shawn Holley, the lawyer Lindsay fired not even 24 hours ago. Truth can be stranger than fiction sometimes. When the judge asked if she was still representing Lindsay, whose probation was revoked after she was charged with lying to police, Shawn replied: “At this point, yes. The representation issue will be nailed down.” Lindsay parted ways with legal miracle worker Shawn Monday and has already hired another lawyer in New York, Mark Heller. But there was Holley today. The judge was understandably confused, but since she was/is still the counsel of record, Holley attended the hearing and entered a plea on her behalf. A bench warrant probably would have been issued for her arrest had Shawn not stepped in to help her this morning; as such, a pretrial date has been set for January 30. Lindsay has been ordered to appear to face allegations that she lied to law enforcement following her August car wreck on the Pacific Coast Highway. Stay tuned. It’s all we ever do with her.
