Bar Refaeli Bikini Pictures

Much like dentistry, when it comes to bikini pictures it’s best left to the professionals. I learnt that lesson the hard way. Here’s supermodel Bar Refaeli hanging out in her bikini while on vacation in Mexico. I know what you’re thinking and no, you can’t find a more perfect body. It kills me that her bikini is only staying together with the help of a couple of strategically placed knots. This is when the paparazzi needs to hire some little kid to walk by and undo that thing. She won’t get mad, kid’s can get away with practically anything, she’ll probably even think it’s cute. If I did it I’d wake up as somebody’s girlfriend in a Mexican prison.

Tiger Woods Buries Himself in Recovery Clichés

Tiger Woods spent 14 minutes this morning apologizing for, it seemed, practically everything he’s ever done. He may have just made things worse. His first mistake, of course, was waiting nearly three months to make his apology. But setting that aside, there is the issue of the actual apology, which was excruciating to watch. It was a string of clichés straight from a 12-step book. He took the blame, it’s true, but he sounded incredibly robotic and forced. (“The issue involved here was my repeated irresponsible behavior. I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated. What I did is not acceptable and I am the only person to blame.”) And the length of the speech worked against him; he should have stuck to the five minutes he was supposedly going to speak for. Because he ended up apologizing for things that people weren’t expecting, and lobbed some accusations that made him seem defensive. He said that the allegations that he used performance-enhancing drugs were “completely and utterly false.” It reminded me of the old, “So when did you stop beating your wife?” question. No one would’ve been talking about performance-enhancing drugs today if he hadn’t brought it up. The other thing Tiger did that drove me crazy was his appeal to the paparazzi to stop harassing his family. “I still believe it is right to shield my family from the public spotlight. I have always tried to maintain a private space for my wife and children. They have been kept separate from my sponsors and my commercial endorsements,” he said. Which is a lie, as Don Van Natta of the Times pointed out on Twitter —Tiger was shown kissing his son in an ad for American Express. He also gave a shout-out to Accenture. Ew. Then there was the weird part where he brought up being raised a Buddhist (his mom looked distinctly uncomfortable at that point), but said he had “drifted away from it in recent years.” (No kidding.) Then he said, “Buddhism teaches that a craving for things outside ourselves causes an unhappy and pointless search for security. It teaches me to stop following every impulse and to learn restraint.” Again, this felt forced and false. The elephant(ess) in the room was clearly Elin, who wasn’t there but whose spectre hung over the proceedings. “Elin has shown enormous grace and poise throughout this ordeal. Elin deserves praise, not blame,” he said. Again—blame? Who was blaming Elin? From what I could tell, people sympathized with her. And her absence was telling. Think of how many men making apologies have had their wives at their sides—and not just politicians, either. Remember that when Kobe Bryant had to make his big apology, his wife Vanessa was at his side. Tiger also said that he wasn’t going to discuss whether he and Elin were going to stay together. Clearly he needs her more than she needs him.

Victoria Beckham’s ‘Ear-y’ Pose

There’s something “ear-y” about these pictures of Victoria Beckham . People are creatures of habit and celebrities are no different. The former Spice Girl has a habit of touching her ear every time she sees the cameras. Is she brushing back her posh locks? Adjusting a loose earring? Playing coy with the paparazzi? Trying to cut her sexiest figure? Or possibly hiding something from us? Whatever it is, it isn’t a new habit; these pictures cover four years and several different hairstyles. What do you think it is?

John Mayer’s Playboy Interview Causes Uproar Online

Singer talks freely — probably too freely — about Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, his non-attraction to black women. By MTV News Staff John Mayer and Jessica Simpson in 2007 Photo: Kevin Mazur/ Getty Images John Mayer has never been one to hold his tongue, whether freely tweeting his innermost thoughts or confessing his insecurities in the middle of a concert. But his latest foray into the familiar territory of speaking-his-mind-no-matter-the-consequences comes in a new interview with which has already unleashed a strong backlash online. During the lengthy chat, the 32-year rock star spoke brazenly about his relationships with Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson (calling the later “sexual napalm”), his sloppy kiss with Perez Hilton and his lack of sexual attraction to black women. “I don’t think I open myself to it,” Mayer said of dating black women. “My d— is sort of like a white supremacist. I’ve got a Benetton heart and a f—–‘ David Duke c—. I’m going to start dating separately from my d—.” Such comments have already lit up the Internet with cries of racism . Yet Mayer also spoke about “why black people love me.” “Someone asked me the other day, ‘What does it feel like now to have a ‘hood pass?’ ” he told Playboy. “And by the way, it’s sort of a contradiction in terms, because if you really had a ‘hood pass, you could call it a n—a pass. Why are you pulling a punch and calling it a ‘hood pass if you really have a ‘hood pass? But I said, ‘I can’t really have a ‘hood pass.’ I’ve never walked into a restaurant, asked for a table and been told, ‘We’re full.’ ” Mayer also delved into detail about his two most high-profile romances. When it came to dating Simpson, Mayer said he didn’t think very much about the intrusion the paparazzi would make on his existence. “It wasn’t as direct as me saying ‘I now make the choice to bring the paparazzi into my life,’ ” he explained. “I really said, ‘I now make the choice to sleep with Jessica Simpson.’ That was stronger than my desire to stay out of the paparazzi’s eye. That girl, for me, is a drug. And drugs aren’t good for you if you do lots of them. Yeah, that girl is like crack cocaine to me. … Sexually it was crazy. That’s all I’ll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm.” During the interview, Mayer also spoke about his on-going feud with Perez Hilton and how they once kissed at a club. “I remember seeing Perez Hilton flitting about this club and acting as though he had just invented homosexuality,” he said. “All of a sudden I thought, I can out-gay this guy right now. I grabbed him and gave him the dirtiest, tongue-iest kiss I have ever put on anybody — almost as if I hated fags.” Perez has already hit back against Mayer, but so far the usually Twitter-happy singer has not addressed any element of the Playboy interview.
