And just hours later Kim Kardashian was spotted driving a glum Kanye West to dinner at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. Their date night comes as it was revealed her husband reportedly supervised the now infamous risqué shoot and even allowed another man to rub oil all over her naked body. Despite his downcast demeanor, it’s been revealed Kanye was very much a part of the naked photo spread. ‘Of course Kanye was there for the shoot,’ an insider told RadarOnline, adding, ‘He would never let Kim be naked in a room if he was not present.’ But the rapper apparently did allow another man to put his hands all over the 34-year-old’s body. Celebrity makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic was responsible for getting Kim camera-ready, which included making her skin glisten with baby oil. ‘I just sprayed it all over her body from a pump bottle,’ the 32-year-old told the New York Daily News. But according to Dedivanovic, Kanye wasn’t always around during the fashion shoot. ‘When they did the nude shots, it was a closed set — just myself, Kim and the photographer. ‘ But for those of you thinking ‘Ye has some sort of pimp mentality when it comes to his “perfect bish” and pushed her into showing off Nori’s lunch suppliers on the magazine cover, that apparently isn’t the case at all: In an interview published on Yahoo Style, Paper’s editorial director Mickey Boardman explained that it was all Kim’s idea. ‘Kim’s attitude was “if we’re gonna do it, let’s really go there,”‘ he said. ‘And it was her idea to take off her clothes and show more than her butt. Over the past two days, the Internet has been blowing up with celebrity reaction to Kim Kardashian nude photos in the winter 2014 issue of Paper Magazine. As previously documented, Naya Rivera thinks Kardashian is a mother who should be ashamed of herself. Michelle Beadle has referred to the reality star as a “greasy, giant poo-maker” and Chelsea Handler has challenged Kim to a Battle of the Buttocks . But Alyssa Milano has a different take on the naked situation. “Wait! I don’t get it,” Milano Tweeted in response to the Paper pictorial. “No disrespect to Kim but… people are offended by my breastfeeding selfies & are fine with her (amazing) booty cover?” Over the past few weeks, the actress has posted a pair of breastfeeding pictures, giving fans a look at her providing her young daughter with nutrients. And, as sadly expected, she’s received a lot of backlash from critics who think these photos are totally inappropriate to share online Nevermind the fact that KIM KARDASHIAN JUST SHOWED THE WORLD HER UNSHAVEN VAGINA. Ugandan Newspaper Publishes Identities Of “Top 200 Homos” In The Country The Ugandan community has been making national headlines lately as a result of their very public anti-gay rhetoric as a country, which reached its’ peak thus far yesterday when Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni officially signed the “Anti-Homosexuality Act” into law. Now, one day after the signing a Ugandan newspaper has released a list of the top 200 gay people in the country, all but urging resident who see anyone on the list to bring them to “justice.” via Gawker If you were curious about the practical implications of Uganda’s Anti-Homosexuality Act, signed yesterday by President Yoweri Museveni, look no further than its Red Pepper newspaper, which has published the identities of what it deems the country’s “200 Top Homos” on its cover. If you thought the law banning gay sex would exist only in the realm of gay sex, you were wrong. This is a war on gay people. Red Pepper’s move is similar to that of a now defunct paper called Rolling Stone (no relation to the U.S. music magazine), which published a list of Uganda’s “Top 100 Homos” in 2010. It was a call to action: “Hang Them” read the issue’s cover. About three months later, Ugandan activist David Kato who was among the paper’s Top 100, was bludgeoned to death. In response, Rolling Stone publisher Giles Muhame said, “This looks like any other crime. I have no regrets about the story. We were just exposing people who were doing wrong.” In the 2012 documentary Call Me Kuchu, which details the struggles of the LGBT community in Uganda, Muhame giggles as he discusses his paper’s detrimental outings (there was a followup a few weeks later, which identified 10 more Ugandan gays). Regardless of your personal beliefs with regard to the LGBT community, no human being deserves to be physically harmed or brutally ridiculed for they way the choose to live their personal lives, which most likely what’s coming next following the release of this “list”. SMH!

Ci-Ci is letting it all hang out in the new issue of Paper Mag. Via PaperMag But she’s in when it comes to exploration and being more open to the public these days. Just like her music, Ciara herself is way less guarded than she used to be. “I thought it was better to be private,” admits the 27-year-old. “But self-reflection helped me to say, ‘You need to live more. If you worry so much about things, your head is going to explode. Just live. Something has to give.’ I was holding back so much that I wasn’t letting myself explore and live.” Which means Ciara is now open to talking about her relationship with the avant-rapper Navydius “Future” Cash, who is an executive producer of the album and collaborated on the first single, “Body Party.” It’s a sultry act of musical seduction (“My body is your party, baby/Nobody’s invited but you, baby”). The video imagines the couple’s first meeting, where their flirty banter culminates with a seal of approval from Ciara. “He reads,” she says, as he walks away. “He’s very understanding,” she tells me, “and he’s my best friend. It’s important to have a feeling that you can talk about anything and know a person’s going to be there and support you. When we’re together, it’s not about who we are. I feel very normal, very safe and loved. Awwww, sweet black love. Mom Beats Up Son’s Drug Dealer According to River Front Times “She did what any good mother would do.” So says the attorney of Sherrie Gavan, a 54-year-old Jefferson County mother who was convicted this week of third-degree assault for attacking a 22-year-old man with a baseball bat. What was her motive? She said the man was her son’s drug dealer — and had contributed to his drug addiction. Her explanation, however, apparently did not convince a jury the way she hoped it would. Check out her firsthand account of the incident below. Here’s a Post-Dispatch interview in which Gavan explains the events leading up to the assault. “My mother’s instinct took over,” she told the paper. “I was scared. I was paranoid. I did not know what was going on.” The confrontation occurred, she said, after she had warned Joshua Loyd, the 22-year-old who had apparently done drugs with Gavan’s son, now nineteen, to stay away. But Assistant Jefferson County Prosecutor Jacob Costello made the argument to jurors that she broke the law, regardless of the circumstances, the P-D reports. “This case is not about whether Mrs. Gavan is a good parent. You can’t take matters into your own hands like that…. She made a choice to pull out the baseball bat.” The mother told the paper, “I don’t know what happens from here. My name is Emily and I’m from Pennsylvania. On November 4th 2012, my dream came true of meeting Justin Bieber. Honestly everyone who posts a story on here says it, but I never thought I would be able to meet my idol. I always read the stories on MBE hoping one day it would be my turn. It all started with coming home from school one day to find out my mom had gotten tickets to Justin’s concert and I was so excited because it would be the first time I would get to see Justin live. I knew I only had tickets for almost until I walked into my bedroom to find a paper with everything included in the M&G package on my bed. I was confused but I ran right up to my mom who was holding another paper in her hand, she smiled and handed me the paper. Yeah, tears instantly flew down my cheeks as I was reading the paper because it was true. My mom had M&G’s for me. Believe me, that whole day I couldn’t stop crying and I thanked her so many times and she just replied, “It’s your dream and it’s finally happening.” She was definitely right, it’s been my dream ever since I’ve been his fan which was when his first CD was released. On the day of the concert, it was time to leave for the arena. I got there and met so many Beliebers I talked to over Twitter and so many others, which was great. I saw Nick DeMoura, Justin’s grandparents, Alfredo, Dan, Scrappy, Kenny and DJ Tay James all arrive. Then it was time to go pick up the M&G’s and get in line. Finally, I ended up in line and that’s when I first saw Kenny and I screamed, “Kenny” and he just smiled and waved. Then I saw Dan, and he came over near me and I talked to him for a little, he was so sweet. The line finally started moving to go downstairs to where we were to meet Justin. All I can say is I was shaking so much and my eyes started to tear as I waited. All of sudden I see Alfredo come out and walk down towards me, so of course I screamed “FREDO” and he came right up to me. I wrote him a note so I gave him that and he smiled put it to his heart and said “Thank you.” I nearly died. He gave me a hug and the line started to move again so I said bye and thank you to him. There was two girls in front of my who were next, then it was my turn. I was just shaking so much. All I hear is Kenny say, “You’re next” so I walk up. Kenny put his hand on my back to tell me to go in and I walked through the curtain and right in front of my eyes was my idol. I don’t know how tears didn’t just endlessly come out but somehow I held it back. There was a guy talking to Justin so I just stood there for a few seconds then Justin made eye contact with me and smiled. I started walking to him and I remember letting out a faint “Hi” and he replied “Hi sweetheart.” As soon as I heard his voice say sweetheart I was just gone. We took the picture and I turned to him and asked for a hug and he replied “Of course.” This is where my tears started to come out, I let go off him and said “Bye, thank you so much for everything I love you.” He replied, “No, thank you.” I walked out and I just let loose of all my tears. “I just met and hugged my idol” I thought to myself, this was something I never knew would happen, it just felt like a dream it really did. So next, my mom opened up an envelope with our two tickets inside for the front row. We had two extra tickets, you bet I went to go find someone without them. I found a girl I met earlier who had none and gave them to her with another girl I had met from Twitter. All I can say is as soon as I gave her those tickets she literally just started crying endlessly and it was the best feeling in the world. Scooter’s absolutely right when he says it feels amazing when you give back and see someone else smile over a ticket. Now, I’m finally in my seat and I go on Twitter to find out Alfredo tweeted me . I screamed in my seat and read what he said to find out he read my letter. Wow, I was just thinking to myself “Did all of this really happen?” It’s unreal to think my dream finally came true. The whole day was absolutely amazing and beyond the best day/night of my life. I never ever thought it would happen, but it did and I’m grateful for it.
